Lovely Place, food always prepared lightning fast and never disappointing.

Worse food ever had, order chicken got pork and order no vegetables or pineapple in the other meal it had hardly any chicken with loads of vegetables and pineapple lot more than normal meal Not tast nice

This place used to be brilliant when Ann worked there.. They just can't cope without her.. They were recently taking telephone orders with the standard "ready in 20 minutes" comment.. However; they had said this to about 20 different people.. This meant that some people had up to 1.5 hours waiting outside their shop To collect telephone orders! I pointed this problem out to them, just spread the order pick up times up?!? How do they deal with it?? They've now just stopped answering the phone at all.. So no telephone orders.. = no more custom from me. Bye, Bye now! 😝

Ordered two small cod and large chips. After parting with £17 or so, chips were greasy and barely edible, sad to say the fish was not just tiny but totally inedible. I use the word fish loosely as I'm guessing it was frozen pollock baked to near solid consistency then deep fried to ensure ensuing dental treatment. The pleasant and ostensibly hard working couple may well do Chinese food to a reasonable standard but need to start over with the concept of fish and chips as ours went straight in the bin.

Staying locally and 3 days in I’ve had a take out twice as our Air BnB recommended it.Had the spicy fried rice with chicken and pork. Inhaled it both times. The freshest tasting Chinese I’ve had. Pineapple added which was not something im mad keen on but actually liked it in the rice. Super tasty and piping hot and just yummy. Cash only

Great as always, I’m local to the area so pop in semi-often. Seems to be better than it was even a year ago as well, food is always fresh and full of flavour. The owners here are also lovely and greet you with a smile, even during the recent heatwave!

Unfortunately the egg fried rice and chicken fried rice was very stodgy, maybe rice cooked earlier or the day before. The chow mein was a bit slimey. The chicken balls was ok. A bit disappointed considering the amount we paid for our food.

I had sweet and sour chicken balls and egg fried rice. It all looked good, huge portions. Alas the chicken was impossibly tough and stringy and the batter although crispy and golden promising much delivered wet uncooked batter within. If I had not of had a glass of wine I would have taken it back, instead it went in the bin. My wife's mini vegetable rolls had no vegetables in the middle. SORRY!

Always drive a few extra miles for quality. Proper job

We’ve had a Chinese meal from here and it was very good, lovely lady who gave us an extra homemade ginger and sesame sauce which was lush! Tonight we had fish and chips - equally good quality! The only change we would like to see is more eco packaging.

Both the oriental and Fish N Chips are good quality, more importantly reasonable priced. On the negative side no card payment accepted only bank transfer or cash when ordering in person 😎

Very poor. Tasteless. Seaweed is like eating sugar. Chicken balls were greasy. Never going back. Sorry but absolute rubbish takeaway 😢😢

Really nice, had the sweet n sour chicken balls. They were big, best ones I've had for a long time. Girlfriend had KPo chicken, again very nice. Definitely recommend.

Oh my Mama! This was a fab accidental find. Spectacular Shredded beef, superb salt & chili squid, kids approved the fried chicken. Everything was great even the prawn crackers. I must say the food was way better than the Chinese resto we have just been to at China town near Soho. Thank you. You guys made our family night takeaway 👍👍👍❤❤❤

Not a bad take-away, although the chips were slightly hard & could of done with another 5 minutes or so cooking, but the fish was perfect.
