Where do i start.. wow wow Food was so quick but perfectly hot and cooked amazingly perfect. I am very picky and the halloumi was soooo tasty and cooked to perfection. The prawns to die for and tje tacos were so crispy and beef so juicy and tasty. The staff... The staff.. Ashley, was so patient with me and my boyfriend taking a while to decide on drinks then Tasha took time for me to describe and find a drink and was so so lovely and sweet. Dani braught our food with such kindness and a great vibe and they all work so well together. The music is great and happy and the vibe was perfect. The staff really made our night and the food and drink was unreal. I cant thank them enough. Such lovely hard working people. xxx

Got the unlimited tapas and bottom less drinks, really quick service from JJ.

We were seated promptly and provided with menus. After we asked for a little more time to decide on our order it was then a bit difficult to attract attention. But then the server answered our questions and was able to clarify things for us. We received our drinks first. Two of the party had to get their drinks amended but this was rectified quickly. The food arrived promptly and was a good portion size and delicious. All of the team members we had contact with were friendly and helpful.

Atmosphere at 4pm was quiet, but nice and chilled. Food came out quickly despite one chef preparing everything for a 6 person order. Very happy with how good it was - perhaps best Las Iguanas we've been to in UK. Thank you to our server. Very kind and helpful lady

went for the bottomless tapas, £70 with upgraded drinks i paid altogether. yet got ignored off the staff for 45 minutes until the 90 minutes provided was up staff was going round to other tables as normal but was blatantly avoiding ours yet still expected us to pay full price after only ordering food twice and drinks. shocking services not worth the money.

Came to try the bottomless tapas, which was an absolute steal, but it was the service that really blew me away. Handled an allergy really well, and made sure we made the most of our 90min food slot. They have a fantastic mocktail menu, all on 2-4-1 during our time there too. Would return while out in Manchester for these alone.

JJ was so welcoming and provided a warm and friendly atmosphere upon arriving. They provided incredible service and support throughout our duration our stay. I would 100% come back and recommend to others :)))

2nd time we have visited. Came yesterday with our son too and the food and the service was wonderful once again.

Went there with a group of about 70. Even though we pre-ordered, nothing was ready. Food was mediocre and it took two hours to get the main courses on the tables. We had to leave before we got dessert. Would not recommend nor would I go back. The only good thing was the 2-1 drinks happy hour.

The restaurant mistakenly included four drinks on our bill that we never ordered, resulting in an extra charge. The manager apologised and offered a discount of £30. If we did not check the bill, we would pay almost £60 extra!

Me and my friends had a bottomless brunch on a Saturday evening. The mocktails were nice but most were really sour, food was tasty but the portion wasn’t great at all. Service was slower than usual because there were lots of big tables but our server Julie gave us great service and let us extend our time for ordering drinks as service was slow. Overall it was a nice night but not sure if I’d come back

Didn’t have food myself but my friends seemed to enjoy what they ordered and had no complaints so I must rate the food based on their experience. Service was absolutely amazing, Jena was our server in what appeared to be hectic section. Even then, she was very attentive and a pleasure to interact with, clearly was having busy shift but still felt like the only table present. Atmosphere was good no complaints.

John Joe was an excellent server. He went above and beyond with his service. Made our night!

We came for the bottomless tapas today. Our booking was for 2pm and it was 5pm when we left. Our server only came over once the whole time and we had to ask another server for more tapas. When we tried to order the bill it came wrong with extra drinks on we hadn’t ordered. This then took another 20 mins to resolve. Food was good but service was just so slow and not up to standard

3 stars for the food, 5 stars for the service! Our server, John Joe, was incredibly kind and gave us a pleasant explanation of the tapas we asked about. The calamari felt like eating just the batter—barely any actual squid to taste.

Don’t bother for bottomless, 4 drinks in 2 hours they barely came over to us but as soon as our time was up they were quick enough to come over and tell us to leave

Arrived for our reservation 10 mins early and waited as expected to be seated. Drinks order taken and then food order taken 10 mins later. 50 minutes of waiting and despite asking no drinks had arrived. Seem to be more concerned to take care f their friends on other tables.

Food was incredible, the unlimited tapas is such great value. John Joe was our server, he was so lovely and quick to get our order.

The highlight of the evening was the service. The manager was very attentive to our dietary requirements of not liking coriander. Our waitress - a very kind Polish lady - was also spot on, being polite and taking our order very promptly. The food was okay. I mean for 15£ per person buffet was great value for money. The food also arrived very quickly and we went through at least 6 rounds in an hour and a half.

Honestly, we had such an amazing experience. Nika looked after us and absolutely spoiled us with the bottomless tapas. She was beyond attentive and we just had a real laugh with her. Thank you Nika!! The food itself was amazing - an absolute steal at £15 pp considering how much we got! Can't wait to do it again and would happily pay the £25 for that as that's still an incredible offer

The worst experience ever. First time we went there for the 15 pounds tapas and they told us to come back later that evening and when we came back we waited for 50 minutes yes 5 0 minutes and didn’t get served any food so we just left. Second time we went they said we needed reservation while there was only like 2 tables. Literally the worst experience so far. Very disappointed. Don’t do any special events if you can’t handle it!

Went for bottomless tapas for my girlfriend’s birthday. Our server, Jonjo, was lovely and just kept bringing over more and more plates of delicious food. Never eaten so much in my life, and for £15 each, a total bargain.

The lady who was serving our table was extremely friendly and approachable, made us feel comfortable and was very attentive and professional. Only real complaint was that it was just so so noisy in the restaurant and a little cramped but otherwise everything was great!

We were celebrating my sons 21st Birthday, the service was excellent with lovely staff, the right balance of being around if we needed anything, but allowing us to enjoy our food & drinks. We had the bottomless Tapas deal and the food was great, a good choice and plenty of it ! It was my fist time, but will defiantly be back

Despite it looking so empty. The decor was lovely and the atmosphere was ok. Went for the unlimited tapas £15 per head for January. Had about 3-4 rounds. You order 3 dishes per round. Some taco items were not available on the menu. Majority of the tapas were deep fried or smothered in cheese. Even the corn equites I assumed was supposed to be refreshing salad of some sort was just filled with cheese and mayo. Maybe I don't know what tapas is. But each dish was jusT really heavy on the palate. The patatas bravas can be described as soggy microwaved cubed fries. Waiters were friendly, decor was lovely. Food was jus not nice. I guess you can't complain since it was cheap. Bill came up to £50 for 2ppl including drinks.

Visited on a Wednesday 5pm. Good service, but very quiet at this time. Food, I had the Nachos and the Brasilian Chicken strips. I thought these were very poor. The portion size of the Nachos for around £8.10, was very poor value for money and the chicken at £8.70 for a few strips of chicken (that didn't come with the said habarnero dip) was again very poor value. Taste wise, I would give them a 4/10. I didn't want to make a complaint as my friends fajitas were good as he found, but at £20, were a bit pricey for what is relatively cheap food. I also didn't want to spoil the meal. I would probably not visit this chain again and would go to a more authentic restaurant next time. On the positive side, again, the service was good.
