Just picked up my mix grill and supreme fillet burger, and m just amazed with spot on flavors and burger was just as I like it crispy outside juicy inside 😁😁... My next to go place for sure👍🏻👍🏻

I went there with my family the staff was very helpful and the food was also amazing overall the experience was great I will really recommend you guys visit with your family and make great memories.

We got a menu through the post so thought we would give Lalas a try for #fatfriday. Ordered the chicken tikka kebab, 2 fillet burger meals (for the kids) and the Supreme chicken burger meal. We all loved our meals and would definitely order again. Fairly priced and delivered well within the estimated time.

Are the worst services I’ve ever seen had a lot of fast food but this place has got the worst service that I’ve been waiting all of an hour and a half I will never be ordering from here again

Ordered fries and pizza, and cheeseburger and fries. Everything tasted like it had been sprinkled with white pepper, and the pizza was lukewarm. Not edible, everything went in the bin.

Service and food is top notch here. I've ordered both directly and via the usual apps (Just eat and UberEATS) and the food has been delivered quickly. Couple of times mistakes have been made but the takeaway makes up for it. The food is really nice, with a great taste. Nothing we've had from the menu we've had complaints for. Well run takeaway and well recommended

Ended up here as needed somewhere that took card payments Service was fast enough as it was quiet. Ordered two chicken fillet burger meals, price was good value. The burgers were ok for the price. The chips however get a thumbs down... they seemed more on the stale and soggy side. Edible yes as I like to finish my food but def need lot of improvement. Would def try this place again if in the area.

Made an order on their website. Recieved a confirmation email with the order and delivery time etc. Rang over an hour later to find out where to food is to be told the website doesn't work and they haven't even received the order. REMOVE THE WEBSITE THEN??? Not impressed

I ordered 3 pizzas and was disappointed the taste wasnt the same pizzas are too dry coudnt even taste the cheese and there's no enough toppings on them apparently the owners have changed and so has the food specially the pizzas and kebabs if you want pizza kebab do not go here, miss the old owners and chefs

They should get more stars been ordering from here for 2 years they weren’t always great but this past year they have been fresh, fries have been great and only a couple of times was food cold but all in all they are highly recommended 👍🏼

Absolute shocking!! Used to order quite often, thought after a 14hr shift lalas is usually the quickest delivery, after 1hr & 40 minute wait I finally received my food which was cold. The guy who answered the phone wasn't much help. Definitely won't be ordering again.

Lala's takeaway in Nelson used to be a decent fast food takeaway with slightly priced food. Second time ordered and again giving a one star review. I've ordered three pizzas and the taste was bad. The base is hard, ingredients was not the best quality as well. So saying never again as nothing changed at all.

Staff were totally confused. My order was incorrect. I asked for chicken and recived donner meat which was disgusting, bland and rubbery. I used to love this takeaway but now it has lost a loyal customer. I will not be visiting this takeaway any time soon. The naans were tiny compared to the amount of meat in my meal. The only thing I enjoyed was the fish tikka. Plus the sweet chilli tasted strange. I had clearly said my order and had seen employee write it down but they still ruined my meal. Not impressed or happy. Worst food I have eaten in ages.

Ordered over the phone at 7pm and was told it would be delivered in 40 mins, rang at 8pm to find out where my food was and the narky telephone guy said it would be there in 10 mins. Rang again at 8.30pm and told it would be there in a couple of mins. Its 8.45pm and I have a cold soggy pizza. S##t customer service and a terrible delivery service. You've lost a loyal customer 🤬

food is ok but delivery is extremely atrocious. it has been an hour and i am waiting for my chips to arrive after the delivery person forgot them the first time... not good at all. fix yourselves please

I absolutely ADORE this place. Their food is brilliant, the choices they have is amazing, the shop is amazingly hygenic and the workers there are nice. I do not think a food place could be better than this and that is why I rate this an amazing 5 out of 5 stars. This, by far, is the best food place I have ever been to.

Moral is don't look at the pictures when ordering. I get it, the pictures are glam'd up, but there's not even the remotest reassemblance.

Very bad service Orded 3 pizzas. Told me it will be 25 mins. Come back 30 mins later. Didn't acknowledge me so I asked how long my order will be. He said another 15 mins. Come back 15mins later he then said it will be 20 more minutes. I mean 1hr for 3 pizzas is taking the piss. Got my money back and went to papas on Leeds Got 3 pizzas in 15mins. I wont be going lalas again and won't recommend anyone to go either.

Improved greatly since new owners, quality of food is amazing, tastiest pizza I've ever had, I definitely recommend the special, as well as the kebabs. Customer service is good too, new favourite take out for the family!

Placed a phone order to collect for my family (of 7 people). Went to collect after 20 mins as they said it will be ready by then. I went to takeaway and they did not make the order. This has occurred now twice on their part. Will never order again they are so rude and unprofessional. Do not know how to speak or handle their customers!!!
