Has to be one of the best bakery shops around. I remember my nana getting her bread from hear. I pre ordered a lemon merguine cheesecake . WOW it was amazing, 2 of my favourite cakes in one. Definitely did not disappoint. 😋

The best bakery in Blackpool in my opinion. The barm cakes are amazing, cakes are fabulous and if you go on a Saturday, the lemon meringue cheesecake is to die for. Thoroughly recommend Laines Bakery.

I was passing this bakery and I thought I would have a pie. I decided on two: one beef and one pork. Service was quite fast, but on ordering mine the lady picked up the pies by hand after handling money. I should have said then I was not happy. Anyway, I didn't. Maybe because of this I thought both pies were not tasty and too salty. I had a salty taste in my mouth for ages. Hopefully, the owners read this and send the lady on a hygiene course. Also, after the coronavirus epidemic, you would have thought her common sense would have prevailed. I hope I don't fall ill!

Este es un lugar tan especial. La sensación instantánea de relajación que se obtiene después de entrar desde el concurrido paseo marítimo de Blackpool para ser recibido por la música de piano y hermosas vistas al atardecer es simplemente encantador. Hemos estado viniendo a la Torre Blanca durante muchos años y el estándar de comida y servicio todavía se mantiene, no hay ningún otro lugar en la zona que coincida con ella (créeme que he mirado!). En esta visita probé el carpaccio de ternera, el salmón con salsa de crema de mariscos y la tabla de quesos, todo lo cual fue increíble. También probé la sopa de cebolla francesa de mi esposo con crouton de queso, igual de deliciosa. La selección de cócteles y vinos son fantásticos, el aperol spritz se hizo perfectamente. Es uno de esos lugares que se siente romántico y acogedor, pero también un poco lujoso e indulgente, un lugar donde no quieres irte. Por favor, sigue haciendo lo que estás haciendo Torre Blanca 🩷

461 St Annes RoadJust had the most awful meal from this chippy. The chips were dry and tasteless. I remember the first time I tasted frozen chips decades ago. It was at a motorway service station. They tasted like they had been made with dehydrated potato. That’s just what these were like. I can’t say for sure that they were frozen chips, not fresh, but I suspect that is what they were. Now have stomach issues. Won’t ever waste my money going to this place again.

Tower Fisheries 117 Topping StreetTenía un pudín especial Relación calidad/precio £ 7. 50 para incluir pan y té. Los guisantes húmedos son MUY buenos. La paga impecablemente limpia con efectivo ayuda a mantener los precios bajos. Muy recomendable.
