This place was extremely empty was just me and my friend who was there in the beginning no one told us that we had to go to the till to order, there was two differennt menus with different prices that we had to confirm with staff woman at the till just seemed un bothered no customer service once we ordered the service was extremely slow what was confusing as we was the only customers.

Staff is Rude. May be tired. Even staff Cares about what the custmors talking with each other and give complements. Although food is better

Approached the shop and was turned rudely back from door asking come back after iftar. No manners whatsoever.

We ordered two burgers and a club sandwich meal and the quality was disappointing. The chips were dry and stale, and the burger buns were very cheap quality. The club sandwich did not look anything like advertised on their menu. There was barely any filling and they added plain pieces of toast in between just to make it look fuller. I'm really disappointed and definitely wouldn't recommend this place for food.

The chicken club sandwich was nice and creamy, and the customer service was excellent. Finally the decoration and aesthetic was lovely and unique .

Very bed customer service Women in the till was very rude. I have paid for 3 burgers, samosa chat, mango lassi and falooda but falooda not served when I asked. She was asking me to pay again.

So upset at the experience we had today. Ordered samosa chaat which was basically really mushy filling submerged in very watery sauce. Pakoreh were basically doughy behsan balls with hardly anything else in them. Also ordered a samosa separate with some chaneeh and they gave us channa chaat which we specifically said we didn't want. I took one sip of the kashmiri tea and couldn't bring myself to have anymore, tasted fully powdered. Asked for the table to be cleaned before the food arrived as it was full of crumbs and sauce remnants, they said they would clean it but didn't. Paid nearly 20 quid for nothing, had to leave the food mostly uneaten. Never coming here again. Awful experience.

A cosy & warm place to sit in and enjoy some local street food delicacies ranging from a hot plate of biryani to samosa chaat, karak chai & a few desserts! Overall, I had a good experience of buying a takeaway - there was enough choice of food to choose from although not a big place it is decent enough to have a few groups of families or friends. I ordered kebab wraps, samosa chaat and Kashmiri chai. The food was tasty, fresh & well presented - which is a must for customers 😋

I go this shop with my daughters they really like samosas so we ordered samosa chat £4.50 and Anda shami burger 🍔 £4.50 taste was not good even didn’t serve you tissue with tray for burger they just gave you in the paper box.it’s so expensive as well I don’t recommend them they need improvement in their food quality and look at prices.

The samosa chaat was watered down with too much liquid and the table was unclean before we sat down. Have been here before - would be good if they addressed the cleanliness standards. Food quality has slipped downhill over past few months.

I’ve been going to this place for more than a year now, used to have friends get togethers there, the food no doubt is very good, and they’ve improved their ambience as well. However the service has declined so badly that I’m not going to this place anymore. The new employees (female specifically) don’t know how to speak to or listen to the customer. If they improve their customer service and learn to listen to their customers , I would really recommend this place.

Pakistani should go and try. Have your home taste🤤🤤🤤

I felt like I was being ripped off. I wanted to order a large samosa chaat, but they refused to provide a large option and asked me to order a regular plate instead. As a result, I had to order four regular plates instead of two large ones, which ended up being more expensive. I’m frustrated with the restaurant.

The biryani here is one of the best I’ve tasted as close to home made as possible. Flavours are amazing. Great for a quick catch up with friends

They must work on their customer dealing. The lady standing on the counter for services is lacking in mannerisms she is very RUDE with us just because she didn’t pay attention what were we saying and arguing with us that we should tell her before!!!! Because of that I really didn’t enjoy the food which is very less in quantity compared to the price… TOTALLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

I recently visited a place that came highly recommended, and I must say, it did not disappoint! Visiting from Canada, I was eager to try their dahi bhala chaat and rabri falooda, both of which were absolutely delicious—just like the food in Lahore. I highly recommend this spot to anyone craving authentic Pakistani street food. Additionally, I sampled loved their Kashmiri chai, and it was truly delightful

I ate Falooda and Papri Chat. Falooda was okay but I did not like the Papri Chat. Very bad taste. Total waste of money. They should work on food quality.

I’ve been going to this shop when it was just a little stall, just for their gol gappe/ pani puri (what ever you call it). Now, because the shop is famous,… they put the prices so high, but I’m still happy to pay it because you are getting the right Pakistani taste you want.. The real problem is they made the prices higher though the quantities are lesser.. Last time I went there with my friends, we had samosa chat, then 2 plates of dahi bhalle and in last we had a family pack gol gappe for four people, the quantity of the sauces, and even the chane and pani was so less that it feed two people maximum and when we asked for the pani she said we have to pay for it..! That make it not nicer experience here anymore..

Looked very nice when we came in. Mango lassi was very nice, samosa chat had very watered down yogurt and tasted watery samosa had no flavour just boiled potato. Padi chat was bad, culb sandwich medicor

We have been trying there pani puri time n again it’s fantastic and recently we tried there butter chicken and tarka daal both these new dishes were so so delicious I even ate my remaining daal with spoon I hope they maintain there taste standard
