Lovely tuna and onion pizza. Also ordered a biscoff cheesecake, was disappointed as such a small piece of cheesecake and far from being biscoff. Was the most expensive one desert on the menu!

Food was brilliant just onion rings was not done properly soggy could of been better might have to be collection next time so I can check food before I leave not the 1st time either this has happened

Only positive was fast delivery. Pizza tasteless same fries. Don't recommend , even domino's is better. And I was sitting 3x in toilet today and have got stomach problems

We have been ordering from here for many years but the pizzas are lacking in topping. I've even paid extra before for extra topping and it turned up as usual. The pizzas are lovely and don't make you thirsty through the night like some others do. Shame you just can't put on that little bit more topping

Revolting! Hubby left most of his burger and the chips were soggy. Every bite of my doner kebab contained tooth breaking bits of bone! And the "naan" bread was NOT naan bread, it was a tortilla wrap! Rip off and I won't be ordering from here again! I also found out the shop was shut after our order had been delivered!!! What the hell?! Is that why our food was rank?! Great way to run a business!

The best calzone you've ever have had the pleasure of puttin ya mouth round and eating . Trust me, I recommend the spicy calzone

I am an Italian chef(ex pizzaiolo) and since I have tried Lorenzo's pizza I always now get the pizza from them,I have to say that they do the best pizza in UK I ever eat, even better than a restaurant, and their prices are so affordable, I highly recommend them a try and I can guarantee you will not get disappointed Next time gonna try lamb, well done to all the staff of Lorenzo's Pizza

The best pizza I ever had, in my live,stafs r very friendly, and also price was absolutely cheaper then other pizza shop and best quality, I would 100%recommend to other.

Ordered n received within half hour, mushroom thin stuffed crust pizza and bolognaise thin stuffed crust pizza n cheesy chips absolutely delicious amazing food, great delivery n price ain't bad either 😄

Disgraceful. Ordered on line at 7. 30 pm for delivery. Confirmed to be delivered by 8.25pm. £32.90 spent. Still waiting for food at 8.50pm . Told food would be with us shortly. Rang AGAIN to be told food was just being finished cooking and would be with us shortly. Food finally arrived at 9.10pm. To add insult to injury..... long black hair in pizza . Manger informed me it was cheese.!!!!! PLEASE DON'T INSULT MY INTELLIGENCE. First and last time I will ever spend my money with this shambolic company ....

I've used this place quite a few times, I think the food is excellent. Being an ex pizza chef myself, for many years, I worked at Harpo's, Big Mamas & Salvo's, I'm always very picky where I buy pizza's from. This place is clean, the staff & management are nice and the pizzas are made with fresh ingredients. I've tried most of the menu, the kebabs are very nice & if you get a Lorenzo's house special kebab, you'll still be eating it tomorrow... I only collect from this place, being too far away for delivery, but I give it a massive five out of five stars... Keep up the good work guys 😁😀..

Bought a donna kebab from here and it was the worst kebab that I've ever had. The meat looked like chunks of burnt offerings, un-edible, with a tub of chili. Would have taken it back had I looked before getting home. It went into the bin! I could not give lower than a one star rating, it really was that bad. I owe no allegiance to any other establishment, just wouldn't want anyone else to come a cropper when ordering. You Have Been Warned!

Waited 1hr 20 mins pizza & garlic bread arrived cold was told really busy tonight, didn't taste too good either, won't be ordering again, terrible service & terrible food.....

Can't fault the food, when it's correct. Tried twice and got the order incorrect both times. Then to have the audacity to argue their case, when all the while the receipt is saved to my partners phone. 3 calls later, full on arguments, kitchen staff and telephone operater laughing at the situation (blatantly!) The most unprofessional, ignorant & rude staff you'll ever speak to. Order from Bilals, food is just as good but with a respectable customer service level.

Best pizza I've found local to me. Never had an issue with the quality or delivery time. Once ordered on the way home from work and the delivery guy waswaiti g for me on my doorstep.

Used to be good... recently ordered pizza and chips to find pubic hairs within it 100% would not recommend .Regularly would order usual manager did not answer whomever did answer would not negotiate with no customer service the only thing I can really recommend is pizza as everything else has gone down hill.

Love Lorenzo usually, but tonight my pizza was cold. I phoned up and immediately they apologised and sent me another which was piping hot. Excellent service and a pizza to die for

Order the same every time and very regular probably every week. Called to say had something wrong and was told with no customer curtosy or consideration of our unwaivering loyalty that it was just eat who did it wrong and they make what they're told to, so clearly wasn't interested or gonna do anything about it. At first I wasn't majorly bothered with the error and wanted to let them know, but became very bothered with the attitude when I called. Safe to say we will now find somewhere that does appreciate our loyalty and regular custom.

were do we start ordered three pizzas and chips , one was a seafood pizza which had more cheese on it than anything else and a bucket load of salt and the other two pizzas not much better ,very disappointed having read other reviews, one to avoid feel sick!

Not used these for a while but ordered tonight ordered a chicken fillet burger it came with mayo on which I cannot have it says it comes with chips and salad no mention of mayo I have had burgers before from here and never had mayo on the cheese garlic bread was just dough and cheese no taste at all and the chips looked like they were cooked last week won't be using again not sure if they have had a change of chef!!

I orderd chicken fillet and margarita pizza , both were awful but the disgusting part is that I found a hair in my chicken fillet :(

Best pizza shop around all food cooked fresh and always punctual good value for money

Ordered pizza, chips and salad this evening. All seemed ok until my salad was hand scooped up from open salad trays by the counter assistant. No tongs, no gloves, just hands. The very counter assistant who had just taken my £20 note and handed over take aways to the deliver driver. No hand washing between. I said I'll skip the salad and when confronted as to why I explained politely but the counter assistant seemed perturbed and shocked and went on to say 'but our ingredients for the pizza are all handled...' Even after I explained that the chef was then cooking the raw pizza ingredients (handled by him) and that he was't also handling money etc the counter assistant was still aghast and laughed off what is a serious food hygiene issue. Such a shame when an establishment gets the VERY BASICS WRONG, so wrong. Handling raw food for consumption without cooking or washing is an absolute no-no. Contaminated food by careless money handling and counter service is frankly unacceptable.

I always order food from Lorenzo's and each time it gets better and better. My pizzas are always really nice, the ingredients always taste fresh and my food is always delivered well within the 45 minute mark they set. I would definitely recommend this place and their pizzas as they are always beautiful!

lorenzos used to be ace,quick delivery,fresh crispy chips nice food,BUT today i ordered a meal that was vile,kebab and chips and a pizza for the mrs and kids and chilli con carne and chips for myself what i received looked like diarrhea no sign of meat,swimming in grease it looked utterly disgusting and i certainly wasn't going to eat it-i paid for it i expected edible food not this mess,the chips were limp soggy and again i wasn't going to eat them id paid for it. i wont be using lonenzos again after this (on the plus side they did ring regarding my partners allergy and an ingredient in the chilli)((no sign of said ingredient however). the kids and my Mrs ate theirs but i am utterly disgusted by the mess they presented to me as a meal and i will not be using them again
