Lord Nelson Hotel in Pembrokeshire

We stayed for the weekend. The room was amazing and Dorian and his team were very welcoming and friendly, we will be coming back here to stay. The meals were fantastic and thoroughly enjoyed every bite. Very good value for the price and worth every penny.

6 of us had breakfast here last week, great friendly service, and nice choices for breakfast. We all agreed though, the sausage was not of the best quality, and looked like it needed a few more minutes on the grill.

We had a wonderful stay here, the staff friendly and efficient. Comfortable clean room with plenty of space and great views of the estuary and Harbour. And a fabulous breakfast 😋

The room is lovely, but we didn’t feel very welcomed. We arrived too late for dinner and nobody suggested any alternative places to go. No conditioner, only shampoo, and was told that conditioner is arriving tomorrow. Not very good place for a one night stay if you’re travelling. Also very few parking spaces available

Can't comment on the rooms yet as we're staying later in the year. We called in to book several rooms and the receptionist was very helpful. We stopped for a lovely coffee and watched as the Sunday lunches went past. 😋

Had a wonderful dinner last week the 4 of us , Michelle went over and above to make us feel welcome ,Loved the story of there new Painting ,of Lord Nelson . Felt like we were family. Thanks for a great night !

Thank you so much for hosting my 60th birthday. Everything was amazing from start to finish. Food was beautifully fresh and beautifully presented. Our room was lovely and breakfast was amazing.

Great lunch shared, and a couple of pints to wash it down with! Parking was no problem. I just wish the weather was better.

We were at a baby shower .we were well looked after .and felt welcomed.

£5.50 for a pint of lager in Milford Haven. Way to expensive.

Very nice ..super clean room and I managed 8 hrs sleep. Also did enjoy the full breakfast. Highly recommended.

Thank you so much for being so accommodating as we arrived late. James was superb ! It was a bit of a mix-up with our room numbers, but honestly, the service was world-class. Sea view room was so lovely and peaceful. The bathroom was clean .. which I mainly look for in accommodation. Staff were so friendly and attentively looking to please us. Thank you so much ..looking forward to staying there again.

Was told on check-in there was a party that night and the music would be off for midnight which was fine with us however 1.45 and it was still boom boom boom,I'm a light sleeper and so peed me off.I couldn't have a hot drink in the room because the kettle smelt vile, it was sooo bad gagging bad to be honest and there were a couple of stains on the pillow but i slept on my own which i took and stains on the duvet which was a shame because it was very spacious and cosy.Lovely and warm too.

Lovely staff fantastic owner James. Rooms large beautiful. Seaview. Perfect. Brekki was lush. Stayed 3 days had different brekki each day. Great team of people run this so friendly

This Hotel 🏨 is right on the seafront overlooking the marina. At the moment it's in the middle of redecorating. The rooms are being updated. Will be very nice 👍🏻 when finished.. A busy restaurant down stairs with lots of locals which is a good sign. More economical than all the rest of the places that you can stay in. We enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff ⚕️ Good prices. Great food. Enjoy. DW.

When for a birthday dinner party. Had a burger and it was very good. You could taste the quality in the beef. Service was good to start with then as the night got busier it slowed greatly down (Saturday). They did not come to the table much after food was delivered. They could of made more in drinks. We had to go to the bar to ask for some.

Gorgeous meal here last night 😍 had the curry of the day and a burger, few glasses of wine and cocktails. Lovely atmosphere with live music. Will be calling again. Thanks so much

Had a very comfortable stay. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Food and drink offerings were great! Would return.

Nice enough place. Currently undergoing a revamp, unfortunately our room yet to be done but it was clean and comfortable. Friendly staff and great food.

Free onsite parking is often full, but other parking options available nearby. Fairly basic room (although rather spacious) which is to be expected for a 2*. This means no fridge, no AC, radiator only works for a small portion of the day. Room had minor issue which technician fixed on second attempt. Location is very convenient and staff are friendly.

It was a last minute booking, to say the least. But it was no trouble. No lift but easy wide stairs to our room on the second floor. Large family room which was clean tidy and as expected. A very small TV for the room but as it was late not a problem. What else can I say. Overall I would stay again. 👍🏻

Lovely food great options on menu. Couldn't finish so they put it in a lovely container for me to finish at home.

Absolutely outstanding hotel, the staff were friendly, attentive and welcoming. Rooms are very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Hotel decor was beautiful, sofas are very comfortable too! The food was OUT OF THIS WORLD! best meals we've ever had! We had a wonderful three days and can't thank you all enough for making our stay so lovely :)

Good place to stay...clean and tidy rooms....food was good....nice and friendly staff....would stay there again when visiting that part of Wales

Stayed at the hotel while we visited family in the area and couldn’t have been happier. First impressions were that the hotel was in a great spot overlooking the harbour. Greeted by a lovely friendly receptionist who made us feel very welcome and secured us a table to eat even though we were late arriving after a long journey. Our rooms were excellent. Only small point is that the sofa bed could do with a mattress topper as very aware of the springs. (Apparently the main beds are super comfortable though) Very clean and overlooking the harbour. Nice bathroom, plenty of hot water and toiletries. Good supply of tea and coffee. The food was some of the best I’ve had in a long time! they must have secured a good chef. My father has been looking for a good quality steak for a while and his meal was excellent! Very good service in the restaurant from very nice, attentive and professional but friendly staff who were all very well presented. Great outdoor seating area to enjoy a drink after our meal. The breakfast was excellent. Good choice of options and beautifully cooked and presented. Good coffee! Can’t fault them at all, we look forward to visiting again.

The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Serve a really good breakfast. The Lord Nelson breakfast is highly recommended. Understand the rooms have been refurbished.

Stayed for two nights a few weeks ago. Rooms were good, views even better. Food was great. Will stay again next time we're in Pembs.

Enjoyed our stay. The hotel decor is stunning. The food is excellent. Most of all, the staff in the hotel are excellent and helpful and make you feel at home.

Can't comment on the rooms as we came for food, delicious Sunday Roast, fantatsic atmosphere and staff cant do enough for you

Flying visit to see a matinee at the theatre. 5 hour drive from Cornwall. Arrived at around 9:30 pm and was warmly greeted by Charlotte , who managed to rustle us up a couple of sandwiches even though the kitchen was closed. Room was spotless, huge bed, really comfy too. The breakfast was just amazing! Really recommend the full Nelson . I’m in love with the feature wallpaper in the bar .

Downstairs in the hotel is beautiful. Very funky decor, food was nice and staff in the restaurant were lovely. The rooms, although big, did need a bit of TLC and decor was very bland compared to downstairs. I've put poor location due to the fact there is absolutely nothing in Milford Haven so not a great place to visit. But if you need a hotel there then this one is perfect, over looking the marina.

We just stayed overnight. Everything problem-free.

Stayed for one night, room clean, very warm, tidy and bright. Breakfast was lovely after a little wait. Asked for butter for toast and given some sort of margarine. Staff lovely and friendly. Would stay again

Had my absolutely amazing 21st birthday party at the Nelson last night. Such a brilliant venue and the atmosphere is always 10/10. Wouldn’t have wanted my party anywhere else! Had family that came down and stayed in the hotel itself who absolutely loved it!! Amazing work & party planning ☺️

Nice friendly place.staff were exelent.good selection of beers etc..newly refurbished and can also stay here.very much cheaper than down the road.i haven't stayed here,only had beer and food

We didn't stay at this hotel so can't comment on the rooms but after not booking a table for dinner The Lord Nelson were able to accommodate us. The food is a little bit pricey but it was tasty and came out fairly quickly considering they were very busy. It has a nice atmosphere inside and there was a mix of people dining, young, old, couples, families.

A lovely stay from start to finish. All the staff were lovely and attentive, the evening meal was fantastic. Strongly recommend. To name drop one member of staff it would be Charlotte, she was lovely and made the stay.

Had my 70th birthday party there.Superb food, atmosphere and staff.You won't be disappointed!! 💯🥇👍
