Le BRGR in Harrow

The food was nice, however for that price it should have like halal bacon or at least a hash brown. Also the fact that I paid for the sauce. I was expecting the sauce that I paid for to be in a tub even if it was a small one. I was unfortunately disappointed 😞 as the sauce was not in a tub. It was just those small sachets. Had I known I would have not paid for it.

food was 10/10, don’t usually eat meat but their Smokey and smash burger tasted amazing, also chips had large portions and perfect crisp. Even through there was one guy working he did amazingly compromising taking orders and making food, food came in a good 15 mins. Definitely coming here again!

So I just come on here to review my meal and saw some Karen called sahaara posted a “bad” review, which I can confidently say is a load of rubbish. It’s actually made me very mad. She clearly has a problem with her tastebuds, the food is absolutely delicious. I can confidently say, their food is 10/10 and I have never actually rated a place that high. IGNORE HER, she’s got no clue what she’s talking about and clearly she’s only ever eaten microwave ready, processed burgers in a box which has desensitised her taste buds. The burgers are juicy, and the fries are salted perfectly each time, 100x better than mcDonalds and that’s saying something. In fact I honestly question how they’re able to get the food to taste better each time. The portions are *extremely generous*. With regards to the price, aside from the taste, there’s a reason I have been ordering from them on Uber eats, every single day for the last two weeks. Guys keep doing what you’re doing, there will always be Karen’s who hate because they’re mad your food tastes so great. I have also eaten in 3 times and each time the customer service has been amazing. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🍔🤤🤩🤯

I had the food delivered but it was soo bad!! very salty and small burgers - the chips was hard cold and very salty. I'm not happy with the food or the price!!!!

The owner (Salem) was super friendly and gave me a drink on the house. The food was amazing I recommend the fiery chicken burger or the smashed burger. Great selection of burgers and drinks.

Had a really good experience. Had the double cheese burger and chips. The burger was delicious and the chips were generous in portion. Decently priced. The two young chaps who served us were brilliant, good service, polite, helpful and friendly. The seating area is small and basic. The negatives include: burger a bit small, my burger had too much tomato sauce and mustard and if sitting in, I recommend each order have a tray or provide disposable plates, hence 4 stars. I would go back as the burger was delicious and service excellent.

Very disappointed with the quality of food this time. The food arrived stale and cold . The manager was not interested in a complaint told me to take it up with Uber eats. When I gave the order number he said he cannot see the time the order was placed or when it was picked up for delivery.I told him it has been over a hour. He said it's standard for the food to arrive cold and stale. The food itself was not at a standard you would expect from a burger priced at higher range. The food quality this time might be a one off but the attitude of the manager I spoke to sums up an overall bad experience with this place. Won't be ordering from there anytime soon.

Nice burgers. Very good substitution for McDonald's in London. good price and the quality of the burgers is also good but sizes are small. Not a good place for eating in, a staff member who calls himself the manager named Asif was not at all helpful. I went with my family yesterday 25.01.2023 for burgers and we wanted to dine in. Unfortunately it was so cold and their heating was not working so we requested Asif to let us sit in Torros and eat and he simply and bluntly refused to accommodate us. I had my 7 year old child with me who was freezing and so was my wife but we still ate wearing our jackets and freezing our feet off. No matter how good ur food is, if ur service is not friendly and accommodating, then this place is not worth recommending. I will request to develop ur staff into good service people. Also, another incident happened while we were eating their, they sold a beef burger to a vegetarian and according to him, this has happened before.....so you can imagine the level of customer service.

Cheap but not cheerful. Burgers are very cheap but that’s the end of the story.

Halal Bigmac in London! Tastes just like Mac donalds!

Amazing little place to go to for your halal version of Mac Donald’s, probably a lot more tasty than the actual mac D’s itself! Will be visiting this place more often regardless of how far away it is from me.

What a dissapointment. I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered. My total was £35 on 4 burgers, 2 fries and two drinks so very overpriced to start with. The burgers were tiny (embarrasingly so). The chips were not nice. Nothing like the picture on their menu. Why haven't they made the improvements pointed out on the reviews?

First time I went there i contracted a std from the Oreo ice cream that being said it’s now one of my favourite restaurants and I take my family there at least once a week 10/10 would recommend

A 45g (1.5 oz) pattie😂 an absolute joke of a burger. If you actually want human sized burgers I would recommend going anywhere else. I can't warn people off this place enough. Avoid at all costs!

Great place nice small restaurant on the side of toros lovely young women at the front who was very helpful in recommending me an option as I was indecisive about what to get, it was a small burger but the upside is that it was halal. I would say it’s 4 stars and the last star is for the lovely girl who helped me out

I wanted to go Toro's next door but it was shut and asked if I wanted burgers from Le BRGR instead. I was reluctant but destiny works in amazing ways. The BIGGY burger was amazing, tastes like a big mac, the sauce and texture was exactly what I was craving. The chips were fresh and taste like the original McDonald's chips. They offered me a special sauce which was nice, nothing ground breaking but better than the usual mayo/ketchup. I'd recommend the place again, the price was fair value and the quality of the beef patties was top. The other reviews for chicken suggest it's a chicken steak and not a fillet which is a big no for me. A* from me.

Went there following a review online but its not as great as its made out. Burger and chips were very average. Eaten better McD's replicas and this definitely isn't up there unfortunately.

So the website states that the burgers have a French twist, hence the name and the pictures on the website show a generous tall burger with fresh salad. Unfortunately, the actual burgers we received did not live up to the images and website. The burgers were a MacDonald's alternative, tiny flat burgers which disappointed even my 8 year old daughter. We had opted to eat out rather than eat in and so the food was warm, fries were a generous portion. Milk shakes were ok. Next time we will pop into Torros instead.

This is NOTHING more than OVER PRICED Mcdonalds for Muslim customers. 99p cheeseburger is a £5 burger here, remove the wrapping and place the two side-by-side and try to guess which is which. The food looked nothing like the website menu pictures, and given these "5 star" comments, i am suspecting if they are actually real? NOT recommending this nor having it again at these prices.

We enjoyed the food. The biggy is very similar to a big mac. Burger portion is not huge.

Good prices, awesome staff, no music playing but rather nasheeds. Good for a late evening meal/snack or lunch in my opinion. Would definitely come back.

Tried this place today. Especially asked for burgers without cheese due to allergy.The delivery arrived with cheese.Phoned them back and the lady who couldn’t care less asked me for a photo of the burger.As if I am going to lie for £5 burger. I am still waiting for my burger two hours later. Not very good for a new business trying to establish themselves.

Definitely a must if you want a deliciously tasting burger with equally tasting fries. Portion sizes are perfect, and all of it reasonably priced too! Friendly service to top it off... What's not to like?!

These burgers are tiny and not worth the money. We ordered the tower burger, the biggie and double cheeseburger and they were all so shockingly small. Honestly it was so disappointing. They taste like McDonald's but the paddies are smaller, mind you much more expensive, and ours were really squashed. In terms of flavour, the meat was chewy and dry, maybe because the paddies were so thin. The burgers came with a lot of fries which are alright. The milkshakes are also not bad. But I would never recommend the burgers.

Such a delightful surprise. Driven past so many times without a second thought, until my brother gave me a bite of his burger, and it was soooo good. Halal mc'donalds is the best description. The fries are identical, and the burgers are actually a little better.

If you are looking for a halal big mac because you have the same addiction that I have, try the Biggy burger!! Omg, this is THE closest match I have come across. Great value for money, everything well prepared, ordered via Uber Eats and food was ready and collected in good time! Would highly recommend!

We have just received our order from Le BRGR. As soon as I opened the door I had negative thoughts. I knew it wouldn't be good. We ordered 2 meals and 2 burgers. The food arrived in a tiny brown bag. Opened the bag and the burgers were very small. We found this very deceiving compared to the pictures they have on their menu and online. Not the best of starts to say the least. I opened the double cheese burger, it was squashed together. The patty inside was tiny. However, I've got to say the cheese burger was nice. We also got a chicken burger. The burger was processed chicken and not a fried chicken burger. Honestly is was gross it tasted like processed undercooked chicken dipped in eggy breadcrumbs.. moving on to the chips, they were SO undercooked. My wife and I had a few and I am sure we will get stomach pains. The chips were disgusting. We paid £25 for the food, and we are currently still hungry. I called Le BRGR up there was a lovely lady on the phone who was honest and said that their fryer had broken and they had to use a smaller fryer. I appreciate these things happen but sending uncooked chips to a customer is not the way forward. Honestly do you want your customer to get food posining, specially with Covid 19 going around. Unfortunately we had to bin them and the chicken burgers too. Not a great start to 2021, and now we have to deal with stomach pains the whole weekend. The lady did say if we ordered again they will sort something out but sorry to say we will be avoiding this place at all costs.

If you are looking for halal McDonald’s this is the place for you. A friend suggested it and said biggy burger is exactly like Big Mac and she was right. Also good value for money, we got two biggy burger meals (burgers, fries & can of fizzy drinks each) & only costed around £10. Lady who served us was also very polite. Would I go again, yes I would :)

I have to say the we love the food here (we always order multiple times before providing a review just to be sure). Food has been consistently great so far. Just one request Le Brgr. Please don't change. I can't tell you how many times our team has been let down by burger places that started of with great quality food only to be dropped down in quality few years down the line. Decided to try this place out last night and I really loved it! The Biggy burger was great and so were fries. Price wise it was good value for money and I will definitely order from there again! Need to try their desserts next time.

One of the best burgers i have had.. really happy that they are HMC halal.. they do taste like Mc.D.. the customer service is amazing. The burgers were ready within the time told.. recently opened so i assume (hope) they are expanding their menu.. definitely planning on going back.. value for money!

We stopped at the new Le BRGR to tonight and guess what? It’s basically a Halal McDonlads! Same burgers and similar prices. We had Big Mac equivalent (Le Biggy Burger) and our kids had the double cheeseburger (Le D’cheese Burger) and we have to all admit it’s close to the original! And at £2-3 a burger, it’s much cheaper than other local favourites like Two Buns and Cheat Meals. Also unlike McDonalds, didn’t taste cheap or artificial. Family friendly, there were a couple of young families with their kids, not loads of seating space, but still possible. It’s separate, but connected to the popular Toros Stakehouse. Only gripe is like Toros it’s cash only (there is an on-site cash machine outside), which is annoying when you’re cashless like us (and loose out on those precious airmiles!) but at as long they’re paying their taxes honestly, can live with it! Plus the lovely person at the till let me off and round down, so that I didn’t need to walk away with lots of change. Who knows maybe one day they’ll accept my bitcoin as payment instead :-) Thoroughly recommended! Hope they expand further. Straight to number one for a tasty and most reasonably priced burger.

Delicious burgers and desserts at a good price point. Highly recommend the biggie burger if you are craving a Halal Macdonalds experience. The lotus flurry is similar to Saltburger in Dubai. Keep it up guys!

I've literally been crying out for a halal McDonalds for years and Le BRGR just goes above and beyond. There's quite a variety of different burgers but the Biggie Burger does it for me...it's the halal equivalent of a Big Mac! But it doesn't stop there... the ice creams are delicious too. Thoroughly recommend for halal and non halal eaters!

Omg this is a must place to visit for all halal food and non halal food eaters...its basically a halal version of our famous MAC D...and their icecreams are a yum yum especially the lotus flurry....well done and goodluck

I went with my husband on the first day of opening with no expectations but when we went, we noticed that it had plenty of choice (e.g. beef, chicken, fish etc) The burgers were absolutely delicious and were bursting full of taste! There is also plenty of choice in the soft drinks and the french fries are great and it doesn't stop there as the sauces given are amazingly tasteful. The staff were really friendly and were offering good service. Will definitely be returning!
