Visited here for Chinese way back with some friends who live in Brum. Ordered a few Chinese dishes from Duck and Squid. They were great and by far the best Chinese I had in the area. Service was great too and the decor was very nice inside. If you're looking for authentic Chinese fodder then this is the place to visit.

Used them a lot. Vanished from Ubereats and now Just-eat there loyalty for ya!!!!!!!! Go do one.

Dry chilli and rice were good ,would order again

Disgusting food ever tasted.... egg fried rice has large amounts of crushed egg shell not just one bit but loads....never ordering againn

Food was amazing. Prices were decent too compared to portion size. Starters pricing was really good. Definitely recommend this place. The decor isn't modern but in a way it's good as it doesn't just seem like every other place.

Went here once and what a mistake it was. Portions was stale probably cooked weeks before. The waiter owner tried to make us order extra starts even if you dont want it just take it home and eat it. Quality was very poor waiter just kept staring not customer service practically took away drinks so we would order another round dusty smokey place needs to put aC on or invest in vents. Mnow I kno why i never went before. To much money hungry.

The original Halal Chinese, now moved inside Yaqub's Steakhouse across the road..316 Highgate rd,b12 8ed..still the best quality and portions..18years trading..

Best Halal Chinese in the UK! I have been to many halal Chinese places in the UK across the country but this one is the best out of all of them! Closest taste to back home Chinese I have found.

My favourite Chinese restaurant in Birmingham. Delicious food. Good service. Definitely recommended. The quality and taste has never wavered. I've tried few other Chinese including Acha Chinese but their food is just bland compared to Chopsticks.

Good food and service but very difficult to find. The restaurant also needs better ventilation. We all smelt of Chinese food when got back.

Used to be very good about a decade ago. Now entrance is above another restaurant, food was ok. Staff was very friendly. Space for pray was also a bonus.

Me and my family came here on 21/02/18 Firstly the room was dark There was no theme or Music The food was DISGUSTING !!!!🤢we ordered fish and the fish coating tasted like fried chicken The tikka tasted like rubber The Lamb karahi and Dhaal tasted like garlic NO TASTE to it whatsoever NO SPICES lamb was cold!!! I ordered chicken noodles.............................. Any one would think they would know how to make a SIMPLE Chinese dish since it’s a Chinese restaurant but they couldn’t even get that right Only the fries tasted alright and pop corn chicken 16 other People were with me and they all went home disappointed Don’t waste your time coming to this restaurant There’s plenty other restaurants you can visit !!

Really dated DECOR something from the 60s awful lighting, random junk in the corners of dining area. We came here on the evening of 21/02/2018 with 17 OTHERS who were equally dissatisfied!!! THIS PlACE NEEDS TO BE SHUTDOWN or have a DRASTIC UPDATE In every Department!!! 🤮🤮🤢🤢😷😷😡😡 SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!

Amazing food and comfortable setting

Went here for the first time with my family of 6, the staff was kind and helpful. Had 2 little ones so asked the staff how spicy is the food as obviously Asian food is going to be hot, they advised me what to order for them. The food arrived swiftly and was very nice, we ordered a variety of Chinese/Malaysian dishes with starters. The staff made sure we was ok and was very helpful when my little one spilt her milkshake. The place is nice and clean the food is cooked fresh infront of you as you can see the chef's through the large window. Price is about right as what any other Chinese takeaway charges. This was the first time we went here and it was fine I would definitely recommend it, obviously everyone has their own experiences but mine was fine. 4 stars is what I'm rating it but why not 5 I hear you say, well that I'm saving for that one place I hope to find one day.

Went to chopsticks after ages..food was delicious. And the service was fantastic.

Enjoyed my visit here with my family. Staff are friendly, attentive, and helpful. Food was tasty and the ambience was good too.

Have always ordered from here and food is hit and miss but the kids enjoy it. Ordered today and they got three dishes terrible wrong. After an hour of trying to get through, I got told several times I had not ordered today. Then when he realised he was wrong, he yelled at me for calling to explain my order was wrong. The manager stated it was because he wasn't in earlier. i politely said it didn't matter as I understand these things happen and just require a refund. He apologized and told me he would knock it off my next order but I told him I was hesitant to order again so he insisted I come in for my refund. I explained I ordered delivery for a reason and he can refund it next time someone is in the area. He must have not heard this as he was busy talking over me and yelling at me. He took my bank details to refund just the dishes which went wrong and told me he would add a note to say I can't order again. He continued yelling at me after so I gave up!

Poor quality of food. Chicken tasted a little "off. Every dish we ordered was way too hot...as in way too much chilli.

Halal Chinese, soups,maincourse. Tasty chinese food. Visit regularly.

I have never had Chinese food like it. It all tasted the same and little variety from what I saw on menu. Food from Acha Chinese is far better with lower prices and bigger portions. Also this place has no parking.

Food, especially chicken and sweetcorn soup, is delicious. Service is very good and food is served quickly. They come to check that everything is okay. Mocktails are nice too. Highly recommend

Very poor service only chinese was good asian food was the worst I ever had and the manager was very rude . The naan breads were very hard .believe me I have been their couple of times but this was the worst one I will never go there again .They are charging £10 for a small prawn curry wid 6 prawns in it . I went wid my friends really embarrassed . I ordered chinese n asian curry ,one of the curry was given after half an hour when everyone finished their food . I would advised everyone plz plz instead of going to this restuarant you have much better options on lady pool road .

Food is always consistently on point, fresh, hot, tasty and the staff are very welcoming especially the owner/manager. I regularly order chicken chow mein, chicken shezuan, egg fried rice and Singaporean rice with chicken. Goes down a treat and my kids love it. Good on price as well.

I travelled 50 miles from Nottingham after getting doped by their fancy website. Restaurant was deserted on Friday night, which makes you wary and my worst concerns came true after tasting the starters. Chicken wings were stale and main course was barely edible. Hot & sour soup was ok. The whole place lacked atmosphere and this was not the dining experience my family was looking for.

Food had no taste to it.. Waited over an hour.. Prawn crackers were STALE.. Over priced.. Will not be eating here again..

Amazing tasty food I enjoy the food I've been eating here for about 15 years must be good food as I'm a great cook myself . Plus the gaffer & staff are so welcoming & friendly always amazing atmosphere clean & well presented

its full of gays, and very loud music and people, especially kids making noise and throwing food around. their was a little girl who was screaming and making noise, her parents didnt care and let her run around, when i asked he didnt stop them, also the food is rubbish, and very expensive, the kebabs taste like old newspapers, the rice, less said the better NEVER going their again EVA! i will go to the one in kingstanding or chelmsley wood

A regular here at the restaurant. Fave dish is Duck honey glazed with boiled rice with a chicken noodle or chicken and sweet corn soup. Hot n sour soup is also great.

Expensive food and not great, cheap cutlery ,soup brought in 99p bowels.Carpets are dirty. Overall nasty experience stay clear.
