I had an amazing dinner at this döner shop last night! The food was absolutely delicious — the meat was perfectly seasoned, tender, and juicy, and the portions were generous. The service was friendly and fast, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming.

Food was nice but service was really slow, came at 12pm and I was the only one in the shop with 2 workers, it took them 10 minutes to take my order, and 20 minutes to cook it (I ordered 2 things and the lady told me it'd take 7 minutes) Got my food and got home and there was a hair in my chips lmao

Are you giving it 5stars because you are easily pleased? Because my daughter ordered the very expensive food that she assumed was dry as that's what it said... Came with sauce so she didn't eat any of it, so I did, now the chicken tasted like the smell of wet dog. And she didn't eat her cheesy chips either because it wasn't actually proper decent expensive cheese, it was a cheap nasty nacho sauce. It is delusional that this chain has a higher star rating than a bunch of local takeaways that are far superior cheaper and don't skimp on decent ingredients. I will ensure I spreads the word with who utterly disgusting my experience was with this typical chain restaurant. The only impression I was left with was of the sheer feeling of nausea.

After reading the reviews we visited this place. Money what we paid for the food its very disappointed, not a good experience. Very basic food & not hot enough either. Rice bowl with chicken was so dry & hardly very few shredded chicken in it & salad was a joke. Overall a very disappointed experience. I am afraid not visiting them again.

The kind lady serving us could not be more apologetic, but the wait for a beef donor was agonising for me -and everyone trying to eat, hearing my stomach gurn. But like I said - the woman serving was kind and warm, so don't blame her for this review. Blame you're food and kitchen processes. The beef (what was actually there - it was sparse) was small bits, grisly and not at all distinctive in flavour, I'm sorry to say. There was a huge "flatbread" - claggy and thick, very little in terms of salad. That was it. The price seems good, but it's just a pretty scrappy sandwich.

I ordered takeaway tonight and there was a piece of plastic in my food and it got stuck in my throat and it as hurt the back of my throat. This is disgusting and I will never ordered anything from here again. You should be ashamed of yourselves sending out food like that!!!!! It could of killed me!!!

Uzzi is the best worker there of course the others too! But he’s so nice always make sure you’ve got everything and you’re sorted, I ordered some food the other day and I was sat in my car waiting as it was a big order and Uzzi the legend bought it out to my car! What a legend!

I visited this place yesterday for the first time. I had great experience. I was feeling like cook has magic in his hands. Staff is so welcoming and friendly. Its very clean place especially floors and coutertops. I would highly recommend this place.

Pooor manners regular customer but sick to the stomach of the woman who works everyday in the kitchen and counter of how rude she is flings a fork over to who you can tell is a new worker I was shocked when seen this and never smiles having a food business I should expect evreyone to be polite to eachother not just customers but workers too never seems to smile or say have a nice day I think u guys need some manners I can say that the man who works in caspas and your restaurant is the only one who is nice and you can actually feel comfortable ordering food top boss rest of you need a word seriously

This is the best place for kebabs in my opinion grate staff too the only think I could pick out and that’s only because I’m a bit of a pig with my food is that the meet portions could be just a little bit bigger agin that’s probably just me being a pig but still 10/10 this place

Doner and other bits fine but the chicken gyros are the star here, reasonably priced, took a little while whilst not that busy, at least food isn't sitting around and is fresh

I stopped here at lunchtime together with my wife, and we were lucky to find the 20% lunch time discount! The food was really plentiful! We got a meal deal menu where we spared! In which I will attach the video. Parking is free if you spend a little at the sainsburys. The staff really friendly.

Amazing halal food in Taunton I would definitely recommend Grand Wrap if your a fan of shawarma. Over all experience was amazing the staff was nice, would definitely come for the amazing wrap. As it's so much better than those Turkish warps that have just paper wrap around it while Grant Wrap is the most proper wrap I had in UK.

I have had their kebabs quite a few times now, and they are fantastic. It's not too big, though it's just about. Fries are always freshly made. I have taken Dynamit fires, which are extra, but worth the price.
