For all the ones that got cancelled booking at the last minute it's because it is being used to house immigrants... yes so they cancelled a paying member of the British public to house illegal immigrants

Are there not enough bins in your hotel that you have to throw your plastic litter on the road outside your hotel beside sefton park? Shame on you.

Had a room booked since October last year only to be told a week before I was due to check in that my room had been cancelled due to a "technical hitch". Would've been nice to have told your customers that earlier!

Quaint little Hotel. Repurposed from a grand old house. Clean and tidy with beautiful big windows overlooking a park. City centre about 10 minutes away by car. A street with plenty if restaurants/pubs about 5 minutes by car away
