Quite enjoy the take food in this establishment

Had a take away good was lovely .

New to the area and like a good Chinese take away.. and Lee Garden was nearest so I tried here.. I was not disappointed.. the food was prepared really quickly, and tasted really good.. I will be using Lee Garden as my local 😀

I thought I'd try Lee Garden as hadn't been for a while. Everything is fresh and tasty and is spot on. Won't go anywhere else now.

Avoid if you can. The guy at the counter is a rude and angry dude with no patience. Should not be working the front counter. Came into town late and was tossing up between a microwave meal and some quick Chinese. Should have gone with the microwave meal. The ‘food’ was barely edible and drowning in a non-descriptive rich brown sauce. Shop elsewhere.

Used to be my fav Carry out, not anymore. Ordered honey chili ribs - got honey & GARLIC. Very unpleasant Mongolian Beef & Mongolian Chicken - smothered in GARLIC Would not recommend or go back.

Edible, nothing great, chips are so salty my tounge burns, advertises free spring rolls over £18 however didn’t get these.wouldn’t go here again.

Guy on the phone is impossible to talk to without loosing the plot he makes me want to chuck my phone off the wall had to order from New century

So I have ordered a meal and I always order from here and I always get my chicken fried rice and curry separately and my son can’t have curry and they are normally absolutely fine with this and tonight they are now refusing to do it and asking for more money at the door to do that the girl on the phone is the most rude person you can ever be served by do not go here if u want good service this is shocking

5th June 2024. Carry out meal. Used the LG for many, many years and they were the best in town but it appears in the last 12 months or so that they've changed something, chef or ingredients. The result is not good, food has become bland, tasteless and really below par. Genuinely hope they pick this up and strive to get back to where they were.

Good food, speedy service and if you like things spicy they will spice them up to your taste.

Undoubtedly the worst Chinese food I have ever had. Chips were stale and undercooked. The half aromatic crispy duck was dry and was anything but crispy, seemed like it had been microwaved, not fresh at all. I also got home to find out that there was no curry sauce that I ordered and paid for in the bag. Would not recommend.

Says order over £23 gets free chicken wings or bottle of coke, received neither for my order over £23. And no telephone etiquette when you call .

This place is the worst in Dunfermline waited an hour and a forty five mins for delivery on a wed when it arrived it was cold .salt and pepper chips and chicken didn’t taste like salt and pepper it was ver bland will never use them again much better place in Dunfermline and surrounding area

Delivery was so slow on a Thursday night took more than 3 calls and nearly 2 hrs to get meal

Food took an hour and a half to arrive, was assured it was on its way and 25 mins later it still wasn’t here (we live 2.5 miles away….) The starter box was dry and over cooked The food was at least hot, wouldn’t recommend

Have given 4 stars for service because, last visit I had an exception long wait for my meal. Was only 1 customer when I arrived, and another 2 came in after me. They managed to get their order before me. I kept being asked (3 times) what I had ordered. Maybe if the chap at the counter had spent less attention to his phone, and more to the customer, he may have remembered that I ordered, and actually passed it through to the kitchen at the time I ordered it.

The male taking the order over the phone was rude and patronising, food was cold . Not be using this place again

Very large portions of very average food. Greasy and poor quality appetizers, mains were a bit nicer. All served piping hot and on time.

Normally really good, tonight the chicken balls okay ,but sweet and sour chicken dry over cooked chicken hard to eat

I normally don't bother to review Igave a one star review as food normally good but for the third time delivery was late. First 2 occasions ordered online, over an hour later called them to be advised driver was on the way. This time I ordered at 5.30pm online knowing it would be late. I phoned twice after an hour and a half, told driver on way and the lady said there was nothing she could do. Two and and a half hours later my son ended up going to the takeaway itself. They phoned driver, he was on his way and my son was told to leave, no apology at any time. Attitude of the owners was not our problem, not a good business plan. Sadly won't be using this takeaway again.

So disappointed. I called to complain but they said what do you want me to do? You ate the food already. As you can see we didn’t Eat the food. I normally love this place today, bland, undercooked and actually the beef was over cooked. We did eat our rice and spring rolls they were okay. No refund for what we didn’t eat just a a free meal next time. I don’t want to go next time.Told by Cheng that the manager will call tomorrow so rude and saying the chicken can’t be undercooked and the same food went out with no problems today. My parter is vomiting after eating the chicken wings. This is a disgrace. Cheng said oh, so now you are unwell and said what do you want me to do.

Woman on phone not helpfull at all. Food was awful I ordered special fried rice and chips the meat was full of fat. total of prawns 3. The chips were wet and soggy and food was cold. Delivery was a joke ordered food online through Lee garden website. 45 mins delivery iit said it was over 2 hours. instead of having food for dinner we had it for supper. I will never use this place again worst Chinese I've ever used grudge giving 1 star should be option for 0

Waited over an hour for delivery and still not arrived phoned 3 times, and assured on its way. Phoned to cancel and told very busy. Do not recommend this place and clearly did not intend to deliver. Refund requested through my bank.

Food always arrives on or before time, always hot and taste tremendous would recommend to anyone.

Food is fantastic! Shop probably too small for the amount of customers that come in. Service was OK, really busy with phones, online orders and taking card payments.

One of the best in town, highly recommend Lee Gardens.

Epic beige feast. It was good but could have done with more sauce to balance the volume of fried food. I should never have tried to eat it all myself though..... bug mistake

Was staying locally at a cottage for the weekend Ordered a meal for collection . Food was top class potentially the best curry I’ve tried .

Excellent Chinese takeaway. Was a pick up and the order was ready within the 15 minutes and everything was there. Ordered the special combo appetiser - good value. Mains included the Beef Red Curry - this was insanely hot. The beef was soft and juicy but heat was crazy. Would pass on the special fried rice also. Otherwise highly recommended.

Food was ok but salt and pepper?? chips were soggy and bland. Prawn crackers were non -existent as I seemingly didn't order set meal even though it says on menu with orders over £10!!

Stopped here for dinner while in the area. Fried rice was really good, light and had a good amount of meat. Not greasy. Wife had Garden Special Chow Mein, which was spicy, dry and tasty.

Very popular & busy Cinese Take away with good food & service!

I ordered the large munchie box for three of us but could probably have ordered the small one. Left more than half. Absolutely tremendous value. For £14.50 you would without doubt feed a family of four or five. Good variety in it too.

Very good the only bad reviews you will get on here as complaints about how long the delivery takes but that just shows you how busy it is I would recommend collection but get this chicken satay on the skewer with extra sauce a pendant how hot do you like it go from 1 to 6 I would recommend to get one hot it is better in curry sauce thank me later

The number 3 curry is just perfect for my pallate. Spicy but you want more. Like the fact this place asks how you like it and caters to your needs. Hats off. Also nice crispy chips. New fav for my craving. Curry's go upto 6.

Good food reasonable price and prompt service

We couldn't find a menu online for the place so just phoned up and the lady was incredibly helpful on the phone. When the food arrived it was exactly what we wanted and was by far the best chinese we have had in Dunfermline. Only problem is they are so busy on the phone sometimes we can't get through. Is there a way to order online? A bit weary to walk in with Covid.

Always a good meal out of here!! My favourite is definitely the chips rice and curry sauce! Friends staff and quick delivery would 100% recommend

I’m from Newcastle working up here and after reading the reviews decided I would try this place and I have to say I wasn’t disappointed, I only had the salt & chilli pepper chicken and it was delicious. I’d recommend anyone to try this place, I’m here for a couple of more days so I’ll definitely be paying another visit.

We've just started using Lee Garden after struggling to find a Chinese we really enjoy in Dunfermline. The food is amazing and quick service and the person serving us was lovely. Wouldn't use any other Chinese now.

The staff was incredibly helpful in making sure our order was gluten-free. Service was above and beyond in my experience from other takeaways.

We ordered a takeaway on Saturday evening and given a delivery time of 45mins. Our food arrived within this time, it was hot and very good. Will order again.

Food superb, staff brilliant, quick service and very patient when looking through menu, very very reasonable priced fed four for £16... pure value for money, will deffo be back, recommend special chop suey fries great and chicken balls quality... cheers guys see ya again soon five 🌟 Big Whitie

One of my favourite Chinese takeaways,food is excellent,delivery service available.

Lets out this into perspective, I continually receive 10%, 15%, 20% Just Eat discount vouchers which I can use at most Dunfermline Chinese take-aways, however we prefer to forego this discount and instead use Lee Garden who are not on the Just Eat network. For me it's about the quality, not the fact that I can save a couple of quid! For me this is by far the best take-away in the area and as someone who's addicted to Chinese food I've tried them all.....Lee Garden by far the best....no question.

I ordered three meals and was pleasantly surprised by the extremely reasonable price. Even more so when opening the packages and saw the substantial portions. I must say I haven't tasted and enjoyed a Chinese meal such as this for a very very long time . The sauces were to die for especially that which had the Chicken Wings a free gift for orders over £20. All in all I would highly recommend this take away ... delicious and beautifully cooked .

special chow mein aint special..far too much soya sauce...too salty..maybe get someone with chinese cooking experience..

Everything you could expect for his style of food. Order was cooked extremely quickly. Good sized portions. Great taste and kept warm until we were back at the table to eat it.

We order from here every week ( sometimes several times a week) for years now as we live local. The food is absolutely amazing, I’ve had many chinese meals in different cities and countries and nowhere comes close . I look forward to coming home and having my chinese from here. We have never had a bad meal from this place. Highly recommended!

Ordered food at 21.15 gets delivered 1hour and 10 min later freezing cold AVOID also management are extremely rude so disappointed

Always use this Chinese but very disappointed with order. I got a chicken omelette and it was disgusting omlette was raw inside .chips were soft and most of them were black .

Have been using the the Lee Garden for years and I have to say it's one of the best. Unfortunately, they can suffer from long delays some weekends due to the number of orders they get - they are a victim of how good they are! Yes, I have had the odd mistake on an order however it's always corrected though on busy evenings this can take a little longer than normal. Overall, I won't mark them down as we all make mistakes and it's how they are resolved that counts.

Probably one of the best Chinese takeaways in Dunfermline. Weekend deliveries are busy so try to pick up. Food quality excellent. Staff are pleasant and courteous.

Never had a bad meal from Lee Garden. I would recommend the Mongolian chicken/beef. Spicy and tasty. Also if you order any dish and want it spicy they ask if you want it on a rating from 1-6 with 6 being the hottest. Beware 6 will have your eyes watering so normally go for 4!! Staff are friendly and service is quick. Will be back soon. Highly recommended!

Lee Garden, have always liked the food, but the waiting time is quite long. I have no problem with waiting but for the past few months they lie about the delivery time, we ordered at 6.25:this evening, told delivery would be 30 mins, have just received delivery at 7.35, just tell the truth. I have no problem with that.

Food was cold, half an hour late and our order was wrong

From the start getting the address wrong and taking over an hour mid-week speaks volumes, no it wasn't a language barrier as the girl answering the phone was Scottish. The food arrived over 1hr after delivery. I would expect that at the weekends. When it did arrive after one mouthful I could not eat as all I tasted was salt. Phoned up and the customer service was shocking. My husband isn't a fussy eater and he could not couldn't continue with his meal. Will not order again. Now to find antacids

Ace food and they really listen if you have special food requirements

Not a bad Chinese and food usually prepared very quick when you go into order.Every Chinese differs, but I do like the special fried rice and fried egg.Boiled rice was fine and we got free prawn crackers. Chicken skewers in curry sauce also nice.Lots of choice as you can imagine. Hadn't planned to eat here, but it was ok.

Had delivery .. to order was good nice woman on phone . Delivery driver nice there's another driver for delivery Garry he's nice too . Food was excellent Have food when I have family But have been told I can have smaller portion to order for myself, fantastic for me Chinese meal when I like . Highly recommend. Give lee garden a try you won't be disappointed due to everyone's taste

Have used them for a while now best in dunfermline wouldn't go anywhere else now food is great always busy you are better to order and pick up your food or you could have a long wait that is how busy they are but if you do get your food delivered the wait is worth it hope this helps you

Used to be the go to place, but not so now.Prefer another located in Abbeyview.It certainly is fast and generally decent quality food. Parking can be a faff and quite cramped inside. Never use delivery service so can't comment on that. They can at least cook rice ad unlike some others they do give you a freebie based on what you spend.

Whilst my partner lived within the Fife area we always ordered takeaways from Lee Garden as this is the best Chinese we have ever tasted! There is a large selection of dishes available and all at reasonable prices! We have tried various dishes but always order the salt and pepper chicken wings appetizer. Excellent!
