Amazing customer service from Ajurn as always, big thank you for being so kind to us! your Specsavers friends just cross the road!

While visiting the restaurant, a staff member, a larger woman, wasn't helpful when I tried to order. Instead of taking my order, she directed me to the automated machine and then laughed about it with a colleague. She was quite rude, laughing and then fiddling with her phone instead of assisting me. This frustrating experience took me an extra 5 to 10 minutes to place my order, causing me to miss my bus. Additionally, she forced every customer to give feedback on the spot. When customers said they would do it at home, she insisted they do it immediately, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. She was also shouting at other employees, which made me think she might be the manager. If that's the case, she's the worst manager I've encountered. I really didn't like her attitude and behavior.

What a miserable staff! Cheer up ffs! It’s so obvious you dislike your job so quit!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Leon , and it was an absolute delight from start to finish. The ambiance was charming, the service was impeccable, and the food was simply outstanding. I love this place. Leon is always good but this one is by far the best. You actually get a soft yolk with your egg breakfast unlike any other fast breakfast I have seen in London. I love the ladies at the front, always helpful and friendly. Thank you for being so great team

Delicious breakfast this morning,had 2 pots of bacon and halloumi(all gluten free) and had 2 bags of hash browns.Tasted amazing and it was all avalible gluten free as well.Service was fast and staff were very polite and really good with my gluten allergy!Also my lemonade was delicious to

Great place for a quick group lunch

The food tastes standard and nothing special i wouldn't recommend to anyone the staff were rude and the food was cold and expensive I won't be going back

Went here for a change, we placed an order and it had disappeared off Leon system's was standing for 5 minutes before realising, while others got served before us. Staff said sorry but doesn't make up for the treatment we received. When we got the food it was bland and tasteless and very dry, I wouldn't recommend it. It is overpriced for what you get.

The best Leon in London. The ladies at the front always provide great service and recommended the new Chocolate & Almond Butter Tiffin... it was delicious. Thank you to the front of shop and kitchen team, always have the best breakfast there.

Nice place to sit and enjoy lunch away from the city. More menu options would be nice though as it's a bit limited. The wraps are a very good size and quite filling.

Why? The food is lukewarm and has been made long before leaving it dried up and unappetising. Service is pretty bad too. Leon is generally good but this outlet is dire.

Wifey enjoyed her Chicken, Rice & Aioli. The fries were pretty good. I had a small tub of jerk chicken, which was actually pretty horrible (it was wet and kind of sickly sweet). Leon used to be so much better when it was more 'restauranty'.

Popped into Leon for lunch today and was greeted by a nice friendly staff wanting to help. Ordered a jerk and jam wrap, crispy waffle chips and a drink. Really nice taste /flavour and decent price aswell for London grub

Rude staff that just tell you to use the automated machine to order - WHILE THEY ARE SITTING DOING NOTHING - they actually giggled at each, one of the girls turned to the other and said "you're so rude" and they thought it was funny. It took me 2 minutes longer to order using the machine, all the while the 2 girls "working" stood doing nothing but laugh at each other. If we're going to order via the machine, what is the point of keeping them employed?

Nice breakfast saucy beans pot and coffee. One of the better branches. Very busy first thing and at lunch time so try and go off peak. There is seating but given the area, most people take away and eat at their desks! Pleasant service.

Good service. They stop serving breakfast at 11:00. I was having a bad Monday and would not make it in time. I called the branch and the gentleman said not to worry and asked what I wanted. He would keep it ready. First time using this branch. Needed a healthy breakfast. Great service. The saucy beans pot freshly made was ready and waiting. Piping hot and filling. Healthy too. The americano was perfect with it. Highly recommend.

A standard eaterie with different options; I tried their vegan options, which was bit bland but intriguing to find out the crispy wings made out of jack fruit.

Satay chicken had nothing to do with what satay should taste like. It was overwhelmed by lemon grass and other than that you could barely taste anything. Not to mention the fact it didn't look tasty either. Such a disappointment..

Always love the food and coffee here. The staff were really friendly and saw that I had a stroller with a child (and my hands full!) and kindly brought my order to the table.

Leon used to be really good and it was particularly so for gluten-free people as it had good options. But standards at this branch have really fallen and I won't be going back. I hope the other branches are better! A lunch of chicken satay was ruined by the brown rice being undercooked. The chicken was poor quality in a thick, glutinous sauce, just thrown into a box with no care with some vegetables. It was not good at all and gave me bad stomach ache. And they used to do really delicious GF rose and pistachio doughnuts. These have been replaced by raspberry doughnuts which are not nearly as nice and are much smaller despite being the same price as before. I won't go back I'm afraid.

Pretty average Korean chicken burger and stale baked fries, which I had to send back and ask for new ones as they were inedible. Friendly staff though and quick service. Wont be returning.

First time at a León and the Thai green curry is definitely recommended Great quick service & was nice & warm for on the go in the box. Few seats with additional seating downstairs I think too

I was recommend to give Leon a go for breakfast and I am really glad I did. I had a Bacon and Egg Sourdough Muffin which was as it says with spinach and ketchup. Really tasty. Clearly a healthy alternative for “fast food” and nice coffee. And cheap too!

We found this place by accident while wandering on empty London's street during saturday lunch time. The place offers "healthy" fastfood whith very wide selection of salads. We ordered a burger, kebab, nugget and chicken salad. Everthing was fresh, not fat and tender. With freshly squeezed juices and baked chips our bill for 4 people hasn't exceeded 35 gbp...excellent...in other mainstream fast foods (you know which one i am talking about...;)) You get meat from god knows where and sparkling cugar-loaded soft drinks for much more...

I really like Leon, and that's not something I say about many chains - I tend to avoid them where possible. But Leon offers a good range of fairly healthy food and makes it clear that it's making an effort for gluten-free people, vegetarians, etc. The food is all clearly labelled with allergens etc and this makes it so much easier for people like me to eat out. I can always get a good meal there at lunchtimes. I like their Thai green chicken curry and their satay chicken. But an even bigger plus is that Leon do a range of cakes that are gluten-free too! Their baked doughnut with pistachio and rose petals is wonderful and one of the best gluten-free cakes I've ever had. Leon have even started doing gluten-free buns for their burgers (main burger chains please take note! It's not difficult!) This branch looks pretty small, but there is plenty of seating at the back. Service is always friendly and helpful and pretty prompt. One minus point is that they seemed to have stopped doing the chilli con carne that they introduced last winter which was delicious and very reasonably priced. Please bring it back Leon!

Fab smiley staff, Fab quick service and the most awesome Moroccan meatball hotbox - at a reasonable price...what more could you ask for? Oh...one thing...a Leon further South than Brighton please!

Positives: - Good coffee - Easy to get a healthy balanced meal - VERY good for catering to dietary requirements. Can easily pick up a diary free or gluten free meal here - The staff are very friendly - Has seating - They are good at rotating the menu and there is always lots of interesting flavours to choose from. - They have a wide selection of interesting drinks (rosemary water, kefir drinks, fresh juice, BEER!) -The food is consistently good. I have had 40+ meals here and have never been disappointed. - They seem to have perfected gluten free baking. They have a number of gluten free options for cakes and biscuits. There is no compromise. Highly recommend the lemon and ginger crunch. Negatives: - The staff (particularly at the weekend) can be pretty slow with getting you your food. However, I don't feel that this is a reflection on them, they just appear to have too few chefs on duty on weekends and struggle to turn out dishes quickly.

We enjoyed a delicious coffee and some breakfast pastry. Friendly, chirpy staff, make you feel good. Recommended if you are in the area.

Really good, fast food. You have to have a fish finger wrap, they are awesome, the staff are super efficient and polite, this is a great little place to stop and eat in.

We’re in London for the weekend, staying opposite your Holborn Store. I was thoroughly enjoying my super salad until I found hair amongst it. Disgusting!!! Staff should wear hair nets

Decidí ir aquí para un almuerzo rápido; el servicio fue muy rápido que estoy muy satisfecho. La comida era bastante buena; tenía una hamburguesa de pollo frito y unas patatas fritas que eran tanto sin embargo sabroso creo las patatas fritas eran un poco caras como la porción era relativamente pequeña. El lugar en general estaba limpio y las jarras de agua tenían gratis y el personal era amable. Sin embargo, en mi recibo, me di cuenta de que me había cobrado casi dos libras para comer cuando me podría haber comido fuera, así que ten esto en cuenta! !

We needed a quick and handy place to eat lunch and liked Leons, so we went into this one and were not disappointed. I had a falafel with salad and my friend had a salad that looked very good (and was, she said). We drank some good lemon-y lemonade. Their desserts are also very appealing, and the chocolate chip cookies are outstanding.

Yo estaba en la zona de Holborn y pasado León, fue su señal para su Pollo curry verde tailandés fuera que me daba. Pedí el curry y tenía un pequeño limón, lima y jengibre copa demasiado y tuve suerte de conseguir una mesa pequeña en la planta baja. Hay asientos de abajo, pero no estoy seguro de cómo mucho hay.

Quedé gratamente sorprendido por la calidad de la comida. Comida sabrosa y saludable y rápido. Los pasteles son impresionantes.

Paramos para tomar un rápido desayuno de huevos escalfados y salmón. Me temo que decir que fue una absoluta bazofia. No podían ni siquiera se molestó en cocinar los huevos adecuadamente. El trozo de salmón era un insulto. Tendría cero estrellas si es posible.

He comenzado a caminar a León para el almuerzo en los últimos meses en Holborn y creo que la comida es muy buena. Me gusta el calor fuerte y me encantó también el pollo pan de arándanos que me hicieron, pero parece haber una tarta recientemente sustituido por alternativas que pecan es una pobre comparación desde mi punto de vista. No estoy seguro de que es el mismo en todas las unidades de leon, pero cuando entras en la tienda, el mostrador de todos literalmente a gritar en vez de preguntar lo que desee y puede ser bastante desagradable, ya que a veces simplemente pararse sin querer literalmente se gritaron a contemplar la junta ofrecen para ver lo que tenemos. Parece ser demasiada prisa por doble las mesas y conocer el mercado de la hora del almuerzo que este hábito ha desarrollado - y lo he visto en otro lugar en otros conceptos. Por lo tanto, me gustaría que fuera un poco menos shouty como huésped. No me puedo quejar de la comida y sin embargo, como el punto de precio para el almuerzo.

Was recommended visiting this establishment on lunch by a friend who gave good reviews and joined me today...he was as disappointed as I was. I ordered the chicken burger and baked fries. Wish I'd gone to McDonald's. The burger was tiny and really didn't justify its £5.75 price tag. A tiny amount of chicken thigh - the cheapest cut - some gherkins and a bit of mayo...rocket maybe, I dunno, it was terrible. Might've been a tomato hidden in the disappointment as well. The baked fries were colder than my frosty reception towards the burger and the "aioli" or garlic mayo as its known lacked garlic and mayo. I was left thirsty for hours after this monstrosity.My friend's chicken wrap was also lacking in chicken and wrap and was heavy in disappointment as well. Shall not be returning.

I was not quite sure what the USP of this restaurant is. Certainly the food was fast. But therein lies the problem. I went at a lunch time and my chicken "burger" (5.75) and Leon fries (2.20) came in an instant. So how long had they been awaiting their purchase. By the time I got them back to the office, they were cold. I would suggest, however, that they were not that tasty to begin. My "burger" was part of a chicken breast, served with some limp lettuce, tomato and pickle in a soggy bun. The fries were not crisp, although they did have taste, having been sprinkled with paprika. The only good thing was a pot of pea "salad" (1.95), ie peas with a little mint, lemon juice and some grain for decoration. I also had a can of diet coke and was amazed that the mark up was so much greater than other take-aways, at 1.60!I would not mind paying the high prices if I genuinely thought it was worth it. Sadly, on this occasion - and despite pleasant staff - I did not!

Ever since the 2010 eruptions of Eyjafjallajökull I have been concerned about food at airports for people who suffer from Coeliac disease.My first encounter with this group , Leon, was in High Holborn and I got a very tasty GF breakfast. The tea was so good I went back for a second cup and that's when I discovered that most of the cakes were GF. So I treated myself to a lemon cake. Very tasty it was. So I was delighted to see Leon have a branch at Stansted Airport and the menu is very interesting. So I no longer fear being stranded at Stansted or Heathrow 2 and 3. If only DAA would take notice.

Before completing my order, my meal was already placed on a tray infront of me. They provide an extensive menu with lots to offer in terms of healthy delicious meals. The chicken hotbox was really tasty and I'd recommend adding hot sauce. It is great that the food comes out very quick but you do have to pay for eating inside.

We were surprised to find this "fast food" style restaurant offering a good quality selection of vegan friendly options for cheap money and quite tasty and fresh. Juices were also very good! nice staff and service, clean place, good vibe. Perfect for a quick bite before running to catch a train. Will be back Leon!

Having heard a lot about Leon, I decided to try for lunch one day. I opted for the chicken quinoa dish. It was fresh and delicious and contained wholly natural ingredients. The food is on the more expensive side and the portions aren't massive but this is expected as the value comes from the brand and the freshness of the ingredients. If looking for a large meal, this is not ideal. Otherwise a healthy place to eat.

Excellent selection of gluten free dishes. Very clearly marked allergenic ingredients. Brilliant concept which blends Mediterranean cuisine, fast food and sustainability.

Great service with a warm welcome on a dark rainy day. Food was one of the best values in London while also healthy and delicious. Good coffee too. Clean, comfortable dining area, fine place to work.

A great place for lunch and has a good seating area so you are not left with food in hand and nowhere to sit. The thai chicken is fresh and tasty. It was great to hear them having a team talk at the start of the lunchtime period as this gave a great vibe to the place. Well done Leon. BTW please bring back the hummus dip!

Lots of nice options, food comes quickly, made fresh. Have been dozens of times and am never disappointed.

I have been to the place only twice, because I have my regular places for lunch and rarely change the routine. But I was really amazed of the food quality. I tried one of the morning buns with salmon, and there are many more to try :) And tried one of the lunch boxes. Both delicious. A bit of different taste than usual food around the area, not to spicy but full of flavor. Think this is going to be my regular place now. Well done.

Rapid service, healthy and good quality tasty street food. Wide selection of fusion foods to eat on the go. In that area lots of similar places but this is one of the better ones.
