Awful from start to finish,server was disinterested in helping me with the menu.l ordered and went to wash my hands, took around a minute and a half, literally only washed my hands. Came back and my burger and fries "were done". It was luke warm & unappetising, fries were soggy too. Only realised this as l got back to the car and we set off. l believe they were for the person before me as the server called them, they didn't show and she mentioned it to the girl in the kitchen, in front of me. She by the way needs hygiene lessons as she was wiping her hands all over her face as if she was tired, this is a person cooking our food! Bored staff and awful food 😖 Highly disappointed, waste of my money!!

Well what can I say, burger came luke warm and looked like it had been prepared with a sling shot. Rice box came and the box was soggy and the food barely warm same as the nuggets it's a shame really as they have all the ingredients you want but very poorly presented. Staff were very young and was out there depth really but they were very polite and friendly.

Spot on, best fast food I've ever had in a Motorway Service Station. Real meat in my burger and excellent Yorkshire Tea. What a great idea serving decent fast food ! Well worth a visit.

On holiday at camping and caravan site. Eaten here 3 nights different offers on each night. Good quality food good atmosphere and excellent service from staff. Ebonie was one of the who stood out for us. Excellent service attention to detail and a lovely smile throughout Well done

It looks like the pub is one of those it's closing down. It will just be used for the hotel Apparently from the 5th July 2024 the pub will be closed to the general public and restricted to use for hotel guests only.

I don’t even want to go into it. Food availability - average - they tell you after an hour of ordering they don’t have items left. 2 hours to get main courses, we had 4 kids with us. They were climbing the walls. Was the restaurant full? No! Half full? No. What went wrong? No idea!! Would I go again? NO Do yourself a favour AVOID - AVOID - AVOID
