I ordered the tastiest salt n pepper chicken panini i jave ever tasted and because it was so tasty i reordered it the following day and if it's possible it was even tastier and the curly fries were perfect plus i want to say thank you for the lovely message on my delivery box but the feedback was well and truly deserved also thank you for the lovely surprise with my order you richly deserve the review i left for you thank you again

Crap. 12 pound for tiny breakfasts, 1 egg 1 hash brown half of a tomato 2 sausage and 2 toast. Rip off. Would not recommend. Women's attitude stinks aswell. Why is the price so high??

My first visit to Lappin’s Cafe was a superb experience because of the warm and welcoming staff, the great food, and the positive community values, so I look forward to returning in a couple of weeks time. Thanks!

Called and placed an order for the first time this morning, I ordered at 10:15 and my food was delivered by 10:45 great fast delivery! My food was slightly cold but still edible and was tasty apart from the fried bread it was soggy! Would still order from here again though!

Terrible food waited 20 mins for a rock solid egg and raw black pudding disgusting

Can’t believe I found this cafe on my last weekend in Liverpool. Food was outstanding and the service was outstanding too. The value for money was a stand out for me! If anybody is heading towards the M62 on their way out of Liverpool, I highly recommend visiting this cafe!

I was shocked at the way the management handles complaints on their just eat forum. That's why I've come here. I think the way you speak to people is important when you're in the service or food industry. Even if I thought about calling I wouldn't. Someone with such an angry reaction to complaining can't possibly be trusted to remake food. I was also shocked to read this angry person runs more than one restaurant. 😳 The only thing that was edible in the order we had was the steak breakfast wrap. The brioche toasted bun was chewy and stale and the egg was like plastic. The 2 hashbrowns were swimming in oil/grease. The smoothie was lukewarm fruit water. The fries were ice cold and went in the bin. It was not worth the time or money and I'll just not order here again.

Black pudding not even cooked, hash browns over cooked the smallest amount of beans,Toms and mushrooms I have ever received on a takeaway breakfast. Eggs a mess
