Chicken curry absolutely full of raw onion in a very watery curry sauce. Will not be returning, by far the worst chicken curry I’ve ever had from a Chinese.

Chips were perfect and the spare ribs well amazing food around

We love this place. Generous sizes. Tasty. My special chow main is loaded with meat….But today the fish & chips my husband had, was awful. He left it as it was no fish just batter. Let down Shame

My partner, Mr Williams, has spent copious amounts of money here, the ladies who work there even know his order and flirt with him! Tonight they have let us down tremendously, my Special Chow Mein was dry and cold, our side order of chips were still hard in the middle, after several years of our custom, they will no longer be receiving it.

I had their chicken curry last night and it was beautiful! None of this reconstituted chicken nonsense. Also their sweet and sour chicken balls in batter is lovely to. I’ve been using Hotstuff for years and they are my go too for a Chinese. A wonderful family run business. Thank guys xx

Not sure how this place has got such good reviews. Yes the service was very good, but I was very disappointed with the food. Fish tasted off, with a horrible taste of ammonia, had to bin it.

Firstly, the good. The service and speed of cooking was pretty good. Clearly they were very busy, yet they remained polite and pleasant. The not so good. The place was complete chaos, people/customers strewn everywhere, it was very hard to tell where the queue was and who was waiting for food. The food itself, was ok at best. The portion was pretty big but the quality and flavour was less than I hoped for, especially when you consider how much eating out is lately. If I'm honest, I probably won't get food from here again.

The food is excellent the only thing I will say the chicken are extremely big pieces in a dish
