Loftsome Bridge Hotel And Resteraunt in East Riding of Yorkshire

We celebrated our 60th birthdays here recently. We hired the restaurant and several bedrooms. We were delighted with everything. Nigel, Lauren, Sue, and Dave were extremely accomdating of my special requirements, and everything ran smoothly on the night. The food was beautiful on the evening and breakfast the day after. Would highly recommend for special occasions, weekends away or meals if your local.

We have just had a beautiful evening meal here at Loftsome Bridge. The ambience was perfect, beautiful dining room, and the lady serving us was very friendly. I had the prawn cocktail starter, and my partner had thai fishcake (from the specials menu) both were delicious. We both had the guinea fowl main course. For desert I had the chocolate tart and my partner had the apple crumble. They also have a lighter bites menu which is 3 courses for £22. Which seems unbelievable value for the quality of food. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal, and would highly recommend!

We went for dinner on Wednesday 26th, very quiet with 3 other tables. Three of us ate off the senior diners menu as we preferred the choices, one ate off main menu. The rare steak was tough, fish undercooked, chips burnt, mushrooms on toast was stodgy & only cooked round the edges. We were paying the bill & went outside to avoid any fuss as it was a get together & did complain. The waitresses were friendly. Would not recommend 😞

Very comfortable overnight stay, but unfortunately we were not aware of the need to pre-book dinner. The hotel was extremely busy with two large functions to cater for and we were unable to reserve a table for dinner until 8pm. We were then advised by the staff that a delay in service could be expected due to these other parties. It would have been an excellent gesture if a jug of water could have been on the table and perhaps just a few nibbles/snack or bread to tide us over until our meal & drinks were served. The meal itself was very good. Our room was spacious and comfortable and break served efficiently

This was our second visit - always a good indicator that we enjoyed our first stay!! The hotel is attractively refurbished and is very comfortable. Stayed for 3 nights, needing a rest. It was super! I’m partially disabled and had Cottage 16. It was so comfortable and clean. Everything about the trip was excellent but what topped it all was the the staff, so efficient, hard working and professional. Nothing was too much trouble, so kind. I can’t recommend them highly enough. A long way for me but I fully intend to come again as often as I can. Thank you so so much!
