I ordered the loaded burger but received a burger with no cheese or bacon so didn't get what paid for. Very disappointing. Won't be ordering from here again

I do not recommend Ella's Cafe. Horrible experience popping in just for a coffee. Before we even sat down we were asked what we wanted. 2 coffees please. Do you take sugar? Yes please. Sat down and coffee brought to us. The coffee came with sugar pre added rather than sugar being brought to table. I take 1/2 a teaspoon and 2 heaped spoonfuls must have been put in, the coffee was undrinkable!!

55 High StreetAt time of ordering (19:00), my delivery was advised 19:40-20:00. At 20:00 I received a call to say it was going to be late. When pressed, they advised another 30 minutes. Reluctantly we had to agree. That 30 minutes became 60 minutes!

Whiteway Road Hillier Garden CentreI live locally and enjoy meeting with my friends for a coffee and a natter. We don't always have food but when we do it is good. The staff are very welcoming and helpful.
