Wasn’t very hot on arrival Delivery Instruction was followed though

no fault to the driver or restaurant for it being early, it was quite late at night.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food I ate at Llandudno Grill. The pizza I had was beautiful with a thin crispy base, flavourful tomato sauce and gooey cheese (I ordered the peri chicken pizza and it had plenty of toppings with the perfect amount of heat). Also got the chicken strips, they were beautifully crispy and flavourful with a hint of spice. And lastly I got the 1/2 beef burger meal. Burger was cooked and seasoned to perfection, fries were brilliantly crispy with a fluffy inside. And it came with a canned drink. Overall I can taste the quality and care in the food which I didn’t expect to experience based on what the shop looked like.

Really great pizzas and kebabs, you can tell the difference by the quality of the meats and fresh ingredients. The staff are very friendly and always smiling. I really love the food here. Open until 11:30 pm on weekdays and 12pm Saturdays.

Basically this is an expensive kebab shop with extremely small portions. Large kebab was most definitely NOT large, over 4 quid for a small portion of chips. Deeply disappointed with the portion size to price ratio, don't think I'll be using again.

It was scheduled for 5pm and did not arrive at 5pm, but it isn't a big deal because i assume they just get it ready at that time rather than show up at my door at 5 on the dot

Food was hot and really nice but I did have 1 problem the driver after being asked to ring my phone on arrival because my buzzer is broke decided to hold down his car horn instead outside my house and it was past midnight and when I went down for my food he shoved it through my door at me before I even got to open the door fully he grunted then left very disappointed in his service

I think i may have been the first takeaway man today after 5pm and the delivery drivers before me 👍 but the food was absolutely spot on and cooked fresh! Thanks ladies and gents of the business. Over a year ago a friend told me to try Llandudno Grill if I ever wanted a good kebab. These guys have the most tastiest Doner meat I’ve ever had I swear it 🤞 great delivery driver too

Been a while since using this company, my mixed kebab tasted like last night's meat, re heated and my brother's donner burger was a child's size, it was embarrassing. We are locals and have plenty of options so sort your service out llandudno grill.

First of all chips were old/refried or may be of lowest quality and high risk for health,secondly chicken bbq pizza was full of bbq sauce little bit cheese and chicken,OVERPRICED ,tasteless bad food and they don’t accept cash in this big tourist city that too in 2024.i ordered on phone parked my car far away had to go back to grab my wallet and they are so installed an atm machine outside to earn extra money from there too 🫡🤦‍♂️

Really the worst "pizza" we've ever had. Greasy, soggy, undercooked, and pizza toppings needed a microscope to see if they existed. Horrible. We all felt so hungry we had to eat but now the kids Feel unwell.

We were group of five we ordered variety of food like kebabs pizzas and burgers.We enjoyed the food,pizza was delicious,staff was very friendly and supportive. Above all it was only halal takeaway in Llandudno.

I'm quite surprised to see the negative reviews about this place. I've used this place three times in a period of about two months and I can't find a fault with them. It's a well run kitchen, clean and organized and to be fair you don't see that in a lot of the other takeaways around here. Portions are very generous for the price, service has always been a pleasant experience and food is always piping hot, even after my walk home. I'll recommend the large Donner with salad and garlic mayo. It's a BIG thumbs up from me.

i know we orderd a little late but it did take some time to get to us. but what im really upset about is the bone i just chomped on in the chicken i thought it tasted really nice the pizza was excellent but when i got halfway into my chicken kebab i chomped on a bone threw it in the bin straigh away was pretty upset.

The delux kebab at Penmaenmawr takeaway is awesome. Enough for 2 with chips! Good quality meat. Brad and salad are always fresh.

Been using this locally acclaimed takeaway for many years, unfortunately it’s no longer the quality or value for money with less meat and salad it used to be. £12.95 for a mixed kebab isn’t cheap nowadays, and felt a little hard done by versus historic portions with previous owner. Really appreciate businesses need to tighten the heirloom belts, but 13 quid is a big amount to pay even nowadays for a single one dish takeaway.

A few months ago would of given 4 stars. The past two times it's been awful customer service, ignorant staff and food was terrible. Don't know how you mess a pizza up but what we ordered definitely wasn't an edible pizza! Won't be going again

Regular kebab box was small but surprisingly contained quite a lot of kebab. Chips were lovely and crispy. Could have had more sauce and salad for the kebab.

People saying it’s halal I don’t think it is when I asked the staff for any type of proof the staff got nervous id be very careful when taking the shop staff word for it it don’t say halal anywhere nor do they have any type of paperwork

I ordered large lamb shish portions and wrap. The portions were filling, the meat seamed fresh - it wasn’t dry and chewy like most takeaway places so I was impressed. The chips were perfect, stayed hot throughout my meal and crisp. The staff seem nice but there isn’t a lot of seating, besides that it all seems great. Would definitely recommend for cheeky kebab

I ate a donner kebab from this company yesterday evening, and have woken up at 5:30am with symptoms of food poisoning, it was the first meal I had eaten all day, I suffered stomach upset watery bowl movements, sickness, achey body/ fatigue, and a headache, this has lasted through out the day, I have felt horrendous, it was either under cooked donner meat or there salad was contaminated with bacteria, I won't be ordering from here ever again!

Went while it was quiet for two pizzas, they tried to short change me and when I called them out on it, looked at me like I’d done something wrong. Bear in mind I should’ve understood why it was quiet, as the pizzas were severely overcooked and disgusting to be honest. Rubbery, and wierd aftertaste. — not ideal. I don’t get how you can burn it while you’ve got no other orders..

Think twice about getting a delivery 10/10 deliveries go over by half hour , rubbish service , food isn’t bad though I won’t skate them for the crack. , no where near set up for the volume of deliveries

Great food here and delivery was super speedy and respectful of my notes about not knocking, I input an address round the corner from my house by mistake and the guy very quickly came to the correct address and was super nice about it.

They lie. you order food for pickup. It's never ready like they say on the phone. you arrive and wait for your food for 5-10 minutes. I order food by phone. not to wait for them. It happened many times that I did not receive the ordered items. I ordered once. kebab mix. I received a doner. Several times there was no sauce or salad. the service is not nice. I do not recommend .

Ordered a chocolate fudge cake and they've given me a chocolate orange cake instead when I have allergies. Can't eat it, not what I ordered. Phoned up and the man said he sent it because he ran out of chocolate fudge cake. Well where's my refund? I didn't ask for chocolate orange... It says on their website to phone up within 30 minutes of recieving an order so that they can put it right if there are any problems, they didn't! Not happy. That's like ordering a sandwich and them sending a shrimp instead

Easily best kebab since I left Manchester. The shish lamb was beautifully moist (sorry) and 100% cured my New Year’s Day hangover. The option of any kebab with chips rather than just Doner can’t be over-praised and apparently both the Doner kebab and burger were apparently lovely. Even the chips and garlic mayo were great. Honestly looking forward to getting from them again.

Pizza base was as moist as a sofa in a strip club. Had to walk down the road to find the driver because he wouldn’t bring it to the door. Won’t bother again

Ordered various items for the family from their kebab section. Didn’t like the doner at all. Or the chicken tikka. Almost inedible. The chicken tikka was like bland grilled chicken, the chicken doner had red food colouring and looked like tikka. The mix doner was not very appetising either. Unfortunately, was the only halal option open on Xmas eve near our hotel so had no choice. Pizza might have been a safer option.
