Always welcoming - you can sit inside if it’s a bit chilly and the Panetones they sell make the best Christmas gifts! Highly recommend

Omer is simply a star, a very valued part of the Bernard’s Heath community. He is always happy and gives a big smile to all his customers. Omer makes the best cappuccino in St Albans with delicious toasted and cakes. He has some great Italian goodies as well- love the panettone which arrives at Christmas and Easter.

This little place is a perfect spot for a coffee on the go. A small seating area, alternative milk choices and a very friendly barista. Pick up coffee on the go few times and met my friends for a catch up. There is often a queue around school run time and at the weekends. There are some Italian essentials and baked goodies if you need something to go with your coffee.

Very friendly service with a delicious range of cakes and first rate coffee. Many cakes are GF and they offer dairy free milk alternatives. A great place to meet friends. Always a queue as the coffee is so good!

I visited the Little Star Café following a recommendation from a friend and I was not disappointed. I requested a Macchiato and the owner said he would make it the Italian wat and I was not disappointed. The Apolline filled with lemon cream was very good and I have since been told that the pistachio cannoli is also very good (I have been back a few times and never any available, I have also tried the espresso which was excellent). A limited amount of outside seating is available. The café also acts as a small Italian supermarket with some interesting items for sale.
