Lestone Steakhouse in Islington

Me & my mate on are quest to find the best steak house in north London took a visit to the Lestone steak house in Holloway rd,Islington. We both had the large sirloin steaks, as there was no t- bone & the steaks were fantastic & cooked to perfection. And we couldn’t believe that they were cheaper than the rib eye steaks for some reason. The service was as good as the steaks, which takes your dining level to a new height, which is not the case in lower end restaurants in London. I’ll be back.

A great experience all around. The staff was friendly and helpful when asked about what the temperature of the steak should be for the 3 cuts we asked about. The cocktails were served beautifully and were definitely strong! The food was show-stopping. Everything was cooked to our liking, even the burger. The sauces were super flavourful, clearly home-made. Cosy is the best way to describe the atmosphere, really just refreshing. The highlight- the chef came and asked us how the food was! Our family all really look forward to coming back; cannot recommend higher!

Best steak in Archway, London. Amazing service ,loved the atmosphere ,the piano and the waterfall. Definitely going back soon.

Food was delicious and full of flavour, drinks are strong and the staff was attentive. Steaks were cooked to perfection, no complaints. Couldn’t want anything more from a night out! Desserts were also delicious and deserve a picture to be posted… Will definitely be back.

Ordered a simple Bavette steak, cooked Blue, with mushroom sauce, fries and a side of veg. Food was delicious, my waiter was attentive and friendly, atmosphere was really enjoyable. Definitely worth the visit!!

Excellent steak, very reasonably priced, great friendly service - will be returning to try the rest of the menu!
