Lavish Taste in Leeds

Good restaurant , I tried twice and both were fair enough. The price is fine depends on the cost of life now also they gave me extra discount. But I wouldn't visit it again, when the chief started talking with me they lose me as a customer, he had misunderstanding ideas about my country, talked a lot about my background, that's will not make me feel good to deal with them again, also as an advice people need to get information from many sources and don't let others lead your thoughts. Thank you and I hope the best for everyone.

Ordered from this place for the first time today after reading the good reviews I wish I had not 🤬 spent £25 for the food to come freezing and inedible put it in the bin will not be going back if u like to pay for cold freezing food this place is for u 👎🏻

I have tried for 4 years to find an Indian that actually tastes nice and I finally found it! We had Lamb Karahi and Chicken Tikka Massala they both tasted great! We will definitely be reordering from here.

First time ordering here, we struggle to find a good Indian takeaway online, its quite expensive food so often apprehensive, preferring to save Indian food to eating out. Bit the bullet to try Lavish from good reviews. Wow 👌 gorgeous food, good portions, delivered earlier than said for a Saturday night with friendly driver. Easy ordering, managed all expectations for relaxing stay in feast. 100% go-to takeaway from now on.

Had this place recommended. Absolutely delicious food. I opted for a king prawn Madras with mushroom rice. Wow. So fresh and full of flavour, with plenty of big prawns. The rice had decent size chunks of mushroom in. Really enjoyed it. Wish we could pay by card, but not a problem. Thank you for a lovely takeaway. Keep up the good work.

Was suprised by the quality of this place. Great authentic food with a 5 star food hygiene rating. My new go to take away place.

We paid nearly £50 for 3 curries, 2 starters and a garlic nan. The food was extremely underwhelming. Lumps of meat in an under seasoned gloopy sauce. Extremely overpriced for what you get. Disappointed doesn't even cover it.

Worst curry with no flavour. The bread was stale and nothing tasted fresh. They must cater for people on the way home from the pub. If you can make curry that bad you should be on a building site carrying bricks.

I had a delightful experience at Lavish Taste near Armley Moor. The special fried rice, a non-veg dish, was simply delicious with its minimalistic flavors, reminding me of authentic Indian cuisine. The mattar paneer was a real treat, and the spice levels were perfectly tailored for Indian tastes. Highly recommended for those in the Armley area. Plus, it’s very, very budget-friendly. I’ve been in Leeds for 5 years, I’ve tried loads of Indian restaurant in Leeds my favourite being myLahore before today, but Lavish Taste has just blown it out the water. Tasted great, was piping hot when delivered and portion size were good. I don’t really leave reviews unless the food was 10/10 which this definitely was.

I ordered via phone 2 Naga Donner(1 spicy and 1 mild) with nan, plus 2 chips. Waited 1h and 10 minutes! Order finally arrived and had no nan bread, no sauce, the salad wasn’t fresh, and the chips was soggy. Asked for a refund been told driver will come back but never did👎

Far too expensive though food is nice. Prices are astronomical.

Quoted £16 for tandoori chicken and lamb chops charged me £17.50 and sent wrong chicken rang them up to explain and very rude so won't use it again

Not really heard of this place before so we took a chance based off reviews and all I can say is it's more than worth it. Food was absolutely incredible. Yes we had to wait a little longer than quoted but I can confidently say it's very much worth the wait. The only reason I can imagine for the delay is that they were too busy. I don't mind waiting that extra 15 mins if the food comes out this good every time. 100% will be returning!

I read some whinging responses from people. Blah blah blah its was 10 mins late. Get a life. Christ sake, prob busy due to food been top notch. Some entitled twits out there. These folk will go far and should have a 5* restaurant in the future. Been hoping for 1 take away to actually care about what they deliver and I've found it. Many thanks.

Really lovely service. We really enjoyed our sambals! Cheap and tasty. Even gave me free complimentary chips. Very happy

Ordered at 7:15 on a Wednesday but the food didn't come until nearly 9:00pm. Despite this the restaurant were apologetic when I spoke to them and so was the delivery driver. The food quality was superb and the lateness of the order clearly had not meant it was sitting waiting for a while. Knocked a star off for the delivery time but can't fault the food. Will order again.

ordered from this place for the first time tonight & wasn't disappointed in the slightest. every dish was beautiful, it was hot & fresh, the portion sizes were good, & it was decent value, too. i had the Lamb Madras & it was the perfect level of spiciness. the only tiny drawback was the Naans - they were nice but both tasted fairly plain (we ordered one Garlic & one Cheese). still good, though - would very much recommend!

Ordered on Deliveroo at 7:00 pm and was given an delivery ETA of 7:30 and no tracking because the restaurant was handling the delivery themselves. 8:10pm still no food and the restaurant is 8 minutes away. I hate to be a nuisance but I’m not myself when I’m hungry so called to check where my food was an 7:40 pm and I was told the driver was a few minutes away and then 20 more minutes passed.

Crunched popadums, took 45mins to replace. cold food, 20 mins late for delivery. Food tasted great. Would be reluctant to order again if not for the flavours

Good choice of traditional dishes reasonably priced. Food can be cooked Asian style for a bit more of kick. Nicely spiced tasty food. Efficient & friendly service

Takeaway food excellent. I am very particular (picky) when it comes to trying new takeaways. Lavish taste was recommended to my mother in law. I was dubious but as was pointed out to me by my husband, there has to be a first time for everyone. Ok then, I'll give it a go. Well I wasn't disappointed. Guy on the phone so friendly, delivery guy so friendly and on time. Food, some of the best I've had in a long time. So much so that I've said next time the family are going out for a meal we should go to the restaurant. I'm just sorry me and hubby don't live in this area of Leeds to get a food delivery.

There are just no words for this food except..EXCELLENT. Chicken Handi absolutely delicious. We order now at least twice a week .Best ever .Everything comes tailored to us ..nothing is too much trouble. AMAZING.

Residents of Armley are lucky to have this place. We ordered garlic chicken, lentil and garlic naan, taste exactly like authentic bengali cuisine (coming from a bengali and i'm fussy with my food lol). The food was perfect and fresh, you can see that the chef took his time to perfect his dishes. Will be ordering some food again from here 5 stars

Fantastic food. Lamb was very tender it melted in the mouth. Good sized portions. Better then some top Indian places in Leeds. We certainly be using them again.

I ordered chicken handy, mushroom rice and a chapati and it was delicious. Well cooked and very tasty, not just the best Indian, but the best takeaway I've had in a long time...... Excellent. Highly recommended

First time giving these guys a try and certainly won't bethe last. Everything as so much flavour love the onions in the mix starter. Definitely well above normal take food expectations. Restaurant quilt right to your door!! Absolutely smashed it well done 👏 I walked in not knowing what to order and the guy on the counter helped me out buy a banquet 😆 the aloo & paneer was my favourite thank you for honoring my request 10/10 keep up the high standards. Great meal onion bhaji x 4 we’re excellent and the sheesh kebab x 2 we’re even better I had the lamb bhuna and the lamb melted in your mouth definitely will be back the delivery was well before time well done to this new takeaway
