Not happy with my chicken madras, have been ordering for years! This is disgustingly greasy and not at all spicy

Good Food at the cheapest price in the area. Don't let the basic cafe style sitting area put you off as the food is good. Fresh Naans and the curries are good. Have been there many times. Prefer this to fancy restaurants where the food is not as good.

I end up eating tuna and sweetcorn from tesco. Let's break it down: I went one day and the food didn't convince me at all, but the guy who attended me was very nice. I decided to give them another chance and called ahead to be able to eat calmly, as I only had 30 minutes of parking. Before going, I called and they said the food would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived at 25 minutes and it still wasn't ready, but I didn't say anything, as these things can happen. I kept waiting and when I looked at the cook, I saw him stick his finger in the food, put it in his mouth to taste it, and then put it back in the food. It was the most disgusting thing I've ever seen in my life. The only redeeming factor of this restaurant is the guy who attended me and apologized; everything else is a complete disaster. 30 minutes to make a biryani with the restaurant empty and the cook's saliva."

The restaurant has a step at the entrance so might not be easy for wheelchair users. The restaurant is tidy and organised and clean apart from some specs of dirt near the door where customers wait to be served. The tables are clean. The restaurant has lots of choice, kebabs, burger meals, curries, naan, various breads, vegetarian options too. The prices are reasonable in my opinion. £4 for two kebabs with chips, curries around £6-8 . Burger meals around £4. They take credit cards. The service is good, with around 4 staff busily cooking or serving. The food tasted delicious and bread was the size of a dinner plate and with nice texture. The atmosphere is ok, tables were not that busy but customers were taking away. The choice is there, eat in or take out.

Have been eating out quite a bit lately and I must say that the (freshly cooked) Kababs and chips are the most tastiest for many miles. Drive that extra distance and you shouldn’t be disappointed. Main Course Chicken & Lamb Dishes are always on point in terms of Authentic Tatse. The chips even had that extra salt and vinegar on to make them stand out also plus comes with all the Salad & sauces. Staff don’t do rush to get your order ready quickly n send you Out like some other non veg restaurants in Area. Struggling to finish the portion too. lol Enjoy. The man on counter with eye glasses has absolutely no sense how to talk with customers , he is so rude to ladies as well , he should go to school at least and learn some service manners

The Middle age Pale Man on the counter with beard and glasses is so shameless and has a very rude behaviour towards the customers, every time he lies to customer and has zero skills we know he do this on purpose. That Man is absolute disgrace for the place. Hope soon council takes action against him.

This place is an absolute disgrace. Went today to buy chicken donor with chips. Middle aged man with beard and glasses took my order and cooked the chips that was already cooked earlier before. The chicken itself was so bad and it was hard. Seems like it was cooked weeks ago. No customer service nobody smiles. If you don’t wanna have food poisoning don’t go there.

Was a bit put off from the outside as it looks filthy and unclean. Chicken wrap very nice and a good price. Chilli sauce is Hot but a really nice flavour

Really bad driver, 5 minutes road but he was driving 25 minutes.

Disappointing. Order was spilt into the bag and this is 2nd time we have ordered from here with the same issue. It seems this restaurant has not learnt from previous experience. Called the restaurant and he was not willing to resend or even refund. He said to bring it back to restaurant. What’s the point of having a delivery service if they can’t deliver the food in an adequate way.

Rice were just ok and given price the portion was quite small. Rest was good and tasty. Resturant should increase the portion size of pulao rice.

Just eats driver did a runner with my order! - the restaurant were brilliant and called Just Eat. Unfortunately, it is Just Eat that have failed on this occasion. I have been stood up with no food and no offer of compensation. Food was ordered after 8pm, deliver was meant to be after 9pm..11.30pm no food and No response from Just Eat! - you can only email them as there is no contact number to speak to customer services at Just Eat. I’ll mostly like get a refund however I won’t be getting any food tonight! - this is most disappointing and there needs to be consequences for drivers that steal paying customers food!

Haleem was a great disappointment as they served curry paste :( disgusting. Chick biryani was were frozen chick cubes not cooked and faul smell rice. Complete wate of money ad delivery was delayed had to call resturant twice !!!! Avoid

I used to go there regularly but a couple of times i had bad experience with this place. Couple of times the guy on the counter said pay in cash because card machine is not working, but i saw him taking card payments from other right in-front of me , he lied. The next day i went again and he said again the same thing card machine is not working, which he lied because i could see myself card machine was fine. He was very rude , i ignored him a few times but enough is enough. I told him why are you lying , I could see on his face he’s lying 100%. They are dodgy people thats why wasnt taking card payments. I hate this place and will never go there. Place is dirty too , they dont even clean the floor and tables. Disgusting place and the guy on the counter with glasses is very rude.

Fabulous tandoori roti and tandoori nan every time

The sauce had spilt out of all the kebabs and was leaking which made them soggy.

Mate if the pale guy with the glasses is taking your order, you might aswell leave the shop. This man gives you as little portion as possible, and if he gives a normal portion, he literally removes some so its as snall as possible.

Ordered roti, send Nan, no salad, worst quality this time although they have been my favourite so far.

It has a amazing taste of the food ! But the only bad thing about the food is way to spicy! I hope the Resturant will remove some spicy ingredients from there food !

I have been a regular customer with them for many years. The lamb biryani without a doubt is the best. Both taste and price wise. A little quick tip. The card machine in this place is not always reliable. Therefore advisable if you carry cash but there is a Tesco across the road literally where a cash machine is available.

Nice and temperature, really enjoyed it. Been eating there for many years. Unfortunately, with world climate had changed and forced prices rocketing. But, for me it’s worth it, when can say you thoroughly enjoyed. 👍🏼👍🏼

Chicken Tikka with leg meat?? Might as well call it a chicken donner. Awful what a let down their chicken tikka has always been very nice but who has ever heard of a chicken tikka with leg meat. VILE. Also very stingy with portions etc.

I normally do not leave negative reviews especially for restaurants we visit regularly but I am sorry to say I was disappointed with last two or three orders as food was stale, tasted bad and missing items and not very helpful service either.

This place is awesome. Food is amazingly good and you get an authentic Pakistani/Indian taste. There's a lot of variety to chose from, moreover, the primary chef is the owner himself and he never misses a chance to surprise you with his innovations in preperation keeping the quality and taste of the food paramount. The staff gives you a warm welcome and look after you pretty well. I would definitely recommend to go here with your family and friends.

Extremely disappointed, order was over an hour late and food was cold. Called the restaurant several times as my app indicated the driver was already at the restaurant waiting but they kept telling me the driver wasn’t there. Several calls later the food arrived and it was cold. Ordered a chip roll but instead received only chips and salad. I have ordered from other places and not had this problem.

Food smelt and tasted old like reheated leftovers from a few days ago. Was not nice at all. Rice had no salt so tasted of nothing. Not only was it stale it was far too spicy even though I asked for medium. Inedible.

I wish that they had kept the sauce & salad separately as clearly requested in the notes for the order.

Had the 2 kebabs and chips, came with salad and sauce, chips were bit soggy due to sauce but great for the price and very tasty. Maybe put the sauce on the side. Samosa was good but quite highly flavoured of cinnamon. Would order again.

I ordered a platter. salad was horrible. It’s 3 mins walk from my home took 5 min as shown on app. 3 punny lamb chops. Tiny small I don’t have words to elaborate for lamb kabab and chicken kabab .Chicken wings and kabab too cold I microwave again ? Just 3 min walk food gets cold? Can’t believe stone cold? It was a grilled platter. Horrible experience. Don’t take me wrong I spent £21. It’s a hard earned money thank you i didn’t waste the food I ate all but next time please ensure and believe you feed a hungry give him what he deserve. Thank you

Absolutely disappointing. Was really excited to try after seeing the review. Instead of a mango milkshake they sent me something that tasted like mango & salt... so much salt I couldn’t drink it. Their Karachi chicken tastes more like butter chicken. At least that was edible. But the icing on the cake was I ordered 2 kulfi desserts and was sent 2 white chocolate MAGNUMS! Charging me almost £3 each! For single MAGNUMS! Literally can’t believe it. My advice? Give it a swerve, but definitely don’t order the mango milkshakes and if your looking for Karachi chicken, definitely don’t bother here! Never ordering from this place again! What a joke!
