I felt like I was being ripped off. I wanted to order a large samosa chaat, but they refused to provide a large option and asked me to order a regular plate instead. As a result, I had to order four regular plates instead of two large ones, which ended up being more expensive. I’m frustrated with the restaurant.

The biryani here is one of the best I’ve tasted as close to home made as possible. Flavours are amazing. Great for a quick catch up with friends

They must work on their customer dealing. The lady standing on the counter for services is lacking in mannerisms she is very RUDE with us just because she didn’t pay attention what were we saying and arguing with us that we should tell her before!!!! Because of that I really didn’t enjoy the food which is very less in quantity compared to the price… TOTALLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

I recently visited a place that came highly recommended, and I must say, it did not disappoint! Visiting from Canada, I was eager to try their dahi bhala chaat and rabri falooda, both of which were absolutely delicious—just like the food in Lahore. I highly recommend this spot to anyone craving authentic Pakistani street food. Additionally, I sampled loved their Kashmiri chai, and it was truly delightful

I ate Falooda and Papri Chat. Falooda was okay but I did not like the Papri Chat. Very bad taste. Total waste of money. They should work on food quality.

I’ve been going to this shop when it was just a little stall, just for their gol gappe/ pani puri (what ever you call it). Now, because the shop is famous,… they put the prices so high, but I’m still happy to pay it because you are getting the right Pakistani taste you want.. The real problem is they made the prices higher though the quantities are lesser.. Last time I went there with my friends, we had samosa chat, then 2 plates of dahi bhalle and in last we had a family pack gol gappe for four people, the quantity of the sauces, and even the chane and pani was so less that it feed two people maximum and when we asked for the pani she said we have to pay for it..! That make it not nicer experience here anymore..

Looked very nice when we came in. Mango lassi was very nice, samosa chat had very watered down yogurt and tasted watery samosa had no flavour just boiled potato. Padi chat was bad, culb sandwich medicor

We have been trying there pani puri time n again it’s fantastic and recently we tried there butter chicken and tarka daal both these new dishes were so so delicious I even ate my remaining daal with spoon I hope they maintain there taste standard

The female on reception doesn’t know how to take order and she deals with customers rudely and shows attitude towards them

There is absolutely no respect for the lack of service at the reception and I take orders from batsmen.

Their gol gappy has exact taste of what you can find in Lahore Pakistan. Falooda is some what different but enjoyable. They have variety of snack options and taste is always good. Place is clean even if you visit at night.

Went with the kids. Very good customer services and atmosphere. We had samosa chaat and pani puri absolutely delicious. The badam ka doodh was divine we will defo be coming here again. Highly recommended! The decor is amazing also and staff extremely helpful!

I have tried the lamb biriyani it is one of the best I have had and the falooda is to die for, has the perfect level of sweetness cannot go wrong here

I had a chance to eat Khoye wali Kulfi recommend by a friend So delicious highly recommend it’s only £2 each. They have other flavours as well but it was the best. it was actually counter outside the shop.

They don’t have good customer service, portion sizes are very small. I ordered pani puri for takeaway and they gave the imli water in very small containers which are mostly used for sauces.

Really bad service especially a man who taking orders rude behaviour and unprofessional customer service i never visit again.

I must say the food was not all that and service is really poor. The lady oh my God had some attitude and totally 0% customer service. I think they need to gave her customer services lessons.

Great Kulfi Falooda! To set expectations, it is very sweet, and doesn't come mixed with rose syrup like some parts of India do, but if you are looking for a sweet malai kulfi falooda, this is the place

Had the samosa chat and it was horrible. It was not well presented and the workers did not seem to care when making my food. It was not worth my money. Gave us spoons and plates that were not dried and was wet.

Rude staff ripped me off with their falooda prices. Been going there for years and the sweet old man gives a falooda at a reasonable £3.50. The young man at the counter this time ripped me off and charged me £6 per falooda and was generally just rude and cold.

Decent place with good food. But the staff is pathetic and unprofessional. Instead of serving customers they are more interested in chatting with fellow workers. Please improve your service.

I have been here 4 times in a short space of time. I go because I enjoy the falooda, but i will never go or spend here again. Not only is it over priced but the staff are miserable and rude and have absolutely no customer service skills. Nobody even knows how to greet you when you come into the shop. Service has left a disgusting taste in my mouth!!!!!!!

Falooda was okish. Barely any kulfi in it. Just 3 small pieces. At least put a whole kulfi in it. It's not like you are selling it cheap.
