Went with a number of Women's Institute friends today for coffee and had my purse stolen out of my handbag. Nobody else anywhere near us except the waitress who smiled sweetly and shook her head when I asked her if she had seen my purse. My debit card was used within minutes of my losing the purse, in supermarkets in the immediate area (passed to an accomplice?). Impossible to get through to the café by phone. Not good enough.

This place used to be a quiet place to have a coffee, a salad, a snack or some deliciously fattening middle east pastries ( baklavas, loukoums etc.) but unfortunately a car ran into the window some months a go and it is now closed

Fui allí dos veces en dos semanas. Primera vez totalmente impresionados por la comida, el servicio y el precio! Un sueño! El camarero era muy agradable y nos las porciones son muy generosas.

Food is good buy not a good value for money. Also terrible unfriendly service....not at all welcoming which is uncommon for restaurants in this area.

Recommended here by a store person nearby and was pleasantly surprised. Great fresh, homemade salads and tasty mains! For a very reasonable price too

all dishes are home made . they provide fresh lemon and tap water in jugs on the tables . delicious and also some meat and fish

i use this place regularly but truth I use it as a fuel stop.!! I enjoy the feeling that I am eating healthy because in this place I consume more salad than normal. The meat or pasta that accompanies the salads is not particularly good quality or well cooked or presented well. All of that said I still use it because the salads are what makes the whole eating experience an above average episode for an inexpensive price tag.

Great selection of salads offering a healthy food alternative in west hamstead. You can choose vegan or with meat your salads. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Prices especially before 5pm are reasonable.

i walk past this every day and can definitely say that, to me, this place ruins the landscape of such a lovely area.

Really great selection of salads for a good price. Really recommend the roast beetroot and cauliflower. The tomato chicken is the winner!

Loads of tasty salads, wraps, sandwiches etc. As a non-meat eater there are plenty of choices. Simple setting, decent service. Would recommend.

Small local restaurant: salmon, noodles and esp a wide selection of tasty salads. Good portions, reasonably priced and friendly service.

Great choice of salads and healthy too! I pick up my lunch from here very often and there is always something interesting I fancy.I agree the Eat In prices are too expensive, but take-away is great value for money!

This was my favourite place in West Hampstead. Lovely food, good service, but increase in prices came with no value. Poor portions are served now and the cups on the tables seem to be a bit dirty.Hope they pay attention to this as they have all sorts of lovely food before. I hope they do the babaganoosh again

We ate here recently and went for the meal and salad combination. It was £9 for a main course and 4 salads. It sounds like good value but the food was poor and small portion.We both had lasagna. The first thing that annoyed me was that the server cut off the end of my square of lasagna, I guess in order to avoid giving me too much. How she was planning to sell the piece she cut off I´m not sure. A small issue but its things like this that are enough to stop me returning to a place!In any regard the lasagna itself was terrible. There was little to no meat or sauce and it was cold despite having been heated in the microwave. The pasta appeared to have been previously frozen. The salads were quite nice. Overall the poor quality main course and poor service will make it unlikely that we will eat here again.

Only went in for a coffee but amazed at the selection of fresh salads rices etc with hot dishes too - all of it really cheap (especially for this area). Staff were lovely, coffee was good and a lively, trendy atmosphere.

Looking for a quick lunch in West Hampstead, tried this place as it looked nice. Not at all disappointed. Pleasant service. Wide range of mains and salads, all 'slightly sophisticated' and attractive-looking. We chose quite different selections (being one carnivore and one veggie), all absolutely fresh and delicious. Also enjoyed tangy lemon juice. Nice place to eat in at plain tables-and-chairs. will definitely be back.

We had a delicious lunch here just yesterday. Huge plate of salad with some delicious roasted chicken for only £9, a smaller but still ample plate of salad and salmon for my companion. Everything was very tasty, as was everything at their Paddington shop when I went there a few weeks back.The salads here are wonderful! I will be back.

So rules are quite simple - you walk in. You choose a main , and depending if you prefer a large size or small size , you get to choose from either 2 or 4 salads . Price changes if it's in , or take away .Well lovely looking mackerel got my sights .Surprise surprise it was not included In the standard price of LARGE MEAL with 4 salads (£9 before 5)It was £12 .Well okay , I really fancied it .Picked my salads,Mackerel went to microwave,I ordered some freshly squeezed juice (from the fridge :/)My food was ready .Quite okay , was munching on it , eating my £12 pounds worth , and I found A HAIR . Curly black hair . (I am straight blonde) .To be fair .... Accidents happen , but if you charge £12 for couple of salads , and £3 for freshly squeezed juice that isn't squeezed , it's just taken from the insides of the fridge then I expect more .I went and have my plate back . Since I paid already ,I wasn't counting on refund . And I wasn't disappointed .They took the plate from me , with the comment , and nothing .They offered me more salad .NO THANK YOUoverall - I don't think I will be coming back , and I wouldn't recommend to anyone

I love this place so much! I think I must have gone four times when I was housesitting for a month up in West Hampstead. Extremely vege friendly though if you're a meat eater you are very well catered for. The salads are so fresh and healthy and flavourful and the price is astonishingly low for the quality and amount you get. Most people seem to order takeaway but it's got cute wooden tables which cry out to be sat down at with good company and a bottle of wine. Great place for a date too.

This self service restaurant offers an wide range of healthy food. The speciality is the meal plate where you select one main item from a wide range of meat, fish and vegetarian dishes. To this you add your selected salad/vegetables again from a very wide range. Depending on your choice the food can be served hot or cold. There are two size options, main dish and either four or two salads. You can also choose either five salads or three salads and no main item. The main items are very good; on my last visit I had some of the best roast beef that I have tasted. The salads are all very appetising with some quite unusual choices. Portions are generous and value for money is first class.There is a wide range of deserts and cakes available as well as hot and cold drinks to complement your meal. Sandwiches, croissants etc. are also available. The full restaurant menu is also available to take away.Highly recommended.

A selection of different and interesting salads plus some good meats, fish and vegi dishes. They do an awesome takeaway lunch box with a choice of meets with mixed salads. Would strongly recommend.Can be a bit daunting the first time you go in because it's a bit different than your standard cafe/takeaway. Just ask for help, they're all nice!
