Stopped off with friend's for a quick pint after a very long evening walk round Lowerhouse/Padiham Greenway route. Great service, 1st visit, large friendly pub lot's of seating/tv's/snooker table/karaoke nights. We sat in the comfortable lounge corner with comfy leather sofas. We will be back soon.

Only takes cash! Didn't realise that until ordering drinks, so then had to leave and get to a cash machine which is 15 min walk away,,,in the rain.

Great pub for a night out with live bands

Went to a birthday party here and was my first visit to this pub, the atmosphere was good, tables nicely spaced out, live music, friendly and helpful staff, the food was awesome, home-made potato pie and a buffet, the best I've ever had and all done in-house, if I lived locally I'd be back! Great experience.

Pretty decent cash-only local pub

The Lane ends pub is awesome. I don't know if it is a permanent arrangement, but on my visit, they only accepted cash and not cards, so withdraw money from an automatic telling machine (an ATM) prior to your visit. There is a smashing bus stop on the road next to the pub, and there is a pool table that you can play on for a competitive fee. The table boasts all of the balls that are required. I drank Strongbow original cider, and it tasted like Strongbow original cider which is a positive thing.

It was a nice clean warm pub a bit lacking in customers Saturday night very quiet ,but nice beer ,they actually had pernod in which a lot of pub don't bother with ,so impressed.

Decent pub, good atmosphere, but they dont accept card payments, which meant one member of our group had to pay for everyones drinks, as the rest of us, as most people do these days, just carry card and not cash. Other than that a great pub.

Friendly service clean and well presented

Great atmosphere, cheap drinks. Has a pool table and dart board and sports on the TV. We went in on a Saturday and they had a great live band on too. Downside is it smells a bit and has lots of barflys

The lane Ends is a lovely clean public house, well managed, great staff and excellent beverages with a fine selection of drinks and a bonus of real ale big hitters moorhouses blonde witch and white witch available all the time. A excellent local. Which we love visiting.

A great spot to play pokemon go but the food and drink is trash

Good sized placed and nicely laid out. The price of a pint was very reasonable, the staff were friendly, the toilets were nice, there was a decent atmosphere and there was an open fire. Really good, what more can you want from a pub.

Great local pub with a cracking pint of strongbow and a wide range to cater for other tastes with live sports on screen.

Since the new land Lord and lady have taken over its been getting busier and busier , they are lovely ppl and would recommend visiting

Went in Friday ..Was pleasantly surprised.. Plenty in.. prompt service.. nice atmosphere.. Bar man noticed id not been in before and explained things about the pub and how it was being refurbed to make it more inviting..He was very nice to take time out for me.. Thanks will def be in again.
