Ordered for collection and was greeted by the owner himself by the door - he welcomed me in and talked me through my order, complimenting my tastes - extremely comforting and welcoming customer service which made me feel even more glad to have ordered from there! The desserts were fantastic (sundae, milkshake and cookie dough) and fantastically luscious, rich and really met the expectations set by the excellent customer service, portions gave enough to leave some for leftovers (so tasty.) Would absolutely recommend a visit, will be bringing friends to eat in soon as the customer service was so lovely - owner was clearly very passionate and really friendly!

Probably one of the best dessert shops in Cardiff. Great service and had some great recommendations from the owner. Went with the Dubai Drip Sushi Crepe and it was sensational. Also open late if you want a late night sweet treat

Had a milk cake. It was completely frozen in the middle, the sauce itself was very thin and flavourless as well. Heavenly desserts is much better quality than this.

We recently visited The Little Dessert Shop as out usual haunt was closed so we thought why not try it! Was the best decision we made! As soon as we entered we were greeted with the warm energy of the Manager Raihaan. He was very attentive to our needs! We all ordered similar to our usual orders. When they were being made we keep see the product quality was amazing and the serving sizes were 👌👌👌 Definitely no scrimping on sizes!!! We will definitely be coming again! A+++++ 5***** recommend!!!! Good things do come in 'Little Dessert Shop' packages!!!

We came across this little treasure by chance as we was passing, it looked inviting from the outside so we turned around and came in. What a little gem of a place it is! Little place with a big reputation???We were greeted straight away with the best customer service. The owner, Raihaan was so happy and cheerful that alone is a great atmosphere to walk into! He greeted us on entry, discussed various options. We weren't planning on eating in and were taking home but he made us feel so welcome that we decided to stay and eat in. He put tables together for us as a family and told us about how he became the owner and how he is so proud to own it. There was a little "About me" card on each table from him explaining how it all started, and where it all began for him. From presentation, cleanliness, customer service and quality of the deserts EVERYTHING was top notch. We couldn't fault anything genuinely highly recommend and definately worth every star and more on ratings without a doubt. Thankyou 🙂 Amazing management. You deserve it. Ordered the French toast as it was “viral”, the photo showed 3-4 pieces of toast with lots of strawberries… what arrived was a small piece of toast and 2 strawberries. Charged £10.95 for this and the delivery took 40 minutes

Run by an amazing new owner Raihaan. Inspiring 24 yo who decided to take over the dessert industry in Cardiff. Made an amazing milkshake and catered to our needs exactly as we wanted and it was delicious! Worth a visit.

Great food, the Kunfa Crepe was lovely. It was also very filling. Biggest crepe on city road. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Only thing is you are not able to order a collection on the phone so the wait is over 15 minutes. Some people find it difficult to order online.

As soon as i walked in The manager greeted me and my family making me feel nice, the room was nice and everything was extremely clean, and warm while it was a very cold night, the food was amazing and there was so much choices, i would recommend deeply

This dessert spot has flourished under its new ownership! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the desserts are absolutely delicious. I tried the petite pancakes, which were perfectly fluffy and full of flavor. They also offer a student discount, which is a fantastic bonus. The new management has done an amazing job—definitely worth a visit!

WOW! I never leave reviews but this was honestly a 10/10. I ordered via uber eats and got it delivered by the owner as was the last customer of the night, super friendly owner and really quick delivery. I ordered the Oreo cookie dough tray and was still warm and the best I’ve had. Do urself a favours and try this business out for yourself!

I have dined in before and i ordered online through Uber yesterday. Uber canceled the request and refunded me the money but the manager brought the food himself and insisted on me taking it for free. Awesome desserts, Amazing staff and service. Definitely recommended.

Ordered from here on uber eats and was supposed to come latest at 12:20am didn't come till 1am so 40mins late by the time it got to me it was soggy and ice cream had melted, had an half crap apology was unprofessional really as when I got my food handed over he seemed more enthusiastic to tell me to read the message in the bag which was about him taking over the business rather than being more sincere and apologetic about being late 🙃 why would I spread the word about your business if that is how you do things? If being on uber eats is too much for you to handle then why have your business on there as it seems you get alot of negative reviews being on there. Did email you but no reply (yet again unprofessional) so that's why I have resorted to leaving a review here
