Awesome as always , with the food being the star event!

Amazing place! The food was exceptional, and both Hassan and Sunanda went above and beyond. Hassan made me a special iced tea, perfectly balanced—not too sweet, not too sour. The service was outstanding, with both Hassan and Sunanda being incredibly friendly and attentive. They were also fantastic with kids, making it a welcoming spot for families. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience here today! There was a little mix-up with my order—I asked for no pickled sides and got pickled cucumbers with the mixed grill—but the staff handled it so well. They really went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. The chicken is super tasty. The lamb could’ve been a bit more tender. Overall, great place, great service—I’ll definitely be back!

We came here during Saturday lunch 2pm. The staff are very welcoming and smiley. We waited around 5mins to get seated but they took the order almost instantly. The food here is halal so I ordered the lamb kofta main and my friend ordered the aubergine. We ordered fresh home made lemonade which was slight sweet. They served the food very fast and it was tasty. Perfect for a quick shopping break. The kebabs cost £13ish each. Thanks for the great service.

Had lunch here, really nice restaurant , customer service was excellent really great waiters attentive and made us feel comfortable, read some reviews whilst we were there as we just walked in and agree that portion size is a tad small at price point (including drinks), otherwise well worth a visit and would come back if I'm in the area.

Very good for quick, easy and not so heavy meal. The food is very tasty. The service is good and is located in a good spot. The Butter Chicken kebab was very good.

The food was nice but portions are small It was unexpected and unconditional (by design?) that after charging 12.5% gratuity there was one more charge of 3£ (again for gratuity?). There is as probably a possibility to reject it, but these two charges were there by default! So one needs to be too careful

Amazing restaurant and excellent customer service.

Don't really like to post negative reviews but I was thoroughly disappointed with my experience at LeBab Battersea Power Station. We pre ordered 6 meals from the set menu of which 3 were meat and 3 chicken. 2 of the meat ones were undercooked (very pink) and smelt terrible. When we returned it they asked if we would like a replacement to which we agreed. Unfortunately most of the others had finished by the time the 2 replacements arrived. I spoke to the Server and he said oh I will take 10% off which would have been £20 (One meal was £28) I was also unhappy that I had to call the Manager over. He should have been coming over to apologise in the first instance. All in all the service was a bit slow (the server was very nice to be fair) the kebab which is literally the whole point of the restaurant was undercooked, and the Management did not come and discuss until they were asked and tried to fob me off with 10% To top.ot off they charged 15% service charge half of which goes to the kitchen staff who undercooked the food. Really disappointed

I thought Dorset was dog friendly but Battersea Power Station is one of the most dog friendly places I’ve ever been to and that includes our visit to Le Bab. Yes, it’s quite expensive but the service and fuss made of our dog is the memory that will ensure we return. They’ve got customer service just right. The food wasn’t bad either. I am a kebab fan and like to eat lighter meals so this was perfect. They also do a small range of cut price drinks which were available on the Sunday. Well done everyone. We will definitely be back 👍

This is an overpriced kebab shop. Staff are friendly but adding 12.5% service when there is barely any service kebabs are served in paper and baskets. £4.50 for undercooked skinny fries 😢

The chicken was ridiculously small, basically chicken nugget size. Very expensive for what you get. Chips were a bit soggy. Sriracha and garlic sauces were the highlight. Not coming again.

Upon visiting Le BAB Restaurant, my expectations were high, given the buzz surrounding its offerings. Unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired, particularly regarding the kebab dish, which was the centerpiece of my meal. To begin with, the kebab itself was disappointing. The flavor profile was overwhelmingly spicy, to the point of overshadowing any nuanced taste the meat might have had. It seemed as though the spice blend was not well-balanced, making it difficult to appreciate the dish's intended flavors. For those who enjoy a milder palate, this could prove to be a significant drawback. Additionally, the portion size was quite small, leaving me feeling underwhelmed and unsatisfied. The plate was generously covered with an excessive amount of salsa, which, while fresh, contributed to the overall confusion of flavors rather than enhancing the dish. The ratio of salsa to kebab was disproportionate, further detracting from the experience. Moreover, I found the pricing to be on the higher side, especially considering the portion size and overall quality of the meal. It felt as though I was being overcharged for what ultimately amounted to a lackluster dining experience. In conclusion, my visit to BAB Restaurant did not meet my expectations, particularly regarding the kebab. While the ambiance and service may have had their merits, the core offering fell short due to an overpowering spice level, small portion sizes, and an inflated price point. I hope that the establishment can refine its recipes and pricing strategy to better cater to its patrons in the future.

Went for one of their euros showings and food was great but the standout aspect was the incredible service we were given. All the staff were so friendly, welcoming and always smiling. Great spot if you're in the area as it still feels secluded enough for a nice meal and as mentioned service and food quality are brilliant. Edit: Wanted to add that the peanut pesto sauce used in the sabich and hummus is so moreish so worth trying!

Ok, if quite average. Good quality ingredients, taste-wise the pickles and sriracha mayo can be overpowering. However the serving/presentation seems to be the result of a brainstorming exercise on how to trip on a solved problem. The 'babs' are essentially served as oversized tacos making a point of being impossible to eat without making a mess. Why!? Differentiate with taste, not annoyance. Definitely not coming by back purely on account of the instilled messiness... Ambiance on the lower end of scale, maybe because the place was nearly empty?

Restaurant was fine. Staff were super friendly but service was quite slow despite it being empty. Ordered a chicken shish kebab and unfortunately, I found a bone in there. After bringing this to the waiters attention it was taken off my bill yet, we will not be returning after this incident.

I ordered LAMB ADANA and it had a good taste. I did not try anything else, but those with me disagreed with other things, all of which they did not like.

Rob Trif one of the Chef’s commented on a instagram post that because a club was full of people of Indian origin, as the video states “Indian singles…” he commented “imagine the smell”. This clearly shows that based that an unfair judgement was made due to the people in that setting and because they were all of Indian heritage. Would not visit the restaurant based on the fact the Chef makes such comments towards people from different ethnic backgrounds.

First time visiting this place! Food was tasty, served in good time! I do however feel that the customer service could've been better. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by a lady (not sure of her name), she was not the most welcoming and she was slightly cold. However, i am very pleased with Nithish, who was our server! He checked in on us - he was attentive!

Very nice food and amazing atmosphere. Yes it was Halal! Dirty Kebab was very nice. Humus comes with some shredded meat and bread. Nojito was well recommended! Fondue sauce is an acquired taste.

A great spot for lunch here at Battersea power station. The restaurant was very clean! there were no waiting times and it was spacious with plenty of seating. I ordered the dirty bab which was excellent, flavoursome and a good portion. The sauces provided were brilliant, red chutney and humous. One improvement would be to offer bigger plates as the meal can get messy! Overall, can be a little pricey for only a kebab but definitely worth a try if you’re in the mood

The food is very nice but the chicken shish wrap had quite a lot of liquid from the salad and it would’ve been great to have extra napkins. The chips were ok but 1/4 of them seemed a bit overdone and like the remainder of the cooked chips at the bottom of the pan. Staff are lovely, the restaurant is lovely and clean and comfortable.

First visit and was very impressed. Staff all lovely especially our server Hasan. What I liked is the staff were proactively advising all customers about the loyalty scheme and helping them sign up. The menu was easy to read and understand. The food was lovely and fresh as well as delicious and there was SO much chicken in my free range large chicken shish kebab, next time I will do the standard size. We just popped in without a reservation, yet the table it was pretty empty as ot was weekday afternoon. The food is fine, I’ll give 7/10. We ordered a chicken shish kabab and loaded fries . Not stunning but the flavour is good, sauce matches with the kebab so much, what a lovely combo! Note: If you register into there app you will get a free drink and points that you can use later in any branches.

Booked for a family birthday. Food was tasty, cocktails were great and the service was exceptional. Sausage dog was made very welcome too

Staff were quick to get us seated but they seemed a bit distracted and all over the place. It was very busy after the Palestine protest and there were lots of people dining here afterwards. I recently found out there are ties to Israel which I was unaware of. However, my comments will remain on the food. Kebabs are very pricey and the portions are small. I order a dirty bab for £15 and the dirty fries were also £15 and another chicken kebab for around £12. The dirty lamb bab tasted fatty and cheap and again small in size. Everyone enjoyed the fries but I found them to be strange and plasticy in taste, I’m actually not sure why my group didn’t. The chicken shawarma kebab was basic and chicken was shredded and minimal. To be honest, I was never going to come back for the food and the fact that it cost £44 but now that I know…for sure not coming back. Very noisy and crowded. I didn’t really enjoy the atmosphere.

So delicious and so fast. Service on door was slow and lots of customers left due to frustration. But in the end totally worth it and service improved too.

For all the hype, I'm left pretty disappointed with LeBab. The food & service is just mediocre at best. The butter chicken kebab was bland to taste and the serving was small. The lamb adana arrived at our table lukewarm & the mixed grill kebab with its pickled red cabbage was soggy with all the juices seeping into the nan bread making it really hard to eat. For £12-£15, the wraps are pretty expensive and the serving is small. You'll get better value for money and tastier kebabs in your neighbourhood shops! Hot drinks are limited to just coffee. Expect customers to scan and pay. No free WiFi.

Member of our party is intolerant to gluten, we called up prior to attending and they assured us that they had gluten free wraps on the menu. Cue attending and them saying they know nothing about this and that this isn’t an option. The server then asked if we wanted it with bread anyway! Disappointing awareness of allergens, if they had just said they don’t offer a GF options then wouldn’t have bothered

Went with a large crowd. You can't book a table so we were split up and lots of hassle with the waiters, who didn't make much effort to get tables for us. Food was pretty good - about £15 for a meat kebab on pitta bread. Free drink with the app, nice touch. Buzzy atmosphere as quite busy, and fab location in the turbine hall.

Food was very tasty, quite fresh and with a good variety. However, the flatiron hummus could have had a hot or warm meat. The aubergine sabich was a bit too greasy. But I’ve had worse.

Fantastic staff! Pretty good food but the staff were really exceptional.

Recently came to Le Bab for the second time. Wait was unnecessarily long considering the number of empty tables. When we got to the front of the queue, a waiter came and said it would be a few minutes wait. We then had a second waiter ask how many people were in our party and that she’ll be back in a minute. Then a third person came and said how many in your party, give me a minute. Once we were seated, the service was much better. The food came quickly. We ordered humous which was great, as well as a chicken and paneer kebab. Both of these were good although the wrap gets quite soggy. The fries are also good.
