usually I really enjoy Mr g's, never really order I usually go in person, the chips were warm at best and very soggy and not edible, the burger was very average, same with dinner meat, the garlic bread was soggy too, the cookies were very nice and fresh whenever.

Food was good but free gift didn't arrive with our order

when I normally order from this place the food is atleast 4 stars. however my donar wrap was very greasy. The tin foil and paper was soaking wet of grease and fell apart. As a chef I'm very disappointed in the quality of food.

just a bit off your game. the food wasn't as good as it usually is. we had to put the undercooked curly fries in the air fryer and the pizza wasn't as good. undercooked and the just not as nice.

Pretty sure the portions have got a lot smaller but overall meat cooked perfectly , bit expensive for a standard box kebab like we’ve ordered previously, very tasty though Thankyou

Cheese wasnt cooked properly on pizzas

All the food was cold kebab and pizzas had to reheat it all but it did come on time

i was told that I would receive 4 cookie dough slices and only received 3

wasn't entirely happy paying a service charge and a delivery fee when some of the food wasn't overly warm when it arrived. also, sauce which was added to the order was missing. other than that, happy and we enjoyed the meal

Driver was rude usually i love the food from here it was the whorst iv had tonight donner meat was undercooked and chewy and the cheese and tomato pizza had way too much cheese on it only chips and peperoni pizza was edible the rest went in the bin

You call and get shouted at when they dont know how to manage their time. As for the food The last time had something this greasy it tried to get me ti vote for it. And apparently mint sauce is dark brown ketchup. I wonder if they speak English

Wow Wow Wow! I ordered 2 Kofte Kebab's, I was very pleasantly surprised, the kebab was wonderful, the salad wasn't the usual scoops of onion and shredded cabbage, it was carefully placed mixed leaves! Wow! Order again!

I moved to FY5/FY6 area and looking for a new kebab house after Efendy from FY4 so I ordered a Chicken and Donner Kebab and Burger to give you a shot. Kebab was just below average, donner meat poor but the Chicken was an average. Salad was just load of red onion (way too much) and 1 slice of tomato and 2 tiny pickless. I didn't like it at all. Burger also has a plenty of red onion (not fried) and the meat was not the best at all. I will seek further for my new Kebab house sorry.

Since changing hands the quality seems to have gone down. The pizza dough was massively undercooked to the point we couldn’t eat some of the pizza

I went into the shop to order a large delivery for Saturday, June 16 2024 at 8.pm. It hadn’t arrived by 8.50 so I phoned the shop to ask where it was. The reply was that I had ordered it for July 15. Not true I said I wanted my money back and he replied ‘OK’ No apology! Fortunately I also had a large order for lasagne and salads (which arrived promptly, and was delicious too) from The Carousel in Cleveleys. I highly recommend them. Needless to say all of my 30+ guests asked where the pizza had been ordered from. They all took note of such an unreliable delivery service and obviously I will never order from them again.
