Brilliant service, after being let down by another restaurant we went to las iguanas and after telling the lovely hostess of our let down she gave a round of free cocktails. Lovely food and drinks, really chill atmosphere and vibe, will 100% be back

Cant for the life on me understand why this place is rated so highly, i went back again to try after being so disapointed last time eagerly hoping it was a one off but it wasn’t, the food is garbage, nothing remotely authentic about any of the dishes, they thing the customers are stupid by saying its “bogof on cocktails” yeah sure Karen, people are paying £12+ for a Pina Colada. They are listed on Uber under like 30 different names to mislead people into buying from them, blazing bird, bang bang burrito to name a few. Nah, last time, was awful. Stop supporting chains that serve up microwave garbage.

We got our orders quickly and the staff were nice. Plenty of vegan options both for mains and deserts. Gets busy so make sure to get a table, but otherwise great.

Me and my friends came over for a few drinks and some food, and were met with friendly staff. A lovely waitress Tyler even added some flowers to our drinks after we had asked if we could get some fun garnishes for our cocktails. It's those small things that really add to the experience.

Most people visiting this chain will know what to expect and this branch met our expectations well. We ate on the Monday 5 Tapas deal which saves a small but significant amount on the bill. Two cheese dishes and nachos (very generous portion) were excellent, brazilian chicken too salty. We liked the crunchy calamari (not just the usual rings) although they were probably either overcooked or fried a second time. 5* for food and service, but some reservations lost them a mark: very poor coffee and expensive drinks (significantly more expensive than at what I would consider a more upmarket venue at lunchtime). Whilst we totally accept that staff members may be medically exempt from wearing a mask, it might be safer (for themselves as well as others) if they were in roles which did not require table service.

My girlfriend and I had such a fabulous time at Las Iguanas at 7:45 on 04/06/2021. We were served by Dan, Tyler, the manager and a dark-haired lady with tattoos. All members of staff were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating of our needs. We were welcomed and taken to our seats by the manager, and then served by Dan who informed the manager of my girlfriend's dairy allergy. We were so happy to see so many vegan options on the menu, and even more excited to see that we could modify certain dishes to be suitable for vegans. After ordering, we were approached by the tattooed lady who double checked with us if we were okay with the risk of cross contamination with the fries we ordered. It was amazing to see the staff care so much about our veganism and allergies. We had the best pina coladas we've ever had, and we also loved the guava colada. Our food was delicious! I often have room for more food after eating out at a restaurant but the fajita stack was enough to fill me up! My girlfriend also loved her burrito. After finishing our meals, our bill was brought to us by Tyler who was very friendly and checked with us that our meals were okay. I look forward to coming back to Las Iguanas every month and I hope to see the same members of staff there every time.

Sophie from table 50 served me and my girlfriend very well. Even though I had my card declined twice, she was very nice about it and didn’t make me feel bad about being a broke boi. Cannot exaggerate enough Sophie needs a pay rise.

We came here for pre-drinks on a very busy Saturday. Every staff member we saw was lovely to us. The man at the door (5th june) was very kind and enthusiastic. Our waitress (Matilda) was quick to take our orders and bring our food. Jake made sure there weren’t too many empty glasses on our table too. Loved this visit, we’re definitely coming back.

It was our first time at las iguanas and we were served by Dan - when he found out i had a dairy allergy he and the manager made sure our food was safe, sorted all our alternatives and made us feel so welcome despite being fussy customers. We were also approached by a waitress who double checked our order for no dairy. Food was delicious, cocktails are to die for and the portions were big enough to fill up my boyfriend who eats like a pig. Worth every penny. Will definitely be coming back!!

Popped in for pre-cinema drinks early evening. Despite (all) outside tables being empty, and even some inside, we were told they were too “fully” booked to serve us. Sat across the road in Turtle Bay and still 30 minutes later the same outside tables are still empty. Won’t go back.

The manager and staff were very acvommodating working hand over foot to make sure my birthday meal was perfect. The food is always beautiful and the drinks are amazing. Made to feel apraxia even though the restaurant was fully booked.would defo recommend to anyone wanting to celebrate an occasion! Shout out to the manager boss man .

The host today (30th may) didn't catch his name - brilliantly accommodated my friends birthday party and made her feel like a queen! And not in a cold, corporate way, but in a down to earth and straight to the point way...so much so, I'm tempted to ask for a number as his personality is on point!What an enjoyable exchange throughout our bottomless brunch...thank you, who ever you are!

Ordered Nachos to share but were told they had no minced beef so had the chicken. Dish was served too quickly to be freshly prepared and the nachos were not very crispy. My partner had the curry and had to ask for some cream as it was very watery. I had the steak which was OK.

Had an all round amazing experience! Food was delicious and the service couldn’t of been better!! Bleddyn was so helpful and friendly. We were running slightly late to our booking but he made us feel like it was no trouble at all. He was talking to us throughout the night and recommended his favourite items on the menu and told us about the new menu that will be coming soon. The food service was quick and really tasty! There was a big selection of cocktails, we tried three of them and all of them were equally as good as each other! Overall had a great evening and would highly recommend!!

Last week I came to Swansea Las Iguanas with a friend for the Bottomless Brunch, we had a lovely meal and a number of very enjoyable cocktails! Afterwards we went shopping and at some point during the day I discovered that I had lost an earring. On the off-chance I had lost the earring at Las Iguanas I emailed them to ask if anyone had found it, explaining that I was attached to this set and was sad I'd lost it. The deputy general manager Bleddyn replied to my email to let me know that unfortunately it hadn't been found.Imagine my surprise when I receive another email over a week later from that same deputy general manager to let me know that he had by chance spotted an earring and wanted to find out if it was my missing one! He went to the trouble of searching out my previous email to contact me, and he genuinely seemed to be thrilled to be able to return my earring. Outstanding customer service from Bleddyn, who went above and beyond to return this item to me. So if you read this Bleddyn, thank you so much for your help I really appreciate it - and we will definitely be back for some more cocktails soon!
