Really the worst "pizza" we've ever had. Greasy, soggy, undercooked, and pizza toppings needed a microscope to see if they existed. Horrible. We all felt so hungry we had to eat but now the kids Feel unwell.

We were group of five we ordered variety of food like kebabs pizzas and burgers.We enjoyed the food,pizza was delicious,staff was very friendly and supportive. Above all it was only halal takeaway in Llandudno.

A tasteful halal food with utmost gratitude! Service is very great! Staff is very friendly! Specially I met with the owner of the grill Mr Khalid Mehmood he was very great man!

Delicious kebab with juicy meat, fresh veggies, and tasty sauce. Generous portions and quick service. Highly recommend!

I'm quite surprised to see the negative reviews about this place. I've used this place three times in a period of about two months and I can't find a fault with them. It's a well run kitchen, clean and organized and to be fair you don't see that in a lot of the other takeaways around here. Portions are very generous for the price, service has always been a pleasant experience and food is always piping hot, even after my walk home. I'll recommend the large Donner with salad and garlic mayo. It's a BIG thumbs up from me.

Pizza is very delicious and also like the staff service most.

Made a wasted journey there last Sunday because staff said they close at 2300 on Sundays, not 2345.

Packed with plenty of salad so it was less meat, my brother had no salad and you couldn't close the lid it was packed that much with meat. As for the chips, I expected proper chips for the price, not just frozen fries that you can buy for £1.50 in Iceland. Never again will you get my money ( Fact ) iam a local not a tourist. Nothing wrong with tourists at all it's great for the economy.

The delux kebab at Penmaenmawr takeaway is awesome. Enough for 2 with chips! Good quality meat. Brad and salad are always fresh.

A few months ago would of given 4 stars. The past two times it's been awful customer service, ignorant staff and food was terrible. Don't know how you mess a pizza up but what we ordered definitely wasn't an edible pizza! Won't be going again

Regular kebab box was small but surprisingly contained quite a lot of kebab. Chips were lovely and crispy. Could have had more sauce and salad for the kebab.

People saying it’s halal I don’t think it is when I asked the staff for any type of proof the staff got nervous id be very careful when taking the shop staff word for it it don’t say halal anywhere nor do they have any type of paperwork

I ordered large lamb shish portions and wrap. The portions were filling, the meat seamed fresh - it wasn’t dry and chewy like most takeaway places so I was impressed. The chips were perfect, stayed hot throughout my meal and crisp. The staff seem nice but there isn’t a lot of seating, besides that it all seems great. Would definitely recommend for cheeky kebab

I ate a donner kebab from this company yesterday evening, and have woken up at 5:30am with symptoms of food poisoning, it was the first meal I had eaten all day, I suffered stomach upset watery bowl movements, sickness, achey body/ fatigue, and a headache, this has lasted through out the day, I have felt horrendous, it was either under cooked donner meat or there salad was contaminated with bacteria, I won't be ordering from here ever again!

We ordered burgers. Soo delicious. But were quite expensive.

Think twice about getting a delivery 10/10 deliveries go over by half hour , rubbish service , food isn’t bad though I won’t skate them for the crack. , no where near set up for the volume of deliveries

They lie. you order food for pickup. It's never ready like they say on the phone. you arrive and wait for your food for 5-10 minutes. I order food by phone. not to wait for them. It happened many times that I did not receive the ordered items. I ordered once. kebab mix. I received a doner. Several times there was no sauce or salad. the service is not nice. I do not recommend .

Ordered various items for the family from their kebab section. Didn’t like the doner at all. Or the chicken tikka. Almost inedible. The chicken tikka was like bland grilled chicken, the chicken doner had red food colouring and looked like tikka. The mix doner was not very appetising either. Unfortunately, was the only halal option open on Xmas eve near our hotel so had no choice. Pizza might have been a safer option.

My takeaway/home delivery chicken thigh Donner meat was very tasty and hot. My salad was plentyful and fresh. This is the third time I've had this meal from Llandudno Grill. I highly recommend the chicken thigh Donner meat. I highly recommend Llandudno Grill.

Ordered a pizza was undercooked waited nearly an hour complained got another one and was equal as bad would not recommend never ordering from here again.

Been eating at The grill for six years The food was always lovely. The portions have gone extremely small, not happy at all. Probably not go there anymore because it is no longer money

This is the second worst food place I have ever been to. Can’t even get the fries right, they were dry and uneatable. The burgers were more bland, all I can say is the soft drinks were ok as I needed them to give some taste to this horrible food. Stick to KFC or McDonalds. I can’t believe the other positive reviews, very strange?

We ordered food from Llandudno grill and we spent £40 for the 2 pizza ,chips and wings. Not a worth £10. Wings were not cooked properly.we came for the holiday and to be honest we stayed hungry. We put all the wings in a bin.not happy with food at all.

Whenever we are in Llandudno we come to Llandudno Grill. We order the special kebab, which is massive and can easily feed 4. Just get some extra nans or chips Even though this is remote location with little competition, the food is delicious and a good point for me, it's halal

Didn’t order food but I can say the staff here are lovely people! My 4yr old wanted a chocolate milk today and the atm outside wasn’t working(no card payments).the man behind the counter was so amazing and gave it to my daughter the smile on her face when she got it I couldn’t thank you enough. The world needs more kind people like you thank you! ☺️

Three times we have ordered from here when staying in the area. Great donner kebabs and chicken burgers. Best think is the great service, they’ve delivered to 3 different places where we’ve stayed.

Not good food was very hard to eat with the chips very crunching and nothing inside if them and I had a burger that looked burnt and difficult to bite not a good place to eat

I've just paid nearly £20 for a 16" Pepperoni, Salami and Red Onion Pizza. I questioned the price and was advised it was a Double Pepperoni Pizza ordered with extra toppings at £2.50 each. When you peel back the cheese there's no double of anything. Sparse toppings so I feel like I've just been ripped off. Pizza average too, sloppy and sparse. I will not be returning 😔

Worst experience, no taste and they lie for the food what they offer and charge.

Pizza was fine. The chicken was too hard to bite with thick batter. And they dont take cash but they have cash machine. which is strange.

Had a delicious doner kebab wrap, and my son enjoyed his pepperoni pizza too. Great bunch of guys, very friendly service and the food is fresh and top notch, love this place it never disappoints.

Our number one choice for a kebab or burger in Llandudno, great taste, fresh salad and good quality ingredients. Also highly recommend ordering a cheese and garlic pizza rather than just a standard Margherita pizza, it's just bursting with taste. The only real negative and this is a personal thing is that I'm not a great fan of their chips, I think it may be the oil they are cooked in or something along those lines but there is a taste to them I can't put my finger on and just aren't 100% fond of. But overall amazing place, highly recommend.

We've been ordering from the Llandudno Grill for quite some time and every single time the food is of high quality, fresh, good portions and tasty. The pizza is one of the best if not the best, I've ever had (that garlic and tomato base is so tasty!) and the cheese they use is full of flavour. They also add plenty of garlic oil which helps to enhance the flavour. The kebab sizes are generous and kebab meat is good quality. The beef and vegetarian burgers are also good quality and full of flavour. I've been to many takeaways in other areas and the Llandudno Grill always tops it as my favourite (I wish they had one in my area!)

I've been going to the grill for a while and every time I ask for my pizza well done they do exactly that. People like their food a certain way and the grill will cater to that every time you ask. I highly recommend here, it is very good food! I would say the best take away in Llandudno.

I asked for extra chilli and mayo, I barely had any, I guess sauce cost a lot these days? I called back up and anymore and I’d have to pay 1 pound 50p

Great food and the staff are very helpfull

Would recommend to try this place in Llandudno.. We chose to take the Naan Chicken Kebabs and the guy taking our order was kind and courteous. The kebabs were of good quality and the sauces were on point. The Chicken was nicely cooked. Would not hesitate to go again and eat at this joint. Cash only but it has a free cash withdrawal machine just outside.

Great take away and right around the corner from the premier Inn. I'd recommend getting a pizza here and taking it back instead of the East in option. I'd recommend the special if you where to get a pizza, it is so tastey and the toppings are very generous. Well with the money.

We were having an amazing day at the beach and at night we stopped here. By the looks, I thought the food was going to be trash. Boy was I wrong. The food was heavenly. The pizza was the best I ever had and the chips were also brill. I would give it 10 stars if I could.

Have always had great service from this takeaway. Arrives sooner than expected which is always nice. Food is lovely, bit grim about the delivery charge but the way the economy is atm I understand why 😁

I do love the food from here but the only thing is they constantly miss the sauces and I’ve even started adding it on as a note on the app with my order ‘please double check the sauces are all correct’ and yet they’ve again sent my food out without the sauce tonight, it’s a bit annoying as I do only like certain foods with sauce and I’m now sat waiting for my sauce to come separately so will probably end up having to eat cold chips.

I orderd mix kebab from this place it was 1 of the most auful kebabs iv ever eaten it smelt like stinky socks and soggy staff and service was terrible these 5 star rating must be fake beware

Ordered for a family of 3 and the food was excellent. I always judge a business on when things go wrong and when they didn’t put the drink in for my young son the driver was back with it in 5 minutes. Can’t fault them an would recommend them to anyone holidaying in Llandudno as we were.

Came here with my family and the food is quality, ordered a mixture of things from burgers to the kebab boxes and everyone enjoyed it. Highly recommended.

Used to love this takeaway but since the cost of living increase, they have cut back on trays, garnishings and now provide a terrible service. Sent us a lukewarm order with our kebabs just rolled up in paper, rather than being well presented in a tray, nice and hot, like they used to. We complained about the service and they promised us a nice discount next time. 'Next time' being the other day, was even worse, my 9 quid kebab turned up with no chilli sauce, no onions and no tomatoes, barely any chicken and rolled up (again) in a scruffy bit of paper. Absolutely shocking since they also plonked a quid on top of everything not so long ago. I'd now go as far as to call this place a cesspit, charging ridiculous amounts for terrible food in paltry portions, delivered with about as much care as a bull in a china shop. They have turned me right off their food. Once their food was to die for, now I'd rather die than eat it. You have been warned! A quick update: they have increased their prices yet AGAIN. That's the second £1 price increase on all items in the last 3 months. Absolute money grabbing for very little service in return.

Visited here 04.05.2022 Menu on window and when we spoke English advised us the menu is old and prices have changed etc its clear by reading comment on trip adviser they charge you more when they know you are tourist . They call them self Muslim . 2nd thought I be the food isn't halal too watch out people

The worst kabab I had ever and the chips were horrible if I knew I would never go there I only went there because everyone else is close so if it happens to you go to sainsbury get a sandwich do waist your money and time like me
