Staying at this fantastic hotel, my friend and I came to dinner, how incredible that we are allowed to take our pooches with us ! The staff were all so sweet, interested in our little furry friends too. The food was all so beautiful, it looked like art and tasted heavenly. Chatted to other diners, it was the most memorable evening in a very long time. If only other places could take a feather from their cap. Extraordinary.

Great food, great service - our second visit and we plan to return soon. They even brought out a little candle and macaroons for our son’s birthday which was a lovely touch!

Over priced, hidden added extras when you get the bill so do check it carefully and a whopping 13.5% service charge when it took ages for getting anything you have requested including things that should have come with your food. Could not get the waiters attention as they seemed busy doing other things in between serving your food. Food was good but not as hot as it should have been for the prices being charged. Will not be a returning customer .

Beautiful new restaurant in Marylebone! Everything from the food and drinks to the atomosphere and service were excellent! To start, I highly recommend having the Beef Carpacio with fresh shaved truffles and Tricolore Salad. Both were packed with flavor and elegance. The Silk Handkerchiefs and Cacio e Pepe pizza were both great as was the Dover Sole and Lamb Chops. Def try the Truffle Fries and Brocollini but be warned, COME HUNGRY! The portions are big and meant to be shared. We barely had room for dessert but happy we did because the Affogato and the Tiramisu are not to be missed! Everyone raves about the 20 layer cake but we just couldn't fit it in. Next time! Come with a big group so you can try multiple things. I haven't even mentioned the cocktails, but, you have to try the Pinepple Tommy's margarita and the "make your own" Negroni. Super cool and delish! Big shout out to the service team! The managers stopped by the table multiple times to check on us and the waiters were ever present to provide anything we needed. Thank you to the entire team! See you soon!

Amazing dinner at LAVO earlier this week! You know it's good when the food arrives and there's silence at the table! The pizzas are a must have! We were greeted with a warm and friendly welcome, Anthony was fantastic with menu suggestions, Fabrizio (Head Sommelier) took care of our wines, service was excellent. A lovely touch with Chef touching our table. Can’t wait for a return visit!

I had a rubbish experience at this Very pretentious, overpriced and mediocre Italian restaurant. I was seated at my table waiting for my cousin and when she arrived they told her they had no reservation with my name and were fully booked. This may have been because she was a guest at the hotel but came down to join me in casual clothing so they thought she wasn’t suitable to be seated. When I walked up to the reception to greet her the lady just said oh! Once we were seated and the food arrived it took a long time to get the Parmesan cheese for my pasta dish and I had to ask 3 times for a straw. We ordered the 20 layer peanut butter cake which looked way better than it tasted. It was dry so I asked if I could have some cream on the side. When they dollop of cream arrived about 15 minutes later, I was told the chef said it would be an extra £3 for the cream. I told the waitress to take it back. My cousin had some issues during her 4 night stay at the BoTree which LAVO serves the room service for, in regards to food and the service in general which we explained to the restaurant manager who’s response was more or less oh well. When I mentioned the cream to him I said now that I’ve sent it back are you going to put it back in the fridge? He said no it will go in the bin. So they’d rather throw the dollop in the bin than giving it to a customer who’s paid £20 for a slice of cake that would have made me happy and the cake taste better! It also resulted in me removing the service charge so they lost another £19 for the sake of a bit of customer service, slow service time and, judging a book by its cover. At the end of the ordeal I went to reception to ask for my coat. The lady took my tag without saying a word, brought me my coat and handed it to me without a single word. It goes without saying we will never find at LAVO again, never stay at the BoTree hotel again and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

We were a party of 6 that dined on Tuesday 5th March and we couldn’t be more looked after. Grasjela at the reception was welcoming and showed us to our table that was beautifully set. Anthony was our Head Waiter who took interest in our meal choices, making recommendations that suited our needs and was attentive to vegetarian options for one of our guests. Cherry ensured table maintenance perfectly and Fabrizio the Head Sommelier recommended wines that fit perfectly to our taste and meal choices. The team knew what we wanted before us! Very attentive and hospitable service with beautiful food. There wasn’t much we didn’t order from the menu and it delivered in every way. 100% we will be back and we will be recommending to others. Thank you team LAVO for such a fabulous evening.

It’s a spectacular luxury Tao Group hotel between Oxford Street and Wigmore Street. According to its website it’s situated in the space where Soho, Mayfair and Marylebone intersect. So vast is this development that it has rather obliterated what was here before within what is still a partial building site. The restaurant on mezzanine and subterranean levels screams an international somewhat bland luxury. Not sure why one street exit is permanently closed or the bar is designated an alpine theme. The food matches the decor bring luxuriously presented but ultimately a tad bland. Take the signature chicken dish I chose from the lunchtime prango menu. Called Dominic for no obvious reason it comprised two pieces of chicken breast in an unctious tomato and cream sauce with slices of potato. All very pleasant but worth £32 at full price? My wife had a fillet of salmon and my daughter a Margarita pizza. More impressive were starters of a creamy burrata and salad and a tuna tartare beautifully placed upon a bed of avocado. Complimentary bread, olives and salad were most welcome. Blood orange sorbet was refreshing. Fellow diners appeared to include well-healed tourists, a birthday party some of whose female members indulged in some wrestling, a young lady feasting on oysters whilst photographing her fashion accessories.

Went here with three friends and my mum, and still one month later were talking about how much fun we had and how delicious the food was. We got starters to share, a pizza to share, and all got a pasta dish, (eyes bigger than our bellies) However the team provided a container to take the pizza and some extra pasta home in, and we got to have a second round of the food once we got home, and it was just as delicious! I have to give a shout out to the Pumpkin Tortelloni which was delicious, and The Meatball, that shocked me on how good it was. The team were attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we were fed and watered! The drinks were absolutely great, with the expertise of the sommelier, picking out a stunning wine, and the bartender shaking up a storm with the multitude of cocktails that were flowing to our table. All in all, a fabulous night, that we have booked in for again soon!

One of the most beautiful restaurants I’ve ever been. The food was great, the location is stunning. I went there with some friends, tried the pasta, pizza, burrata and octopus. All divine. But what really made the dinner one of the best culinary experiences we have had was their tiramisu. I can’t describe the lightness and yet the taste of something so simple, but yet delicious.

Lavo London offers a chic atmosphere with its excellent vibe and interior. While I visited for Sunday lunch, I can imagine it being perfect for a lively weekend night out. The food was tasty, but fell short of leaving a lasting impression. The dishes were well-prepared and flavorful but lacked that extra something to make them memorable. Despite this, one standout was the 25-layer peanut butter chocolate cake, a decadent delight that stole the show! Its rich and indulgent layers make it a must-try for any dessert enthusiast. In fact, it's tempting enough to warrant a return visit just for another slice. Overall, staff were attentive & despite the food not being exceptional, I would go back to Lavo for the great vibe (and the cake), saving it for a Friday/Saturday dinner and drinks.

We had the most fantastic experience at LAVO last night. The giant wagyu meatball is not only an instamoment but tastes delicious, and the octopus is a must have. The pumpkin tortelloni is divine, the sage perfectly crispy. We went for a family member's birthday and were treated like royalty, being brought out the phenomenal 20 layer cake with a birthday message with the icing on the cake - literally! The staff are attentive but not overbearing, and the atmosphere is fantastic. We then went for some cocktails at The BoTree Bar and they had a DJ which was a perfect way to finish the evening - I'll definitely return for their Studio Nights next week with more friends.

Very disappointing dinner. Average service who truthfully were keen but very amateurish. Food average and very expensive. London is really competitive restaurant scene and this place will really struggle unless material improvement. Short term pr does not make up for a really poor Italian.

Five of us called in while in London nearby for a business lunch. Very different as you have to do down into an underground area. The decor is modern but with an industrial/classic feel. I am not a fan of pizza but we all ordered pizza as recommended by one of our group and I am glad we did as it was very good - as far as pizza goes. The atmosphere was great and the service was excellent. Highly recommend for somewhere interesting and quirky. The only down side was it was a bit pricey but I suppose we were in London!

Walking I noticed this small pizzeria characterized by a wood oven. The furniture is typical of an Italian trattoria. The staff is friendly, rapid and attentive to the customer just as you expect in Italy. The pizza is exceptional. The dough is well leavened and, therefore, light. The condiments are of excellent quality. Cooking is perfect. Excellent beer and ice cream also fully satisfies the palate. The account is adequate.
