Just ridiculous! What’s the point of having an app and advertising the fast pickup if the stuff isn’t trained? Ordered in advance, and went to the shop. Let the staff know my order number and name as instructed. They say it’s still being prepared. After 15 min wait ask again, and miraculously it’s the package that’s been ready from the moment I arrived. As a result: missed train, cold food, awful mood. And not even a sorry! Never again

High prices but quality products, this is a good address in London.

Ladies and gentlemen, this is a picture of my Mushroom burger, seemingly made during a power outage. A wet bun filled with raw pepper sticks, two ice-cold slices of tomato, and half a limp lettuce leaf. The mushrooms barely showed up, still recovering from a long-term relationship with a microwave. It looks like the kitchen staff quit halfway through. Seriously, if you're craving food, save yourself the heartbreak and head literally anywhere else—even raid a bin if necessary. Just avoid Five Guys.

This particular Five Guys is close to my work and it just so happens to be my favourite branch. There is a really good atmosphere and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. I have to highlight in particular the young lady who recommended I try the milkshake with biscoff, oreo and peanut butter. It may sound like a strange mix but it was absolutely delicious.

Fair play staff were at 110% as they were raided by a huge swarm of farmers who had been protesting against government taxes. Nevertheless reassuring that cattle famers are choosing to have FiveGuys burgers I thought!!! Delicious as always, hail the bacon milkshake. Only drama was the machine not giving me a print out receipt/No which seems to be a popular trait/failing of allot of retailers.

Hidden down the walkway from the Embankment to Trafalgar square, this small restaurant has seating downstairs. The service was quick and friendly and the food consistent with Five Guys quality. Not cheap but good food as always

My experience at Five Guys Charing Cross Five Guys hat an interesting retro style, which really makes your style at five guys more amusing. The restaurant is also pretty big, as they also have room downstairs. Another interesting at Five Guys , is that they have a free refill machine. Also great location! Now to the food. Five Guys serves pretty much only traditional american food for example hot dogs, cheeseburger and fries, but even milkshakes. They also have vegetarian options. Their fries here are as delicious as their burger, but at Five Guys I wouldn’t recommend getting too much food as the food sizes are pretty big. Their staff is very attentive and friendly, but the prices here are pretty absurd for a fast food restaurant. Overall my experience was great. Highly recommended.

I had a good meal at Five Guys in France, so I visited the UK thinking it would be good since it's a chain. Even though it was first opened, the burgers were really cold. The bacon and patty are so hard. They use good ingredients like this. This is not a Five Guys hamburger. It's tasteless British food. Please use another branch nearby.

Fast service and great taste, even late night

Been here in a night, fairly busy but they took 12 min to fill my order. I've ordered a bacon cheese dog but mine hotdog was without bacon....

So, here’s a story, I am stuck in my hotel room feeling sorry for myself, not well, but feeling a little peckish, no food served here until evening so had to look to take out. I took the easy option and ordered a Maccys. Uber picked up the order and dropped it off with me. I went to my room to unpack it to find they’ve given me someone else’s order. FIVE GUYS. Now I’ve never had this before, so after I sorted out my refund with Uber, I opened up my free delivery and thought may as well give it as go. OMG! How great was it. Fries to die for and the double Pattie with mushrooms and cheese was just WOW!!! An accidental success. Having never had this Bernie I’ll certainly be visiting them having my first experience of the shop but 2nd experience of the food.

I’d heard good things about Five Guys but hadn’t tried it until today. Popped into this place and was impressed. The food was really tasty and fresh. My server Gabby (I think) was incredibly helpful with my order and went out of her way to make it an easy experience. Props to the team, and Gabby, for a great meal.

We went here driven by curiosity to try this fast food not present in Italy... and what can I say... delicious! I really appreciated the fact that first of all you could choose how to season your sandwich (they only put beef in it, you choose the rest). Speaking of meat, this was really quality; Then the bread was very light and did not overpower the flavors of the food inside the sandwich. French fries also very good. Fast service and very smart salesperson. Advised!

A taste of the United States in the UK. If you like burgers, this 5 guys is no different than one in Chicago, New York, or Orlando. Oh, and the ample amounts of chips (fries) were very tasty. Enjoy.

Honestly, paying what you pay for these hamburgers is already expensive in itself (at McDonalds they are better) but paying it in London is “too expensive”. I do not recommend it here or in Spain

My experience in the restaurant was great. The food took 10-15 minutes to be prepared and the staff was friendly. Also, I bought a smoothie for desert and, for £6.25, I could choose 4 ingredients and whipped cream without extra cost. Also, you can refill your soda free and all the sauces (Mayo, ketchup...) are free as well.

Who the hell is saying that five guys are delicious?

A cheeseburger with bacon, onions and ketchup, regular fries and a milkshake cost £24 in here. The burger was a mushy mess that was just cooked. The fries were cold. The milkshake was £6.95 There is a mcd at the top of the road. Just sayin

£20 for a burger that was raw in middle was on the train by time I opened it otherwise I would’ve taken it back. Last time I go to a five guys.

Possibly the worst fast food I have ever experienced. Grey not very fresh chips thrown into a brown bag with a disintegrated ’burger’ thrown on top of that in foil, not a plate in sight. The range of food is poor and the actual space in which to eat is horrid despite the glowing self-congratulatory articles on the wall. Avoid at all costs!

Great food and customer service

In typical five guys fashion, even if you order the smallest amount of fries they give you an infinite amount. Also there are 8 or so shake toppings and you can have them all with no added cost. You can have an Oreo, biscoff, bacon, salted caramel and whatever else they have milkshake and it slaps Five lads 🔥👌

Gorgeous burgers! It may be 3 times the price of McD's but it's about 10 times as nice and a lovely treat. Made to order burgers, doubles as standard. Go for the Burger with Cheese and Bacon, and then add as many of the 15 available toppings including mushrooms, fried onions and relish as you fancy. The chips are massive portions, one between two is plenty. The burgers drip with freshness and taste divine.
