Lee Garden in Fife

This place is the worst in Dunfermline waited an hour and a forty five mins for delivery on a wed when it arrived it was cold .salt and pepper chips and chicken didn’t taste like salt and pepper it was ver bland will never use them again much better place in Dunfermline and surrounding area

Very large portions of very average food. Greasy and poor quality appetizers, mains were a bit nicer. All served piping hot and on time.

Just used Lee Garden for our traditional Xmas eve takeaway Absolutely fab, great food, great service Will definitely use again

I ordered the large munchie box for three of us but could probably have ordered the small one. Left more than half. Absolutely tremendous value. For £14.50 you would without doubt feed a family of four or five. Good variety in it too.

We couldn't find a menu online for the place so just phoned up and the lady was incredibly helpful on the phone. When the food arrived it was exactly what we wanted and was by far the best chinese we have had in Dunfermline. Only problem is they are so busy on the phone sometimes we can't get through. Is there a way to order online? A bit weary to walk in with Covid.

Always a good meal out of here!! My favourite is definitely the chips rice and curry sauce! Friends staff and quick delivery would 100% recommend

We ordered a takeaway on Saturday evening and given a delivery time of 45mins. Our food arrived within this time, it was hot and very good. Will order again.

Lets out this into perspective, I continually receive 10%, 15%, 20% Just Eat discount vouchers which I can use at most Dunfermline Chinese take-aways, however we prefer to forego this discount and instead use Lee Garden who are not on the Just Eat network. For me it's about the quality, not the fact that I can save a couple of quid! For me this is by far the best take-away in the area and as someone who's addicted to Chinese food I've tried them all.....Lee Garden by far the best....no question.

I ordered three meals and was pleasantly surprised by the extremely reasonable price. Even more so when opening the packages and saw the substantial portions. I must say I haven't tasted and enjoyed a Chinese meal such as this for a very very long time . The sauces were to die for especially that which had the Chicken Wings a free gift for orders over £20. All in all I would highly recommend this take away ... delicious and beautifully cooked .

special chow mein aint special..far too much soya sauce...too salty..maybe get someone with chinese cooking experience..

We order from here every week ( sometimes several times a week) for years now as we live local. The food is absolutely amazing, I’ve had many chinese meals in different cities and countries and nowhere comes close . I look forward to coming home and having my chinese from here. We have never had a bad meal from this place. Highly recommended!

Never had a bad meal from Lee Garden. I would recommend the Mongolian chicken/beef. Spicy and tasty. Also if you order any dish and want it spicy they ask if you want it on a rating from 1-6 with 6 being the hottest. Beware 6 will have your eyes watering so normally go for 4!! Staff are friendly and service is quick. Will be back soon. Highly recommended!

From the start getting the address wrong and taking over an hour mid-week speaks volumes, no it wasn't a language barrier as the girl answering the phone was Scottish. The food arrived over 1hr after delivery. I would expect that at the weekends. When it did arrive after one mouthful I could not eat as all I tasted was salt. Phoned up and the customer service was shocking. My husband isn't a fussy eater and he could not couldn't continue with his meal. Will not order again. Now to find antacids

Not a bad Chinese and food usually prepared very quick when you go into order.Every Chinese differs, but I do like the special fried rice and fried egg.Boiled rice was fine and we got free prawn crackers. Chicken skewers in curry sauce also nice.Lots of choice as you can imagine. Hadn't planned to eat here, but it was ok.

Had delivery .. to order was good nice woman on phone . Delivery driver nice there's another driver for delivery Garry he's nice too . Food was excellent Have food when I have family But have been told I can have smaller portion to order for myself, fantastic for me Chinese meal when I like . Highly recommend. Give lee garden a try you won't be disappointed due to everyone's taste

Used to be the go to place, but not so now.Prefer another located in Abbeyview.It certainly is fast and generally decent quality food. Parking can be a faff and quite cramped inside. Never use delivery service so can't comment on that. They can at least cook rice ad unlike some others they do give you a freebie based on what you spend.

Whilst my partner lived within the Fife area we always ordered takeaways from Lee Garden as this is the best Chinese we have ever tasted! There is a large selection of dishes available and all at reasonable prices! We have tried various dishes but always order the salt and pepper chicken wings appetizer. Excellent!

Some people may like this place but I thought it was all very low quality food.

Im a regular customer of this place for the last few years, in that time i have never had a problem with the service, give and take at the weekends as they are always busy but delivery time is usually within an hour..on the odd occasion if they are overwhelmed i just drive down and pick up , food is tasty and hot every time better than all the other chinese places in dunfermline..ive tried them all and settled for lee garden to be the best, as for other previous reviews of folk greetin about poor service and recieving wrong order etc...give them a chance..they are very busy and the odd slip up can happen due to human error but its never happened to me in all the years of me ordering it must be a rare thing to happen. Personally id highly recommened this place to anyone...try the red thai chicken curry...absolutely lovely

Best Chinese in Dunfermline from food to staff. My family are customers too . I can order 1/2 portion chicken or beef fried rice Garry is a nice delivery driver. If this takeaway had a restaurant would be good .. Would recommend highly

This is the only chinese take away I will ever got to. The food is just so good and the staff lovely...my son always comes in with me as he gets 2 lollypops, one meant for his sister but he eats both before we get back to the car.:) Tried the salt and pepper chicken balls for the 1st time and they were delicious. Combined this with the lee garden special chow mien and the perfect take away meal.Love this place.

this is our favorite choice for takeaway food. always freshly cooked, very good value and tasty. staff are very friendly and helpful. their telephone system also recognizes regular customers as you are greeted by name when calls are answered.

Has been great for all the 10 years I've ordered there! How do you make the best chow mien ten years running? You guys are the best! I totally recommend the Lee Garden and wish they would open a Just Eat. I would gain so much weight! Hope they stay open forever. Lovely lovely place.

I ordered a take away last nigh took a hour to get here snd when it did it was cold the chips were awful they were plastic and full of grease they have no taste what's so ever. Would not recommend this place at all.

The customer service in this Chinese takeaway is incredible poor. We phoned for a delivery, and not only did they struggle to collate our order when it got delivered it was wrong. I understand that mistakes will happen, but the way they dealt with annoyed me most. I phoned up to inform them of there mistake and they were happy to change it, but I they informed that I would have to make my own way to there takeaway. I told them that I didn't drive. They then had the cheek to ask me to walk round to change the meal. I walked round to sort out the order they changed the order for me no problem. But they refused to compensate me for my time or effort, plus the rest of the food was cold. I will not be using them again

The food is very nice. But on closer inspection of the actual place it is extremely dirty and unclean. In the actual kitchen they do not wear hair nets.

What can I say except I love this place, been going for a while now and I've never had a bad meal, you can request additional items such as chilli as I like my dishes hot and they never let me down.Portion sizes are huge and you could quite easily share a dish between two of you or do like I do keep half for the next day.Delivery is normally pretty quick and if it's not going to be they will tell you approximately how long they think it will take.For what you get this is a really good value for money restaurant, definitely one to try at least once.

the food hear is always great cant fault it and when you want a delivery very fast and efficient, great selection from Chinese to thai they have it all.

Great menu,great taste , massive portions. Accepts credit/debit card. You can phone your order in for pick up, they also do delivery.

We visit relatives most years in Dunfermline and get a takeaway from here on each trip. Good size portions and excellent value for money (compared to southern England!). Sometimes we have had to wait but I see that as a good sign. There is a small car park down the hill from it.

I have complained before a few times about receiving the wrong order, they don't even apologise and when they sent the food again they made it extra salty

Well seen the reviews on here so when staying in Dunfermline so decied to pay a visit, well took advice from other review and went for mongolian Beef it was hot and beef was great and so much taste, my wife had Special Chow mein Thia style again full of flavor and nice and spicy one of the best Chinese takeaways i have tasted.Great value but looks nothing from out side but could see in the kitchen was spotless, and the girl at the desk never seen a young girl so efficient on the phone taking order.Well done to your team

I wanted to try this place after reading the trip advisor reviews. Walked down from my hotel. Walked in and asked what was the chefs speciality dish. The lady behind the counter told me Mongolian beef or chicken. I had the beef and a chicken fried rice. I paid just over ten pounds for both with a free portion of prawn crackers. The portions were massive and the best ever takeaway chinese I have ever tasted not to mention you can actually watch the chef cook your food for you before it gets boxed up. All I know is if I lived in Dunfermline thus would be my takeaway of choice hands down. Great job all staff friendly & helpful. The chef is masterful!

Randomly tried this place one night when family visited. Fed 4 and a baby plus breakfast for less than £30. While we waited for it, their phone was constantly off the hook with orders streaming in. The crispy chilli beef is the best around, never burnt, just crispy. Fantastic service. Highly recommended.

By Far the best Chinese takeaway in Dunfermline with a great range of dishes. When visitor come and we have a takeaway they always comment of the quality. Mongolian chicken good for those that like it hot. Always great service

We Never fail to get a great welcome here. The food is always to the same high standard whenever you visit and the staff are very friendly. Even when you visit at their peak times you never are kept waiting for long. Oh And the kids get a complimentary lolly. Well done Lee Garden.
