Likya - Steak, Grill, Wine in Flintshire

Best food we've had in a long time! Traditional and authentic. Presented beautifully too, in a scenic rustic decor. Flint is truly spoilt! Can't help but think how well they would do in Chester or some other city.

It was a lovely atmosphere and they were very pleasant, there was a party of 30 and the food was delicious, I would recommend them. Only moan my food could of been hotter but their was so many of us I just enjoyed it.

Worst take out i've ever had the displeasure of receiving!!! The delivery arrived 20 minutes later than promised at 22:20pm. We paid £50.00 for two kebabs, creamy chicken, chips and cheesy garlic bread and it was ALL cold!!! The kebab meat was tough, tasteless, chewy and hard. The garlic bread was cold, with hardly any cheese on it. The salad was limp and the tortilla was super thin and only ONE half of a small tortilla!!! The chips looked like they had been cooked yesterday, also cold and hard. It was already bad enough that the whole meal was cold and dry but then we realised that they had not even put the yoghurt sauce in either. My daughters creamy chicken sauce was like water and also cold. Absolutely appalling, this is the first and LAST time we will be ordering from here. We threw the whole lot in the bin after a few mouthfuls. The sauce never arrived until nearly 11pm and it was too late to even eat it by then. I will be requesting a refund for this awful experience. ** UPDATE ** Upon calling the restaurant to complain and request a refund, the manager was really rude, told me to contact OrderYOYO and put the phone down on me. I called back and spoke to someone else who agreed with me but said the manager won't do anything. OrderYOYO are only the delivery company, they are not responsible for terrible and missing food. However, they contacted the restaurant manager on my behalf, who would only refund me £20 of my £52 order. Disgusting. Never again.

Honestly one of the best restaurants in the area. The staff are so friendly and nothing is too much for them. I only had to put my jacket on and a staff member noticed and moved us away from the door so I was warmer! Food is absolutely beautiful. Chicken mozzarella asparagus is always a favourite but the lamb shank and kebabs are equally gorgeous! Not only is the food served beautifully but also to such a high standard. On one occasion I was full and left half my meal so the staff put it in a takeaway box for me with some complimentary chips! You won’t regret visiting here.

Super little Tukish /Mediterranean bistro lovely decor great staff and best off all fabulous food at not too expensive prices. Good quality and quantity not had a bad meal there yet.

Starters arrived were lovely, Small portions but tasty. Ordered mixed kebabs and chips. Looked lovely. However, lamb way over cooked and chewy, chicken dry and chewy. Told the lovely waitress who offered us to re cook or free deserts. We declined and asked for the bill, she brought it over with a small discount!! We had not eaten any of the meal. She approached the manager/ owner who didn't even make eye contact with us but went into the kitchen to discuss and analyse the food we sent back. Then a discussion with the waitress who couldn't have been nicer. She said that they took the meal price off. We paid for drinks and starters. That's fair. I then approached the owner/manager and asked why he hadn't come over on person to ask what the problem was. He was very rude and just made some grunting noises. I asked for an apology for spoiling out evening out. Didn't get one. Won't return. Shocking!!

Just been for dinner with family to this marvelous restaurant..really enjoyed it. Excellent service, food and staff..and most of all the food was fresh and thoroughly delicious.. definitely recommend. Great atmosphere too! Nothing was too much trouble, they went over and above.

Lovely friendly atmosphere. Excellent service and the food was delicious. The menu has lots of options and is very reasonably priced. Nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be returning.

Wow, what an amazing night we had, food was great, hot, all served same time, very tasty. The atmosphere was very friendly, relaxed and nothing too much trouble, staff were lovely. Would totally recommend this restaurant to all, a real hidden gem.

We visited Likya tonight to celebrate my birthday. Yet again we had a lovely meal added bonus we had a live singer. She was absolutely brilliant we thought it was music playing in background. Serve was excellent very attentive. I would highly recommend a visit. Atmosphere is really nice and totally relaxed.

This was an unplanned visit and so glad we did. A quiet Wednesday so plenty of tables. Not sure this is the case at the weekend. A friendly welcome and we settled in. There is a super choice of starters and mains, obviously with a Mediterranean twist. We had a shared meze starter then mixed kebabs and monkfish guvech (a sizzling type of stew). All very tasty and decent portions. We finished with a little complimentary sample of baclava despite being happily full. There was nothing to be unhappy about - simple as that!! We will be back as there are plenty of other menu items to try and clearly the dessert menu needs investigation.

Beautiful food, can not fault anything at all. The food is amazing, staff really nice and there was a young girl playing guitar and singing which made a nice atmosphere.

Gorgeous food, great service and a lovely atmosphere. First time visit and will definitely be back.

We came as a party of 11 to celebrate a birthday and we were not disappointed. From the moment we booked, the service was exceptional. Every menber of the Likya team were attentive and couldn't do enough to ensure our meal was perfect. A stunning local restaurant, the food was delicious. From the meze platter to the kebabs, you will be impressed with the quality of the dishes. Everything was delcious and very reasonably priced. We will be back :)

Went there last night for the 4th time ( all our other visits have been fine ) and ordered 2 steaks. Mine was supposed to be medium/ well done but came out virtuallyraw with blood oozing out everywhere. I politely asked for it to be taken back and cooked more. It came back virtually the same and I explained I wasnt prepared to eat it like that and asked for the bill which came back and even had a service charge on it which i thought was ridiculous, why would i pay a service charge when i had to leave my meal and go to the chip shop for something to eat. Wasted night and wont be going back.
