I do not go anywhere else if I want a great Turkish meal/grill! Highly recommended.

There are new staff and they are very friendly.they are making perfect their jobs.amazing taste! and they are doing very good mixed grill👏👏👏👏

This is a horrible service please steer away I have over 200 Just Eat orders this was the worst Evening began finishing a long day working at the hospital ordering at 18.45 (6.45) and selected 20.05 (8.05pm) delivery time as i wasn't going to be home any earlier. My wifey rang at 7.23 explaining my food came early, but she was going out and informed the guy to come back at 8.05pm. What a bad mistake... 8.05pm delivery man comes back to give me food which seemed rustled and messy packaging. He explained it was freshly cooked. Little to say... it was cold stale disgusting and the restaurant refused to talk to me Justeat informed me that they will not allow a refund. Lavash has ruined my evening and left me hungry. They would not get me a new order at all. This is a restaurant who is taking advantage of my kind nature. I am utterly disappointed to be delivered cold food! Who ever is actually going to order from here, don't do it there is many other better takeaways around. Please stop ordering from them

En primer lugar, antes de hacer el pedido en línea, llamé para preguntar cuántas chuletas de cordero había en la parrilla mixta y me dijeron tres. Al llegar fue una chuleta de cordero sin sabor masticable. El donante era abhorable. Secar carne rancia cubierta de salsa para intentar ocultar este hecho. Incluso mientras escribo todo esto, la comida ha estado allí durante la última hora. No sé cómo funciona este lugar como restaurante, para ser honesto.

Would give no stars if I could rock hard kebab Laughing while serving us asked for sauce on the chips and they didn't give none.

Ordered on Just Eat..food(if you can call it that)arrived late.Everything spilled out in a plastic bag!Cold and rubbery..totally unedible and waste of 22 quid.Called the shop and was passed from one member of staff to another...manager didnt care!

AVOID! An absolute disgrace!!! The manager is a joke and is clearly incapable of managing his own lies let alone a business! Delivery was late, when it finally arrived it was cold and 3 main meals were missing! We paid cash and when we complained within minutes of receiving the order he was unprepared to help out in anyway, shape or form! AVOID!

This place is a joke!!!!! 3 out of 8 meals missing 40 mins late when we called the manager said we were liars making up stories!!!!! I would NEVER EVER order from here. Please please please avoid!!!!

La comida llegó antes de lo esperado, sin embargo, fue la carne rancia y de mala calidad lo que nos enfermó a mí y a mi compañero. No podíamos comer más que unos pocos bocados y nos sentíamos incómodos durante toda la noche, con mi compañero poniéndose muy enfermo y sin poder ir al trabajo al día siguiente. Intenté dejar una crítica porque el restaurante no contestaba su teléfono, y la revisión fue eliminada, nadie me respondió ni intentó manejar la queja. Con todo considerado, los precios son ridículos. No volverá a ordenar desde aquí otra vez.

Visitamos alrededor de las 11: 00 un sábado por la noche. Un miembro del personal detrás del mostrador no podía seguir las instrucciones más simples y se negó a proporcionarnos algunos artículos. Lo tomó 4 intentos para armar algo que apenas se parecía a mi orden. La carne estaba seca, quemada y dura. tenía la mejilla para cobrarme 8 libras por un kebab! Nunca más. También necesita recordar la contaminación cruzada, manipular carne cruda y cocinada, así como ensalada y artículos vegetarianos, todos con los mismos guantes.

Such a disappointment. Really late, cold and soggy chips, meat was cold, chewy and stale. Very basic, poor flavours and quality of meat. Really small portions. Would not recommend, save your money.

Disgusting! Döner meat had no taste apart from burned bitterness. Chips where soggy and undercooked. That’s the worse döner I have ever had. Take my advice and take your money somewhere else! You will get much bigger and tasty portion on Mansfield Road!

Ordered waffles dessert for my family to be delivered...ordered at 8.50pm it arrived at 10.05pm. When it arrived the waffles were cold and soggy and one of them was wrong...the ice cream doesn't taste like whatnot supposed to at all. Don't waste your money!!!

We have ordered from this restaurant for the first time and for the first time I write a review on Tripadvisor being so disappointed by the meal, delivery and customer service.When the meal was delivered late and totally cold with no clear marking what is what we called the restaurant. The person on the other line immediately asked us to call Justeat like it was normal for customers to call and complain. No apologies, no offer of any consolation.Well, we have to look elsewhere now after we wasted an hour and a half on this so called restaurant.Never again. Well, we will never

Avoid this place if you're ordering via just eat. The food is always late,the staff are rude on the phone and when it eventually turns up, it's cold and wet. This has happened more than three times now which is a shame as this place use to be good. The food quality has got worse and the service is shocking.

Whilst I haven't had the best experience of having food delivered from here (it has turned up luke-warm and taken well over an hour to arrive), I do really recommend this place if you want some fast food that isn''t greasy or saturated in fat. There are some delicious authentic grilled options, I usually go for the Tavuk Sis which is grilled Chicken cubes, served with fresh salad and Bulgar Wheat. Its a good place to go if you are craving fast food that isn't too bad on the waistline! But again the delivery service really lets it down, I recommend if you can visit in passing.

Service was slow and didn't feel to great the following day after the kebab meat and chips.

I visited this takeaway because, after being turned away from the nearby Antalya (see corresponding review) I was in a rush to get something to eat before hurrying over to the nearby concert that I was covering for a publication. The "traditional Turkish cuisine" sign over the front entrance struck me as misleadingly pretentious, given that it was obviously a kebab shop takeaway, but I was hungry and needed food - even if the menu was more expensive than I would normally pay for a kebab.

Where do I start... Inedible cremated meat,soggy salad after was swimming in yogurt ,missing items of my order,sent wrong items.

I ordered with Deliveroo and I have to say this is the worst ever meal I’ve had. It must of been cooked several times it was that dry and even when they attempted to smother it in cheese it did nothing to change the dry crusty meal it was. How a business can serve that sort of crap up I will never know.

Mixed collection of Turkish food. Ordered for take away more than twice. Very tasty and recommend it.

Was really looking forward to this new Turkish place. Really disappointed at the quality of the food. The service was ok and the place looks clean and welcoming, however, none of that makes up for the really bad food. The lamb doner wrap was the only decent thing. The rest was terrible.

Food arrived late, and cold never seen such a small portion of food 6 tiny pieces of dried up meat on each kababs and the mixed Meze a joke was the same salad that was with the kababs, phone to complain and they wasn't interested telling to phone the following day to speak to manager, didn't even offer to replace food. will never order from here again and I advise anyone else to do the same

Ordered through just eat and the chicken was dry and tough and almost inedible, the sort of taste and texture where meat has been left in storage for days and reheated. Which means they are prepared to use old chicken to sell to people in order to save money.

Last night I order 2doner kebabs , foods was delivery cold and horrible , was my worst kebab I ever eat all my life . Very disgusting. I will never order again.

I orderd some food from this place and well it would not feed a 2year old....i ordered a small kebab £4.00 and well it came in a wrap with the smalest bit off meat in side it what a disgrace would only feed a 2year old....also a mixed grill kebab £8.00 and wow 5 bits off meat and sum salad....if i was to eat it is still want food it was just unacceptable and for the money I paid...lucky I orderd from deliveroo and I got money back as this restaurant said basicly just to eat it and shut up as it there portion sizes .but I'm sorry for the price I paid I expected a bit more than a 2year old portion...go else were people and get your money worth...abd check the reviews in this place they are rubbish ☺☺☺

One of the worst meals I have eaten. If you are thinking of getting a delivery - don't. Cold food, half the order missing and the rudest staff. How can you tell me that 'meze' is a side salad?! When I asked staff why there wasn't any bread with the order, they replied - 'we gave you some sauce though'. Waste of time, waste of money and I hope nobody bothers ordering from them. Horror show.

Honestly some of the worst food I've had in Nottingham. Rude service, cold food and a tiny portion size. Staff told me 'meze' was a side salad and when I asked them about my missing bread they said 'we gave you sauce mate'. What does that even mean?!

The donner kebab meat is very good, but the portion size is so small! I ordered a 'large' kebab, but can't imagine how they could serve one any smaller while still including any meat! They even had the cheek to charge me 50p extra for humous! The quality is good, but unfortunately the quantity and value for money is very poor. This place has definitely gone downhill since it opened.

Appalling service. Ordered on hungry house, order accepted and payment taken, however a text was received saying a revised delivery time of 30 minutes later than originally stated!! Contacted hingryhouse via the live chat to say I wanted to cancel as I didn't want to wait over an hour, she said she was currently on the phone to Lavash who confirmed that they would get the order to me in about 30 minutes. I waited an hour before calling Lavash to see where our order was, to be told hungry horse cancelled it because I didn't want to wait!! Explained the situation but he didn't want to listen. Messages hungry house again on live chat, different person, she called lavash and they told her that we called to cancel the order which a complete lie, not just that, they didn't confirm with hungry house that the order was cancelled, so quite clearly were going to keep my £20! Disgusting service.

Wouldn't normally complain about food but I feel I need to after tonight's experience! Ordered food for delivery and it turns up before the time it said it was expected (great as I was starving!) Only to open it to find it was cold.... I mean stone cold! My husband rang the restaurant to state this and all my husband got was abuse down the phone saying that 'it's not their fault if it's cold and to put it in the microwave!' 1 I don't have a microwave 2. The point of a takeaway is so that you don't have to mess about cooking or warming things up after a long hard day! The very rude man on the phone also stated that the only time they change any food is if it's poorly cooked!!! He said no food or money back will be given, why should we pay for a service that isn't delivered! The attitude of staff is completely disgusting and to turn round and say that we should warm our own food up after ordering is completely disgusting! Will not be ordering from them again!

Ordered a takeaway from here via Deliveroo so I knew it would be on time. Because of their min cost I ordered shish kebab, chips and salad for tonight and an augergine thing with bulgur which I figured would do for tomorrow night.

To say this is a 1 star is still an overstatement! This was the worst takeaway notnin Nottingham probably in the whole UK!! The food was wrong then they hung up the phone when trying to advise them of this, then 2 hours later I received another order and the food was a joke two mixed grills with 6 pieces of meat( meant to be 11) , canned tomatoes as a requested child squce , youguqrt when I ordered garlic mayo and a salad I paid 3.50 for that was peppers and onions NOTHING AS DISCRIBED , then when I asked for a refund we were refused it as unfortunately my partner ate one of the two meals as he was starving and they said a refund is not possible as if he ate it there was nothing wrong with the food !!! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE, food looks disgusting, cold and plain rude! Appalling ! And they requested we return the food !! Ha the cheek

First time and last time ordering from here!!!!!!! Ordered 2 Kebabs and chips on the 2nd September 2016, £16 thought that was rather a lot for 2 kebabs but thought for that price it's bound to be nice. Well how wrong was I! Told the delivery would be 30 minutes, after a hour I rang up to see where my order was, was told it was on its way. Another 20 mins later still no sign, rang back and the person on the phone rang the delivery driver who said he was ten minutes away. So after 1 hour 30 minutes our Food arrived was stone cold and inedible!!!!!!! Had to ring back up and demand a refund and for the stone cold food to be picked back up!!!!! The delivery guy picked the food back up and gave us our refund. He apologised and said that's how the food had been given to him at the food shop! Disgusting how can they give out stone cold food and for £16 aswell!!!!!!!! Had to then ring another trusted takeaway to order a pizza as couldn't bare to order another kebab. Put me right off was that bad!!!!! Avoid at all costs!!!!!! Will never get from here again not even if it was the only place open and all I had in my cupboards was 2 stale slices of bread, I'd rather eat them with nothing on them than pay good money to some Cowboy Kebab sellers!!!!!! The owner was touching the food with his hands, took him a lot of time to prepare anything when the restaurant was empty and when I asked about the order he got angry and started shouting me and insulting me. Not recommended at all.

horrible service. visited last Saturday. 2 males serving. older one did not have a clue what he was doing. we ordered chicken kebab and older male asked other guy to stop cutting fresh and serve us dropped donner on the worktop. disgusting. all of us fell sick next day.

Best doner kebab in Nottingham real lamb meat

A perfect location within a range of over 30 other restaurants, minutes walk from Theatre Royal, Royal Concert Hall, Cineworld, Funstation, Casino's, Aztec Crazy Golf and Intu Victoria Shopping Mall.

Late night on Friday and we were peckish so I looked for a decent Pizza/Kebab takeaway. After passing a lot of indifferent looking and/or expensive places I came across Lavash. It looked good and authentic. The Lamb Kebab with real Turkish bread [not pitta] and the yogurt ispanak [spinach and yoghurt salad] were delicious. This was the best Kebab since the one we had in Turkey in the summer.
