fish was fine but chips were cold and there were way to many little hard bits. I have no teeth so couldn't eat them.

Food is always good, hot and tasty. Quick, efficient and friendly service when going into the shop or when delivered to your home.

Food was very greasy and very cold by the time it eventually got to us estimated time was 17:10-17:30 I chased it at 17:45 and was told would be there at 17:50 it arrived at 18:00

Lovely food and plenty of it came a little late but great value for money will definitely order again definitely give it a try 👍🏻

Went in for a bag of chips to go with dinner, grabbed a piece of chicken to go with it and I wish I found this place sooner, it's so delicious and you get a lot of value for your money. Note to Owners, foodhub is missing a few items from your menu. Just thought I should point it out!

said it was delivered when it wasn't, took ages for someone to answer phone. then got informed that chips hadn't even been cooked and would be delayed because of a bit of snow

It's very hit and miss. Last time we had large fish and chips. I had violent pains all night. Put me off from ordering anything for some time. Chips have been cold

the order when delivered was wrong,a sausage and chips was delivered instead of roe & chips and the large fish was very small & not worth over £8!

Chicken was not freshly cut off skewer, it was all dried up just like when it's cut n stored in baine Marie for hours a time.

First time ordering and would deffo order again, I like how they have an option of plain and battered as my partner doesn't like battered, Curry sauce was amazing to, Chicken was very juicy and really nice, Mixed kebab was amazing to, Not smothered in tons of seasoning which I've found other places can do, I'm extremely picky with fish and chip shops and usually stick to what I know and this one will deffo be added on the list to satisfy a chippy craving :)

This chip shop is usually ok. However ordered bag of chips last night, saveloy and battered sausage. Partner said battered sausage was sweeter than sugar and an unusual colour. He couldn’t eat it. I had no problems with the taste of mine HOWEVER i was violently ill a few hours after eating this, which i believe was the saveloy. Don’t think i’ll be using this chip shop again, which is gutting as we only use this one or andys.

brilliant food chips maybe slightly on the greasy side but that's personal preference and amazing chilly sauce would 100% recommend

We order from here most Fridays and this week we had the small fish and chips in a box, I had battered chips with mine and can safely say it was the best fish and chips I have had in a very long time including any I have had at seaside places… highly recommend

Delivery driver couldn’t find my address and took 15 mins of guiding in, the restaurant didn’t follow my instructions for what salad to put on my food. However with that being said, the masala fish was the best I’ve ever had, the kebab wrap was very generously portioned and everything was still warm despite the delivery time, would recommend again if delivery is sorted out and restaurant would acknowledge requests.

Samosas Are over baked. Basically left on the hot plate far too long. Dry and inedible

Food was very generous and tasty! Samosas were brilliant, chicken was crispy and the burgers were greatly assembled and proportioned! Really enjoyed it, the only thing was the chips weren’t salted or condimented with vinegar but still went down great after adding our own. Food arrived a little late than estimated or anticipated but hot on delivery. Thank you :)

Not sure what has happened but we regularly order from here and the standards tonight, i'm quite surprised. The chips were not nice, and quite a few of them weren't even cut up properly. Though i am glad the portion this time was smaller than normal, due to them not tasting very nice, the portion was not worth the price. Really surprising. Also had an item that was missing

Never order from here again, asked for large fish and chips it arrived had 2 mini fish and about 15 chips. Rang and complained and said a lot of people would be grateful. I said paid £25 and would have to wait and she then put the phone down. Notice to all DO NOT ORDER from here, also stone cold !!!

We have used this chip shop for a long while as the food is always really nice but today it was not good at all/borderline awful! majority went in the bin as it was inedible. The chips were so soggy and tasted like oil with all black bits over them and the SFC skin was so mushy and one of the pieces of chicken looked like it had been in a fight! weather this was because we ordered as soon as they opened I don't know but that should not make a difference and its really disappointing.

I know it was close to closing time but I’ve never been so disappointed with my order chips arrived cold and full of oil and did not taste or look fresh at all! The fish was burnt and just tasted off never using this place again! Do not recommend

I have ordered from here for quite a while and the last few times the food hasn’t been the same but this time it’s was disgusting the chips were warmed up and like cardboard and the food was freezing cold

Little disappointed.. usually really good. However this time. Food cold when arrived. No option for ‘no sauce’ on kebab meat and chips meal. So put in comments no sauce please but it was ignored so meal came coated in tomato sauce. Mixed meat and chips came with no chips and battered sauce was more batter less sausage. Like I say usually really good. hope it was an off day.

Nice onion rings and gravy but cheesy chips only had a tiny bit of cheese stuck to a few chips underneath and rest were just plain

Cold meat on the mixed kebab, over cooked chips which were greasy and tasted like old cooking oil. I have always ordered my food from here but very disappointed this time.
