Little Caesars Chellaston in South Derbyshire

Pizza was OK but not as good as the one I had in Top Valley in Nottingham. My concern at this one in Chellaston is that hardly any of the staff speak English and there is a massive communication problem. Surely they can have some workers on shift at all times whose mother tongue is English.

Got the £5.99 pepperoni pizza deal for lunch at work . Was OK but pretty greasy. Was ready cooked and piping hot so the service was very fast . The lad that served me was very friendly and polite.... so yea the pizza I had was not great but not bad , just average.

Just wait 5 to 10 mins and it’s ready.

Waiting order so long and Mising drink

Shocking experience made an order had us waiting 45 mins then they approached us saying they can’t complete ordered they with give us the food that was made and give us refund for the rest what a waste off time with never use them again !

I am so glad this US pizza chain came over to England, offering an outlet that smashes contenders like Domino's and Pizza Hut! The options are well presented at the electronic screens, or should I say Hot-N-Ready Zone, of the counter. Prices come really cheap and service was fast as expected, signs on the wall give a proper history into Little Caesars especially for it only having come to our country recently. The Margarita Pizza was tasty and the BBQ Crazy Puffs were absolutely amazing, packing a spice level mixed with the cheese too!

Tastes like frozen pizza, however, for the price that is acceptable.

arrived Luke warm as per usual. driver couldn't find me again. Just eat mapping is pathetic. only ordering from restaurants that have instore courier's because it's a joke. am I asking to much to have hot food? probably won't order here again which is a shame. I love the pizzas

True pizza was way better, little ceasers pizzas have thick goey, greasy dough and the pizzas have no flavour. True pizza had big thin slices with a packed full of flavour and the only good thing about little ceasers is the milkshakes and cookies. Petition to bring back true pizza!!

no crazy sauce that I ordered. courier went to wrong road again. pizza was cold as when he arrived it was handed to me.. just pizza box and 2 other items. you need to review your packaging as its not fit for any purpose at all

Ordered the Classic Meal Deal on Uber Eats. Speed of service was very impressive, however it was clear that their speediness was due to lack of quality assurance for the order. Despite having ordered a large margherita pizza, cheesy bread and two diet cokes, I received a large pepperoni pizza, cheesy bread and two regular cokes (not even remotely correct really). I wouldn’t have minded apart from the fact both me and my sister are vegetarian so couldn’t even eat the pizza (what a waste of food). On top of that, Uber only refunded me half the price I paid, meaning I essentially spent a tenner on a tiny cheesy bread (make it make sense I beg)?! Then I tried to call the restaurant itself, and I am not being remotely hyperbolic when I say I called 10 times and received NO answer. Couldn’t even have a replacement pizza or drink sent over, so ended up eating a frozen pizza for dinner. Overall, really disappointing experience. There hasn’t been a lower moment for a Caesar since the Ides of March.

Stopped here onroute not goodl pizza was ready made gave me the pizza box straight away was already cooked . Dough was brought in from frozen could taste that

First up this is not my first Little Caesars. When I am in the US I live on their produce, so I think I am qualified to judge this against its US cousins. The experience was 💯. It does not get any better and compared to the US it was the quickest I have ever experienced. It took 45 seconds from starting to place the order on the touchpanel to getting the pizza in my hand! 45 seconds! Wow just wow. The staff were very friendly and place was clean and well run (unlike some of the US branches I have visited) Prices were just silly stupid cheap...watch out every other pizza reseller! Now on the pizza itself. Taste was identical to the US with one exception and I hope this was just my pizza, the dough tasted old/dried out, not light and fluffy like I was expecting. I tried the pizza puffs as well and it was the same thing. Could It be the heating cabinet causing this? Either way, it did not put me off at all. It was all gone in a few minutes! Do I personally advocate for MORE Little Caesars in the UK? Yes, yes and double yes! If a Little Caesars was to be placed in every town in the UK, the pizza game is up for every other dough slinger, charging £20 for something that should be £8. Watch out UK, a pizza change is a coming!

What a joke of a business, forgot to give half our order to the delivery driving, so rang them to let them know and they were already aware and were unwilling to rectify it. As this was to feed family of six we had to find other means to feed us all.

Update 2024: The crazy bread has been ruined! Spoke to the lad that worked there, who said it's always like that, which isn't true. Look at my previous review! It was 5 star and has massively gone downhill. This will ruin Little Caesar for Bits, if they've never been in Canada, where it's amazing. So disappointing. Went back in and they offered to make new ones, but said they'd be the same, so there was no point. I ordered 3 bags. All may as well go in the bin. Rubbish. What a waste of an hour's drive for food I usually love. Do better. Photos added. Previous review: It was just as good as I remember from Canada! Absolutely loved it! 30min from my house and I'd make that journey JUST for the crazy bread. It's amazing! Staff were very friendly too.

Ngl it would be 5 stars purely if I could choose something other than cheese or pepperoni in the Classic Meal Deal, in this deal you get more than most other pizza places for the same price, but since its just cheese or pepperoni I can choose, its not perfect. Pizza was good tho.

Pizza was absolutely DISGUSTING !! Greesy ingredients tasted cheap and bland and the pepperoni was like a worse version of Asda just essentials BASIC range. With next to no pork taste just HORRIBLE cheap tasting CRAP !! phoned up to ask about this and was fobbed off by the young lad also asked why the menu was so basic. With no extra toppings option and no different pizza base options then the young lad just hung up on me, phoned back to be put straight to answer phone this is bad customer service together with SHOCKING Greesy cheap tasting pizzas !! AVOID AVOID AVOID !! Stick with Domino's if you want a decent pizza.

Honestly I cannot remember the last time I had a pizza that tasted so good, for once the pepperoni wasn't absolutely covered in grease, this pizza is definitely years ahead of the other chains. Also the large pepperoni and cheese pizzas are only £5 each. Absolute quality. Unfortunately when I went the music was way too loud. I know we all like loud music but I think there's an acceptable level. Other than that it was great. The pizza was made in good time.

Famous American pizza brand now at a small number of locations in the UK. There unique selling feature being their "hot and ready" pizza at £5, you can order bespoke pizzas, and they'll cook them fresh meaning you'll have to wait. Their pizza has a unique taste, but their speed is the best thing

Hot and Ready....in 15 minutes. What's the point of having a hot and ready pizza if you're waiting just as long for someone to hand it to you? Absolutely nothing like the American chain in service times. Food is fine, but I was expecting to pop in and out with my pizza. This is absurd. Edit: I've been back twice since, at different times of day, and on both occasions they've been amazing. Everything I remembered from my time in the states. Would love the pan pizza someday, but the pizza and crazy bread is great. Highly recommend this place. And at £5, you can't beat it

Having discovered this place it reminded me of little Ceasers I used to go to when I lived in Canada. I can say top service at a great price Would definitely go there again . Would be great to see more of these places opening up

Not sure what happened I ordered the food at just before 1pm and it arrived just before 2pm. The restaurant did call me and say a driver went so they had to get another one. First time I’ve tried this place and it will unfortunately be the last

It's a pizza place, pizzas are mediocre at best very salty and greasy, toppings are bland. For the money spend a few quid more and go elsewhere.

Had the hot n ready pepperoni pizza which was pretty good, wait time was 2 minutes to be served and payed - and at the price of £5 is good value for money…unlike another well known pizza chain beginning with D. Recommended if you like Pizza.

I’ll be honest, this place isn’t great. No better than a greasy takeaway pizza and in some cases, worse than. Taste is very bland, nothing special and once we got home (3 minute drive away) it was as hard as cardboard, cheese and topping came off in one bite (sign of poor ingredients) it was just overall pretty shoddy for the price they are asking. Service was terrible, the people seemed nice however you walk in, everyone is just stood around you have no idea if you’re coming or going. You order at the till or on the screen, and then they stand to one side hiding behind the fridge so you have to formally announce your arrival just to speak to someone. God forbid you’re rude enough to go and ask if your order has already been called out or ready, they look at you with disgust! One lady bless her had asked was mine ready, they said no. Another man walks in and orders some puff bites, he gets given them fresh and walks out, the same lady asked if her order was ready a second time, they said no mam it’s not ready, we are waiting on a few items, she said “yes, the same items you’ve just given to that man that walked in?!” He then went into the fridge for her food plus puff bites and gave it to her there and then! Understandably she was annoyed and so was everyone else. If you want an “ok” meal so you don’t go hungry, this is your place.

Have had pizza from here a few times. Always Hot and always delicious and fast service. To top it off prices are amazing, my daughter won’t eat any other pizza anymore she loves it so much!!

Had a journey from Grest Yarmouth to Blackpool and this provided the half way point stop. I'd been waiting for this moment for nearly a whole year and the pizza didn't disappoint. We had a hot and ready pepperoni to share and some of the smaller pizzas and they were all delicious! Will go back on my next visit to Blackpool.

Asked for a pepperoni. Lady at the till asked me if I wanted margarita, I said no, and repeated pepperoni. She nodded and said sorry. Got home... and the pizza was a margarita also not very nice, it was very dry abd chewy. First and last time visiting. Also acted like she did me a favour by having the straw hanging out my milkshake.....getting my order right would have been more helpful.

Friendly quick service, great tasting pizzas to keep 4 teenagers happy for a sleepover. We had the margarita deluxe and the 3 meat feast and they were delicious! The crust was so tasty that no-one left any, unlike Dominos. They weren't soggy either and great value. Will be recommending to my friends!

Nothing wrong with the staff they’re awesome but the pizza literally tastes like air, the dough has no taste whatsoever it’s literally the worst pizza I’ve ever had, supermarket frozen pizzas are better than this. What happened to True Pizza? I was a regular customer and so were so many of my friends. Such a shame a big corporate business has took over and ruined it completely. I hope the owner of True Pizzas is well as I would never not want anyone to not get what they deserve as that business was spot on. I also don’t trust these 5 star reviews they’re probably spam or paid for as every person I know that has been to little caesers absolutely hates it. BRING BACK TRUE PIZZAS PLEASE.

Can really fault this place, £5 for a large pizza. Little or no waiting and plenty of options if you want to upgrade. The little pizza bits are lovely but the cheesy garlic bread is amazing.

Great food at a great price, some of the best pizza i've had in a long time! Extremely flavourful, could taste every ingredient and there was very little grease which is a nice change from most pizza chains! Staff were polite when i collected, overall 12/10, having just moved to Chellaston me and my family have designated it the go to pizza place for future pizza nights!

There is aldi right next to hit you would be better getting a pizza out of their freezer and eating it straight out of the box

Now I don't need to wait until I'm stateside to have some Little Caesars. Tastes just like it does in Florida and the same awesome value for money. Get the pizza puffs and the cookies, they are phenomenal; the pizza is too of course.
