London Amazing Cakes in Hounslow

i would give this place less stars if i could.... we ordered through deliveroo but they deliver their own pizza. the wait was 2+ hours and when i called and talked they told me the driver had broken down in the car and ruined the pizza and food? then told me it would be just 40 minutes because they would have to remake it... so we waited and it took longer than 40 minutes so it was already 3 hours of waiting. i called and texted again, deliveroo and red planet pizza, and they said it would be 10 minutes at most. it was not, it was 20 more minutes. finally we called and said we didn't even want it and they said he was there in 5 minutes. finally he came and it wasn't even what we ordered. we ordered a margarita pizza with sides and extras but got a skimpy cheese pizza with no other sides. it was horrible, will never be ordering from them again, the service was also terrible, on the phone we asked for a refund because well.... and they refused. DO ORDER FROM HERE IM SO SAD ALL I WANTED WAS PIZZA

They now deliver through Uber, the pizza took ages to arrive. It was cold, the seal was broken and the pizza looked as it has been shaken through the journey as the uber made many stop before reaching to me. Very disappointed, would not be ordering again and therefore do not recommend. Seems like too many customers complaining about the same issues, clearly this new management doesn't care.

Staff were friendly, which seems to be rare at services. A little cramped in the eating area as it is shared with another establishment, but nice enough for what it is. Good food, fairly priced and friendly staff.

Delicious food, hot on delivery which was fast. Can't fault the restaurant or the delivery driver. Will definitely be ordering again.
