I am writing to express my frustration with the service I received from your shop. I ordered food intending to go out with my family, but it arrived an hour and 15 minutes late. I called your shop 50 minutes after placing the order and was told the food was already out for delivery. However, this was clearly false. The delivery driver informed me that he had received the food just 5 minutes before delivering it to us, which was 20 minutes after my call. This delay caused my family and me to wait much longer than expected, making us late for the event we were planning to attend. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and hope you will address this issue.

Over an hour late, nearly 2 hours from the delivery driver not knowing what house he’s supposed to go , delivered my food to wrong address and got told by the driver he’d be 10 minutes, after calling I got told my food was eaten by the house he brought it too , after calling again I was told 15 minutes and was later arrived 50 minutes later , by then it’s nearly 6am and I was not happy, I appreciate the milkshake from lit buns as an apology but the delivery service was not acceptable

It was due for 10:15, and came for 10:45.

Burger tasted great, but it was wrapped in tinfoil, which made the bread a bit mooshy. Chips were cold. May order from them again.

This place never fails to disappoint always hot always tasty and always fast

Food arrived hot and just as ordered but I didn't realise quite how much cheese would be involved. Great for American cheese lovers (which unfortunately I am not).

the burger was squashed and all a big mess, the chips were not fat chips they were old skinny cold chips and to charge what you did was disgusting. chips were frozen chips . will never order again, well over priced for what i got.

The burgers are not the same quality as they were from 2021 till 2023. The past 3 orders hve been standard burgers and not gourmet, the price increase is also ludicrous especially considering the food quality has significantly droppped. 100% will not be ordering again, shame because lit buns used to be 100%🔥

These burger's aren't good quality.. They are the same as the brugers from fatjacks. The price increases takes the p155 especially when the burgers are now budget pattys.

Have been a regular customer for some time now this is our go to takeaway not sure if this company has changed hands or staff but the last 2 orders we have had was terrible, they have changed the bun even though the menu states seeded it’s is not it’s a dry brioche bun the flavours are not the same I get the flaming hot Cheetos burger and they seemed like crunchy cheesy wotsits, very disappointing as going to have to find another weekly takeaway

Ordered off uber eats, can safely say watch out for the toilet that you’ll be sitting in the rest of your day or night after eating. Beef burgers were mid and soggy. Turkey rashers tasted like they’ve been on the grill too long. Turkey rashers were really hard. Dont also forget the premium you’re paying, literally worse than london prices. Ordered triple 4 oz burger which alone costed £14 then fries £2.29, can easily go to london and spend the same for better quality. Don’t waste your hunger here and money.

This would have been great but the delivery driver couldn’t seem to grasp the concept of Google maps so everything was cold and I had to walk and find the driver after trying to talk him how to get to my flat that no one else has ever had an issue with. It was painful

Burgers were cooked as requested, love the loaded fries, and driver found address without delay even though it’s a tricky place to find / not signposted.

idiot service.. late 30 mins.. all in all waited 1 and half hours.. from just a distance of 6 miles parameter...from hatfield to wgc.. where does it comes from ?? birmingham??... watford??... one and half hours wait makes me eating in anger..

So I had discount on the app from using this place a quite a few times but got charged full price slightly out of order I feel, I wouldn’t mind but when you charge what you charge and the amount of orders I’ve placed it would of been nice to of received the discount rather than it being taken from me.

Good beef burger, juicy, which is nice as sometimes other places can be dry. Chicken burger was also very good. Chips were crunchy, oreo milkshake was good, value for money as you get quite a big cup

My lit burger had so much sauce on I couldn't eat it. It was so slimy. I only ate the meat but even that was slimy. My son convinced me to try it. He loved his cheeto burger. His was perfect

Ok if you have nothing else to eat! The burgers are soggy and the buns are very low quality. You can easily make better burgers at home but these are edible in a pinch. Delivery took around 50 min from time ordered.
