Such a lovely restaurant. We were made to feel so welcome & the staff were very friendly & helpful. The food was fantastic.

Little Italy is always busy and the food is great. I loved being able to practice my Italian.

Sat outside and had a lovely Bolognese Risotto. Also ordered the Cheese Garlic Bread which was probably the best I've ever had anywhere!

Nice service but 3 coffees were so bad we didn’t finish it at all. No foam on latte and 0,5 cm and I am being generous here, on cappuccino, it should be 1/3 of cup. Appalling as it’s Italian owned… hopefully staff get trained better :)

Good quality food,tasted great overall but I wasn't too excited by the garlic bread sadly, it tasted quite bitter. Apart from that I enjoyed my meal. It wasn't the fastest service but they were polite and friendly. I would definitely go again and try something else

Excellent food and service! I fancied a four cheese pizza for two weeks and I was not disappointed! It wasn’t on the menu, but they made it for me anyway. Really kind people. To top things off, the sun came out and a street musician set herself up nearby, so all in all, it was a lovely experience!

The food was great, but the service lacked something. The waiting staff are young and not very observant or attentive. They also insisted on calling everyone guys despite being asked not to by an older female on our table. The request was acknowledged with an apology but then ignored 30 seconds later. The restaurant was busy today, and the owner was not supported by having a chef there to cook, meaning that the food was slow in coming out. My meal came several minutes after the other members of my table. I'm sure we will visit again and hopefully things will have improved.

First time visiting Little Italy and unfortunately it hasn't lived up to expectations. Service was very slow tonight, mains were good but my deserts were stale (Filled Cannolis) and gelelato ice cream had frost bite. Not the best experience, very disappointed.

Lovely little place and authentic. We turned up on a Saturday night without a booking for my daughter’s birthday and they managed to fit us in and made a feel welcome. The menu is great with plenty of choice for all tastes. All our dishes were fabulous (compliments to the chef). The service was great and we had an excellent evening. Thank you very much for fitting us in.

Had a great lunch today, I was not the expecting food to be this tasty. We took the lovely owners recommendation of daily specials, meatballs and seafood pasta,the taste was amazing, Atmosphere was fine , but hey it was 3 Jan

Incredible Italian restaurant. The jacket is super nice and efficient. They served us right away and it didn't take them long to bring us the food. Very cozy place and excellent food. We had two margherita pizzas that were super delicious and a calzone. Very well made dough and with very good taste. Good music and calm atmosphere. Highly recommended

Best italian in Taunton with a welcoming atmosphere and staff. We ordered 2 pizzas a d they were so good that as a dessert we ordered a third one. Homemade food prepared with care and attention to customer satisfaction. Just one waitress and one chef but still able to deliver great service for up to 20 people at the same time. We will come back.

Probably the most authentic Italian food in town, extremely tasty and fairly priced. The service is excellent and the atmosphere is very friendly and cosy. If you have the chance to eat here, make sure to save some space for gelato! Their ice-cream is unreal!

This place is another level, don't go in expecting food like the other Italian chain restaurants. little Italy is high end. Our whole party couldn't compliment the food enough. It's perfection!

Another FANTASTIC home cooked Italian lunch at Little Italy. This is the 3rd time we have eaten here and every dish has been great. Attentive and prompt service, great atmosphere and the deserts are also superb. Nobody in Somerset should go to a chain Italian whilst this place is open, great value with real flavour! Currently my favourite restaurant in the SW.

Today we had a delicious Italian lunchtime meal here. Freshly cooked meals and friendly, welcoming service. The pizzas are delicious and full of flavour. Highly recommended!

We booked for Thursday lunchtime as we were celebrating as special occasion. WOW! The food was amazing! So fresh and tasty. We have been to several Italian restaurants when we used to live in London and this brought back memories of our visit to Italy. Definitely the best Italian in the area, the staff were friendly and helpful with recommendations. We look forward to visiting again soon.

First time visit and definitely not my last. Had Sunday lunch with my daughter's and granddaughter. On ordering we were offered a child's portion without having to ask. Very friendly welcome and a little fussing over granddaughter went down a treat with her. We had various pasta dishes,pizza and garlic bread. Ice cream to finish. Biggest bonus for myself was that my sugar levels stayed in my target zone (type 1 diabetic) which is difficult when eating out.

Simply the best dining experience we’ve had in Taunton. This wonderful little courtyard restaurant should easily be the #1 eatery in Taunton, and if it was on the main streets it would be. However, the fact that it is so tucked away in plain sight is part of its charm. We had four meals, drinks and desserts al fresco and without any shadow of a doubt it was the best Italian I’ve had outside of Italy. Simply superb. Oh and the recommendation of the Sicilian beer was spot on! What a wonderful discovery.

First time at this place and im impressed. Plenty of menu choices for all diets. Family run. All fresh ingredients, dishes homemade and options to customise. Service was quick, friendly, and atmosphere relaxed but it was full at 730pm. Good value and I would visit again.

Good food ,great atmosphere friendly staff would recommend

First visit today. Went for lunch: Garlic Bread with cheese as starter. Chicken Rissotto and Tagliatelle with mince beef and tomato sauce then Limoncello to finish our meal. Best Italian we have had. Will certainly be revisiting this Restaurant.

Found this place by complete chance. It’s a great little Italian. The outdoor seating area with olive tree, Italian lady serving, it’s a taste of being there. A good honest pizza/pasta restaurant and you can tell it’s not part of a chain. Enjoyed great pasta dish and coffee. Was sorry I hadn’t the space to try dessert.
