LilyAnne's Coffee Bar in Hartlepool

Went to LilyAnnes for the first time today and it was a wonderful experience! A beautiful space, friendly and kind staff backing worthy causes as well as making amazing drinks :) couldn't do it justice, highly recommend coming to see it for yourself!

Called in for coffee on my way to a business meeting. Decaffeinated coffee was delicious, comfy, warm and lovely (and quick) service

I have been a frequent visitor to Lillyannes over the years and can't speak highly enough if the place. They supply fantastic coffee, a good food offering and environment suits people for every walk of life. If you haven't visited. You should.

Brilliant little cafe, staff are always friendly and helpful. Delicious coffee and a cosy place to sit, work alone or catch up with friends. The cafe is currently decorated for Halloween

First time here came today with the little one to try this place out and we are both glad we did, it was a nice and cosy and peaceful atmosphere we ordered 2 paninis 1 hot chocolate and 2 latte due to the first one been lovely. personally I had the mexican panini and my partner had the ham and cheese panini we also order a side of bbq chicken dirty fries and certainly was not disappointed, when we finished our meals we had a nice chat with a few staff members in there and didn't realise what they do for the community. I recommend to anyone who wants to support a local small business or just wants to pop in for the best coffee around and a chat definitely come here but the food was a 10/10 we will be regulars from now on 🙂

It's been long overdue but I can not recommend this place enough. All the staff are caring and genuinely nice people. The quality of the food is good and the drinks are awesome. The weird ones they recommend have never let me down yet. (White choc orange hot chocolate). Definitely recommend to a friend l.

Great place to socialise with friends over a cuppa or a bite to eat. Great choice of snacks and meals and the staff are helpful and friendly.

Lovely little place. Cosy. Food is lovely as are the large selection of hot drinks. Staff are warm welcome. Always there for a chat. Recently had a pumpkin spice hot chocolate which was delightful.

It's been a while since I last got to catch up with friends over a coffee and some lunch. When the opportunity does arise, I like to come to here as I know it's a place I can trust. The food is always fresh and tasty, the tea or coffee hot and refreshing, and the place clean and tidy with friendly and helpful staff. On and off I've been coming here since it opened and I will continue to do so as I always enjoy my visit.

Had a lovely friendly welcome as we entered. Had a great choice of seating areas. Dog friendly hot cappuccino and well cooked small breakfast. Bill came to under £10 per head. Lovely staff made us and our Dexter very welcome.

A very friendly, COVID aware, coffee shop. Very friendly staff, coupled with a great selection of meals, sandwiches, coffee and snacks - all at reasonable prices. Well worth a visit.

I ordered some food yesterday for me and my kids and had read majority of the reviews so I decided on here, however when it came and I opened it up and I couldn't tell the chips from the pulled pork the chips were that burnt there was hardly any potato inside. And the bacon inside my sandwich was rock hard which was inedible there was a spoonful of beans and about 5 mushrooms, the only decent part was the bun. I will not be going back to this place, and would definitely not be recommending this place to my family and friends.

Me and my mam visited for lunch. We both ordered panini. It was presented beautifully. Extremely tasty too! Staff very friendly and helpful. Love the suspended coffee idea, more businesses should take a leaf out of your book. Will definitely return.

Recently visited Lilly Anne’s Coffee Bar for afternoon tea using a groupon voucher. Young staff were friendly. Not much atmosphere as we were the only ones in. Choice of tea or coffee, afternoon tea was fine.. very basic but no complaints. Glad it was via a groupon and not full price. Wouldn’t necessarily return as we’re not local, but can imagine it being a handy little coffee shop if passing.

We took my mum here for her birthday... shes wanted an afternoon tea for quite a while now! Can sometimes be difficult to arrange being wheat and gliten free.. but the staff here were amazing! Told us when the products for my mums dietary needs were purchased and a member of their team was empathic as also had a family member that had the same condition.No one invaded our time but were available if we needed anything. We'd totally recommend this coffee shop to anyone. Decent sized cups of coffee and tea,warm scones, dainty finger sandwiches and gorgeous cakes! Friendly staff andba wonderful setting.who could ask for more!

Booked afternoon tea for us all and was really impressed the food was lovely and the staff were great.. A tidy clean please an enjoyable time.. Definitely worth a visit.. We will be going back here.. Well done to all staff on such a great place!!

Been here a few times, I am a vegan and the staff are so accommodating, the vegan menu is fab .. the staff are friendly and polite, they always have a freindly smile... had mushroom and cheese toasty and my son had the same as me but with salad it was lush :) would fully recommend poping in for a bit of lunch or breakfast ..

Me and my mam went here last minute groupon purchase called and booked a table with no problems at all the staff were lovely on the phone as well as in person. The food was yummy the scones where still hot. Very nice and highly recommended.

Had a lovely afternoon tea here today. It was a Groupon gift . We had lovely food and attentive service. I would definitely do this again and recommend. Scones were lovely and warm!

Came here with my wife for afternoon tea.

Visited yesterday for afternoon tea. We booked it the day before. Very friendly, attentive and obliging staff who made us feel very welcome. It's a very clean and pleasant place to relax. Wi fi is free. The meal was nice. Will visit again.

We only had lunch here just sandwiches and tea. The tea was fine but the sandwiches were awful.. Very dry no butter on the sandwiches. When we asked why no butter on the sandwiches they said most people had dietary requirements which meant they couldnt have butter!! You have to pay an extra 55p if you want a side salad with the sandwiches, which consisted of some lettuce two slices of cucumber a small tomato and the worst coleslaw i have every eaten. I will say that the staff were friendly enough but will not be going again.

Great selection of drinks and snacks would highly recommend a visit, can get busy at peak times but so worth the wait.

went for breakfast at Lilyanne's coffee bar as groupon were offering a good deal for 2 breakfasts with drinks- £8. it is a lovely café with excellent food had 4 toast with butter, 2 fried eggs, 2 bacon, 2 sausage mushrooms and baby tomatoes. my partner had tea and I had a special cappuccino with a heart on the top. 50p extra for this coffee. a nice café to sit and chill out with free wi-fi.

called in for a sandwich and latte enjoyed both just a quick visit but food excellent would recommend it to anyone

A trip to hartlepool don’t miss out on the very affordable and excellent lily Anne’s restraint on Victoria road everything is cooked fresh the quality is great really tasty and the cleanliness and service is ace we go there all the time two very happy customers

We have been meaning to call in here for a while now as it is right next to our bus stop,so when we found it on the groupon site we thought we would give it a go.we done the breakfast deal two full English breakfasts for £8.00 which was a great deal as it came with tea & toast.great food & first class service , we will be returning very soon as we have a voucher for the roast dinner meal.nice clean place with good friendly staff.thanks for having us.

My second visit here. I ordered a full English and a coffee. Almost fainted when they said it was less the a fiver !! They dont fry things so all grilled or poached. It was piping hot and very tasty. Efficient staff members and a very light and airy cafe. Loved it.

I have visited here several times with my family. The owners have always been welcoming and friendly. Lovely cups of tea, good food lovely place.

Called in and had the mist amazing black forest hot chocolate with chocolate and sauce well recommended

Called in on Thursday for some lunch & requested a jacket potato with cheese & coleslaw, no coleslaw so cheese it was, virtually inedible with a sprinkling of grated cheese on the top, 6 tortilla crisps & a bit of iceberg with a cherry tomato cut in half, the skin was so burnt it tasted awful, ended up in the bin, waste of money & wont go back, avoid!
