A lovely experience with great food and courteous staff

Didn't sit in Leonardo's but it seems very relaxed as very private. I must say I would recommend Leonadrdos as the food is to die for. If I was loaded I would use this restaurant on a more regular basis

Fantastic atmosphere and was really busy for a lunch time. Waiter both attentive and knowledgeable. Recommend any time.

Was here on sat 17th for my birth with 2 of my relations had a great catch up lovely place for a meal will probably be back

Been once before, was nice and decided to by a gift voucher for someone. Changed my mind after seeing it would cost £2 for the voucher to be emailed to myself. Pure greed and no need for it. I understand a charge to post (£6.99) but not email. Lots of lovely restaurants in the area so I will buy elsewhere.

The food here is amazing, have ordered on several occasions and food is always top quality 👌

Had lunch today (18th July). Food was fantastic, great choices and what made it even better was the lovely girl who served us. Would recommend to anyone fantastic place.

I have rated 5 star because the pasta was excellent(like you get in Italy) and at a very reasonable price. It was a massive portion and I ate the lot because I was enjoying it so much. Ideally located if you are visiting Ross Hall Hospital. It was a Tuesday night at 8pm so understandably quiet. Staff were pleasant and food was quick. I would definitely go back if I was in the area.

Two weeks ago we waited 2.5 hours for a pizza which turned up at 9.30 freezing cold.I called to complain and told to refer to just eat for a refund they only refunded £5. I called back and the advised the delivery driver had now finished and kitchen was shut. The manager apologised and advised the next time it would be free of charge. So last night we tried again after being told it would be 45 mins it was nearly 2 hours again....freezing cold and no dips as ordered. Promised a call back not received. They shouldn't do deliveries if they can't cope with orders. AVOID!

Been here before for lunch had chicken was very nice. But went on Saturday evening ask for medium to well done steak could not eat it . Blood on plate. When I said I got no alternative offered no free coffee . Nothing put me of steak . Just an apology

Without a doubt probably the best food I've ever had . Eat out a lot in different restaurants but the food here was top notch . I had the lasagne which was outstandingly tasty . Lovely staff and very quick service . If you haven't already tried this place then it should be a must on your next dinning experience.

Staff very pleasant. Food nice but very small portion sized

Nice place but... overpriced for what you get. We had a pollo Milanese and pollo saltimbocca each £15.95 and the chicken on both dishes were 3 very thin slices with a bit of pasta on the side. And when I'm saying thin, I mean really thin. Flavor was ok, not bad but not something to remember. Overall, the bill is something I will remember because of the portion size.

Overall very good, with one exception, the table we sat at on the left as you enter, the floor flexed badly with the amount of people walking back and forward, I was bouncing up and down, not pleasant! Other than that very acceptable

Restaurant interior was lovely, staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious, veg cooked to perfection and the fish dish I had was beautiful. Will definitely go again and what a gem to have in the area.

Good pizzas but the chip portions are disgusting. Ordered 2 and they clearly just split one portion into two boxes; 15 chips in each. Won't be back at those prices.

Popped in for lunch with my son had a great 2 course lunch menu with plenty of variety. The arancini was amazing I could have had a full plate of just them. Recommended the place to my mother who then took her friend and agreed that it's fantastic.

Went for the first time today 3/1/20. It won’t be the last time. Can’t believe we have this fabulous restaurant on our corner. First of all the staff are lovely and can’t do enough for you. The food is amazing and they give you a bit of time between courses. I hate it when your food is brought out as soon as you finish one course. I had my Special Needs Daughter with me and my husband and they were so great with her. There was an older gentleman there and he was amazing with her. He even gave her a sweet free of charge. It is a family run and family orientated restaurant. Prices were good too. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and me, my daughter and husband will definitely be regulars. I honestly love this restaurant but I have to say a few times now when we have ordered a home delivery we are always short of an item. Tonight it was a mushroom starter. Don’t get me wrong everything we did get was lovely but when you are spending £50+ on a take away you expect to get everything you ordered. I am really disappointed and think I will order from else where in future and to be honest it is actually putting me off going back to the restaurant. Which is so unfortunate because we don’t go to many restaurants because of my daughter and this is always a favourite. As far as take away is concerned at most it is 3 stars!

The food is incredible! Best kept secret in Glasgow! Staff were friendly and it's great value for money. It feels and tastes really authentic. The tagliatelle Carbonara was insanely good. Will definitely be back.

We had a good report of this place before we tried it and I'm giving a severe NO we waited around 10 minutes for the menus and we waited over 45 mins until we asked them to take our starter orders then they forgot to bring them until we asked for them and that took another 15mins the service was abominable and we won't be back

Tried this restaurant for the 2nd time last night 1st time being several years ago. Very glad I gave it another try, food was lovely as was the wine. Very relaxed atmosphere we were last to leave but at no point did we feel rushed. I’ve seen some comments about service ours was good and it was a relief not to be asked repeatedly if everything was ok, staff were on hand when we needed anything without being pushy. I’ll be back

We just had a takeaway from Leonardo's food was absolutely beautiful.Starter of Polpette each,lasagne shared with side portion of chips each.

We ate at Leonardos for the first time last night. Right away we were greeted by friendly attentive staff who were very busy but still made time making us feel welcome. We enjoyed an ambient relaxed atmosphere which was a pleasure to dine in. The food was absolutely fantastic, not to mention the wine, we had both rosè and red which were excellent. Think we have found our new Italian.

Ordered for the first time via just eat, delivery very quick and the gentleman delivering was very polite. We got Alfredo and focaccia it was fresh and delicious

The meatball starter is to die for ...light and crumbles and the sauce delish...looking forward to trying the a la carte menu soon...I had the lunch menu .

Used the take away option today. Trying to tempt my parents appetite after they've been unwell. So we tried three of the starters for a light lunch. Bruschetta, prosciutto and melon and some chicken liver pate with garlic bread and cranberry for us all to share. All the food tasted delicious and would definitely recommend on taste. However, slight disappointment with only one small piece of garlic bread to go with the pate. Staff are lovely and friendly and when I popped in to pick it up, there was a lovely atmosphere.

Very nice The seafood risotto had a generous amount of mussels Kong prawns and scallops. The ice cream was tasty and the house wine very tasty. Amazing kids options and service!

The service was comically poor - the maitre-de couldn't have cared less. The food was passable, but the seafood was overcooked.

We stopped off here on our way home from the isle of mull. Gorgeous food, lovely service. Couldn't have asked for more will definitely return when we are passing again.

I absolutely love the food from here but unfortunately there delivery is a disgrace, I have ordered many times and never had it delivered in less than an hour and a half, ordered tonight with a bill of £60 2 hours ago and still waiting, phoned after 1h 30 mins to check on it and was told it was ready but are waiting on there driver. Think they need better driver.

The food is excellent but the service leaves a lot to be desired. Twice I've been and it's been poor. We received our starters before getting our drinks and then went our whole main waiting on the other drinks we ordered and got one drink wrong. Can't fault the food but the service stops me from wholeheartedly recommending the place.

Good service and quality food. Wine bit pricey. Busy but staff well on top of it.

This is one of our favourite restaurants and it’s even better that it’s right on our doorstep! Lovely atmosphere, lovely staff and amazing food. The value for money is such a bonus too!

Service was shocking won’t be returning

I come from Penilee but not lived there for years. I thought a restaurant in penilee, how good can it be? The answer is amazing. I live up north now but I think about the food here daily. Cannae wait to come back.

Food was ok but small portions. Service was awful, we waited a considerable time to order then to receive our drinks then food. When we ordered dessert for 3 of us and drinks for the other 3 of us we waited 20 mins after desserts. We then cancelled drinks order and asked for bill. A 10% service charge had been added, when I complained I was told they were short staffed and the service had been ok. I strongly disagreed, I asked for the service to be removed only to be told by the manager she was not able to do this. I asked for contact deatails of who could, which I was given. I will be emailing tomorrow. I will definately not be visiting again.

Service non existent!!! Booked table (Number5) as I'm on my own and a regular. The table was allocated to a couple who'd just sat down. I was offered a booth at the side of the bar. Sat for 25 minutes and was completely ignored. I left! I won't be back. Ruined my evening.

3 of us had dinner here and we all thought the food was absolutely amazing. As good as any Italian restaurant I've been to. It's a lovely wee place with a wonderful atmosphere. Loved the decor and everywhere was clean and fresh. Staff were friendly and attentive without being intrusive. It's not an area I'm often near but would make the trip out from Glasow centre when I'm visiting.

I visited the restaurant today with my grandson and sisters. My sister is disabled and a patron who was already seated at a table as you went in the door, moved to allow me to have the pram beside me. The food was lovely and the service first class. This was my first time in the restaurant and the waiter was extremely helpful, as he asked did I want my steak cut up as I was holding my sleeping grandson. I would definitely return and thank you to all who helped me today…

Love the place that much I now go once a week. I Have tried most Italian restaurants within glasgow and my favourite is leonardos, staff are friendly and so welcoming. Place is also spotless clean . 5 star

We enjoyed fabulous Italian food wines and beers which was cheerfully and efficiently served. The establishment was very clean, fresh and filled with chatty happy customers. The Sat eve atmosphere was great. Definitely recommend and will return many times as daughter has recently moved into the area.
