We’ve been going to Lees Tandoori for the last 20+ years. Absolutely fantastic food. Never had a bad takeaway meal from here. The lamb tikka sandwiches are enormous & the lamb korma is moreish.

Lovely meals 😋 really enjoy especially the king prawn tandori balti so nice 😋 would highly recommend fantastic 👍🏻

First time writing a review as i couldnt let this go , i ordered a chicken tikka kebab with salad and hot sauce when i got home the nan bread was a size of a standard supermarket pataks one , the plus side was very thick tikka but not a lit as the size of the bread is a joke , i ialso asked for hot sauce the sheer disappointment of realising they had gave me a tub of mint sauce with side salad in a plastic bag , i feel ripped off at £5.95 and ive now had to make my own tea , a takeaway is a treat to me and to think i’ve got to make my own food after a takeaway first time I’ve ever done this an absolute laughing stock…..

ordered a curry and a starter and it was definitely not fresh. the rice tasted like it was just heated up in the microwave and the meat was rock hard. After paying £35 it left me with stomach pains all night and the next day. Will be contacting trading standards . oh and the salad was a browny colour too. don't no how there allowed to sell food what's so bad. Will never order from here ever again. wouldn't even give 1 star instead I would give 1 word...... DISCUSSING 😠😠😠😠😠😠😡😡😡

they never fail Chicken tikka ,,brilliant ,ive tried many other meals and all as good wouldnt go anywhere else

We ordered a large mixed kebab and there wasn't any kebab meat, we phoned to complain and they said we don't do kebab meat although they advertised it on their website, it was very small and definitely not worth the money. The chicken was really dry, the best place for it was in the bin. We was shocked to discover the delivey charge was £4 which is extortionate given the distance. Would not recommend, please don't waste your money

I ordered a delivery at 1700 .I rang the business at 17:45 for an update on my order to be told that there was no delivery before 18:00. My food was delivered at 18:40 .The food was Luke warm.I rang Lees Tandoori immediately and spoke to a surly aggressive man who would not even let me speak. I requested a refund and was cut off. I have emailed them but received no response. Never again . Totally unacceptable business practice. Shame on you ! Plenty better Indian restaurants/takeaways with polite employees.

Lamb kebab takeaway at £6 , got it home , no pitta or naan , 5 pieces of rough mutton , frozen chips on top , warm salad bag , rubbish, been a customer here for years, no more , kebab comes in pitta or naan , May have been £6.50 , never again

We have been ordering from Lees Tandori for over 10 years and have never been disappointed. Always very good quality, fresh and tasty food with an excellent personable service. I can highly recommend the chicken tikka handi and the chilli masala for those who like it spicy.

If you like good qualit look no furthery Indian food Cuuries etc then look no further this is the best you will find by a mile my current favourite is the Lamb Birryani and my wife lover their Lamb Macron also i like my curry a bit spicier so when i ask they will spice it up a bit for me my last visit was on Wednesday 24/10/2018 and i will be back but then i have been going there some 20 years .

It’s a takeaway, the town abounds with them, but, there are bad, sad places, and there are the ones that want hunting out, they are so good, now, I am an egg and chip guy, it’s my wife and son, and daughter in law who rave about this place, always ready on time, very polite guys, reasonably priced, LOADS of food, and good and fresh, one day, I will join them for the smells are fantastic!

Have ordered from here 5 times before now and cannot complain. However have always ordered curries. Tonight we ordered waited a hour and half rang them they say not received order (ordered online) given the benefit of the doubt and re ordered, 20 minutes after said delivery time rang to again find out where the order was and was told was waiting on a driver, when its a standard 3 pound delivery charge you expect it to be delivered when it says it will be. So all in all after waiting almost 3 hours for our order it came stone cold and to the smallest kebab I have ever seen, the little meat on it was overcooked, dry and cold. Really disappointed as have already mentioned been here many times before and always been happy. Has definatly put me off ordering here again. Such a shame.

Cela fait maintenant plus de 15ans que je commande mes curry à emporter chez eux, croyez moi, il n'y pas mieux dans le Nord! Tellement leurs curry sont bons, lors de ma dernière visite, j'ai ramené 12 "Lamb Vindaloo" avec moi en france que j'ai ensuite mis au congélateur! J'en ramènerai encore 12 lorsque j'y retourne la prochaine fois.

Their curry and rice are gorgeous, take out or sit in it's a nice atmosphere and always get a chocolate for afters.

I love all the curry's and kebabs' this is the only Indian we use and have done for years. They are very friendly and deliver

He estado utilizando esta para llevar más años de los que puedo recordar y nunca he tenido una mala comida o esperamos más de 20 minutos de ordenar.El personal identificar por mi pedido y siempre son muy amables y educados.El jal frezy" y agwala 'platos son los mejores del mundo, hay al menos 20 más cerca de la India para llevar, donde yo vivo, pero que no pueden competir.Si no ha probado la comida de Lees Tandoori hazte un favor y darle una oportunidad.

Horrible! Simplemente yo no puedo explicar lo terrible que es este lugar. A pesar de repetidas llamadas persiguiendo un pedido primero esperamos más de 2 horas, entonces cuando la orden llegó estaba mal... Soy vegetariana y trajeron pollo, cuando puse el personal era grosero y no ayuda o reembolso!!! Mi amigo comió su sufrido intoxicación alimentaria pero! Decidimos darles una segunda oportunidad debido a las buenas críticas y ordenados cuando mi madre fue visitado. Después de 2 horas y media de espera para nuestra cena llega, numerosas llamadas a Chase, el hombre que hablé dijo que sería una hora y que estaba mintiendo sobre el tiempo que pedí! Been using this takeaway for years. I can recommend the royal kebab mix starter consisting of chicken tikka, tandoori lamb, sheekh kebab, salad & sauce. The tikka madra is heavenly. The staff are friendly & always get the order correct.

Un rico y variado menú que nunca decepciona. Mo y sus hombres dan excelente y amable servicio y la mejor calidad comida india. Desde el más leve de curry de la más desafiante hot-cosas, toda la sierra es deliciosa y bien presentada. Como muchas personas en Oldham, hemos ido a Lees Tandoori durante casi 30 años. No te puedes equivocar.

I have been going here with my family for over 15 years and my wife has been going for 9 years and I must say my most recent visits October 2014 and May 2015 especially the last one was terrible for all of us.The Mixed Kebab starters were all rubbery and overcooked. The Salad was all limp like it was days old. The main meals were chicken tikka rogan josh and chicken tikka balti. The Balti we have had lots of times over the years and it was absolutely tasteless. The large potatoes of old and lovely cauliflower were all gone and were crappy little pieces with a rock hard cauliflower and the balti had parsley in it which has never been in it before? The sauce was a different colour than usual and hanging to taste!The rogan josh was also tasteless. None of the lovely tomatoes were in the dish and the curry was just totally bland and with no seasoning at all! The garlic naan breads were also rubbery in texture and a bit burnt and looked very unappetising basically like the whole meal in general. After spending almost £40 for this garbage our family feel robbed and partially spoilt my mums birthday celebration evening!The experience in October last year was a little underwhelming however after this most recent experience after giving them another chance wish we had not have bothered. We will never be returning again unfortunately as they have really let us down and themselves and have gone downhill rapidly. If you are a customer who has been going for years you will understand this and if you are new to this place you need to avoid as they are not the same place they used to be!A real shame as the people who run the place are really nice people but something has changed with them in the kitchen and its ruining them big time!
