Nice place with excellent services and very kind staff. I especially want to highlight Siomn, the receptionist in the executive lounge. She was incredibly attentive, always with a warm smile, and went out of her way to ensure we had a wonderful experience. Her kindness truly made our stay special!

Quality hotel well located, in a building style with many floors and an American-style room standard: spacious, bright, quality bedding and mattresses. Large bathroom with shower and bathtub: strange to have both in the same bathroom. Cleanliness of the room. Disorganized check-in at reception (arrival at 3:30 p.m.): wait of 20 minutes.

Where do I start !! This hotel is perfect for a in London, the location is spot on. The room was very clean and spacious with a lovely modern bathroom. All the staff were lovely however, the two that stood out the most was Reema on reception and Roy on the door out the front. They were both so friendly and willing to help (huge thank you). Will definitely be coming back to stay !

Brilliant atmosphere! Lovely bars and hotel.

I am a member of the Hilton honors. The staff here is jaded, they don't really care about how long you have to wait for your so-called room to be cleaned. I've been sitting in the lobby for about an hour and a half. Watching other people check in and go to the room while I wait in the lobby. What's the use of being a hilt honor member if they treat you like your Motel 6 guest

We were there for an event so can't comment on the bedrooms. The setup in the Harvester Suite was great, lovely food, great service, felt very looked after and spoiled! The young lady who opened the cloakroom to store our bags was very helpful. We saw Pop and X Factor icon Sinitta, who looked fabulous! We went back after the Parade to collect our bags and had a few problems which were quickly resolved by this Hilton Legend! See photos! Super guy, nothing too much! The lady at reception who was previously from Bham Met was lovely as well! Thank you and we will be back! 😉

Great Hotel, in a super location - great bar in a high quality venue.

Very poor guest services, no one answers the phones call and the front desk staff not professional and not helpful at all.

From our overall experience, i would not recommend this hotel to anyone and i don’t think it functions or looks like a 5 star hotel. More like a 3 or maybe 4. We stayed at the hotel for 9 days. Check in was at 3 pm and our room wasn’t ready until 5:30 pm. During checkin we were spoken to like children about returning key cards back to the hotel because the management frowns upon lost cards because they’re expensive. Im here to have a vacation and not to budget their expense account. When we got to the room and my husband sat on the bed the leg broke and the bed collapsed. It took an hour to get it fixed. The carpets are dirty and spotted with stains and our feet were black from walking on it. We would leave on tours and more than three times have returned to no towels in our bathroom. Once it took an hour to have someone bring us some. Guess management frowns about having bath towels as well and wants us to air dry. I was actually beginning to worry about English bathing habits since we never received a wash cloth until 2 days before the end of our trip. There were coffee cups and glasses upon check in but clean ones were never replaced. When we tried to bring some with us from a bar or the executive lounge we were told it was prohibited. On the last day of our continental breakfast, we saw a hotel guest walking out with two coffee cups and he was held up by two people from management and a worker making a scene for all the diners because once again it was prohibited. How can you drink coffee or water in your room when there are no clean glasses. The executive lounge was really nice. Nice staff. Nice snacks and refreshments. But we traveled here during their heat wave and on more than one occasion the air conditioner was set to a hot temperature and it was very uncomfortable to be there.

Rooms were small even by European standards, and neither I nor my work colleagues had consistent hot water during our one week stay. Front desk staff was dismissive and unresponsive of our concerns about the water issue. Location is great though.

Fantastic evening in great company and excellent food and great customer service by all staffs.

Chef Marshall is superb. Also loved Galvins and associated bar, although these are closing for refurbishment shortly. Restaurant and bar staff excellent.

A truly wonderful hotel - great location, friendly and highly competent staff, one the best breakfasts in London and a great bar with fantastic views - I stay here multiple times a year and never have been disappointed-

This hotel is located close to Green Park, Buckingham Palace, Princess Diana Fountain, and lots of shopping. This place is a 5 star hotel for a reason. Every aspect of this hotel is stellar. From the doorman, desk staff, restaurant staff, and everyone we have been in contact with, have been friendly, nice, and very outgoing to make sure you have what you need to make the most of your stay. If you are in London and looking for a great stay, this is a solid choice.

Service and strategic location. The restaurant is very special. You should know that there are special requests such as shakshuka and pancakes that are not available for you to see on the menu.🌹 I thank the Tunisian🇹🇳 at the reception. An excellent hotel beautiful views of Hyde park and also an excellent exec lounge.

Small rooms, fabulous location tho, attentive staff.

We stayed 7 nights it was so great in the fancy hotel, one of the best locations in London. Oxford is 10 minutes walking and 2 minutes for Hyde Park. Bis stop is in front of the hotel main entrance.

Wonderful place to stay whilst in London. The service and location are what make this hotel exceptional. Bilal and his staff were so gracious and helpful to me. I would recommend this hotel for a stay solo or with family and friends. I cannot wait for our family trip next year.

I do think i had an amazing time at this hotel that I will never forget. The service provided was exceptional, and I was pleasantly surprised by a room upgrade, specifically to the suit. The staff promptly addressed a minor issue with genuine care and commitment. Despite this small hiccup, their dedication to ensuring my satisfaction was truly impressive. A big thank you to the entire team for creating an unforgettable experience that exceeded all my expectations!

Inconsistent customer service. Stayed here 3 times. Never again. Lounge manager (don't recall his name), was not prepared to problem solve (Lounge lights too bright...no atmosphere, and too cold. Lounge ran out of food, and didn't replenish. Housekeeping didn't clean room all day. Breakfast room staff happy to chat with each other or guests, rather than follow up on orders. Duty manager who sits at front desk, made me feel unwelcome, and made me feel I was lucky to stay in his hotel. Valet staff were unsure about valet parking. Lobby basic rather than chic and tasteful. Again, I must reiterate the word unreliable service. Great lift and compliments to chef on tasty macarons.

Great hotel with great view. Spacious room. Amazing view( Buckingham Palace just across the road). Breakfeast had plenty of choices.

Osoblje jako ljubazno posebno recepciji pohvale.Sobe su lijepe i velike samo mala zamjerka jer minibar nije očisćen od gosta prije tj koristene stvari su bile u njemu.Mala zamjerka jer ne postoje sobe za pušače pa je bas neprakticno jer se mora spustiti ispred recepcije tj ispred ulaza gdje se jedino može zapaliti.Dorucak odlican isto tako jako ljubazno osoblje restorana.
