Lovely cafe loved the Christmas feel at the moment! The cats are much loved and always looked after. Everything is clean and hygienic and you have a station to wash your hands before entering into where the cats reside. Went at lunch at had the lovely vegan bagel- would recommend. Staff are lovely and they helped me rehome a ginger stray earlier in the year. Looking forward to returning.

I was taken here for a Christmas present and we had an amazing time. The cats were all really lovely and full of personality, and our 90 minute slot flew by as we were having so much fun playing with the cats. Would love to adopt one if I were in a position to!!

I have now visited the Cat Cafe for the third time. I have really enjoyed all my visits, as the cats are so nice. However the staff are also very nice and are happy to go through all the cats names and their history with you. There are 20 cats and wide variety of breads, so sure you will find your own favourite. Watch out for Oliver who is a lovely tux cat who also reminds me of Bat Man. There is also Pipkin who is a friendly Calico cat. I look forward to my next visit in the new year.

We visited for afternoon cream tea and to see all the cats. There were around 20 cats, some playing, some sleeping and others roaming about. It was really lovely to watch all the cats and kittens with their own personalities. Staff were on hand to advise you about the cats and to ensure no one was badgering the cats. Staff also got a few cats engaged jumping from shelf to shelf and catching things. Tea and scone was a great added extra. A well run caring cat emporium and a great place to visit, would also be an ideal gift for someone who likes cats

Yesterday was my 3rd visit. I really love visiting this place because obviously I am a cat lover. The staff are great with the cats and are happy to fill you in with their names & history. Oliver is my favourite but I love them all. Keep up the great work and I will be back in the New Year at some time. 💗💗💗

Absolutely purfect experience and lovely cat experiences . The staff are very friendly and interact with you with the cats . 🐈‍⬛ the coffee and scone and cream were a delicious 🤤 treat whilst we watched the cats 🐈‍⬛! . It’s very well organised ! Thank you guys keep up the cat 🐱 performance ! X

We had an amazing experience with the cats and kittens. Some were lively and playful, others content with sitting there and sleeping. I stroked a few and even got my fingers licked by one of them. The staff were friendly and attentive and helped get some of the cats more engaged to keep people entertained. Once the food bowls came out all the cats were mobile and running to their food, after that they wanted to chill. I think people forget this is where the cats are living, we are the guests so let them come to you, and respect each of their unique ways

First time visiting this lovely cafe. You can make a reservation online or just come. Many tables. The drinks I ordered also great. There are more than 20 cats and each one is enjoying themselves. You can interact with them with toys. The staff here are all lovely and really care about the cats. I had a great time here 😆😆

An amazing place with a suuper friendly staff

Yesterday I had the pleasure of attending this very special kitty cafe and spent sometime getting to know the very cute local feline residents 🐈💕. They were absolutely sweet and so well behaved and any stresses just melted away . I also chatted with the staff who were friendly, knowledgeable, engaging and very welcoming. I know London has other cat cafes but this one is so soo special and the decor feels like something from a movie set . The snacks on offer are delicious too. I can't recommend visiting this cafe highly enough. I also love the care they take to rehabilitate these cats prior to rehoming. It's a cafe with heart in it's purpose. Thank you for this special place, I look forward to coming back and hope it's well supported and around for many many years to come 🙂💗

Very expensive a rip off it was £20 per person which is ridiculous entry fee having paid £6 in Leeds in a much cleaner more friendly environment. We spent £60 in total with the entrance fee and 4 coffees!! The cats clearly not that bothered and most it didn’t seem they wanted to be there it was smelly and not particularly pleasant environment for humans let alone cats. Disappointed wouldn’t recommend!

Had a wonderful time here and the cats were delightful. They are happy and very well looked after. The cream tea was delicious too. Will definitely visit again when I'm back in the UK

Had an amazing afternoon tea there! Went last Sunday and my partner got the birthday package as surprise for me, it was so much fun. They have a very whinsical decorated interior, all the cats were really sweet and we definitely fell a little bit in love with Merry and Pippin while we were there! Lots of toys you can use to play with the cats and amazing drinks - would recommend their special blend tea!

100% recommend going here if you are able too! the staff are lovely, know the cats well and the cats are very well looked after! The cats have so much space to roam around and the place is well decorated to suit their needs. No foul smells and not too many people. It was a lovely experience playing with the cats, giving them cuddles and being able to feed them treats over a glass of wine and a snack. It is also amazing to see all the incredible work they do for cats and what our entry fee goes towards 🙂 In my opinion it’s a good price and helps them shelter cats! Even a small gift shop you can buy a momento from! Will defo be back if I am ever in the area!

A lovely afternoon spent in the company of cats. The cream tea was lovely and cats were interesting to watch. Nice surroundings, friendly staff and an assortment of cats in all colours and sizes.

We bought this as a 13th birthday gift for my daughters bestie. We went as a group (two kids; two mums). My eldest had recommended it after going with a friend a few years ago (pre covid) for a birthday tea and cake. I'd been waiting for the youngest to turn twelve so we could go too. The wait was worth it! we had a lovely time watching and stroking the cutest playful kittens and sleepy lazy cats. They were all super lovely and looked to be very happy. They were in good condition and behaved exactly as you'd expect cats to behave. They're even less skittish than our rescue cats probably because they are so used to strangers. Some reviewers did experience this, so I was worried we'd not really get to interact with many cats, but I'm glad to say that wasn't our experience at all. The carers and staff are friendly and really know who's who and seem to really care. Our waitress was really sweet and we had a nice chat about how she much preferred this to working in a bar - I don't blame her! My friend and I commented on how tranquil and relaxed we felt the minute we entered. Animals are fantastic therapy and I felt calm and fully relaxed. There were quite a few couples which I thought was really sweet - way to win brownie points! The theme is a whimsical Alice and Wonderland style with lots of hidey holes to seek out fluffy friends. Some people reviewed it being dark and dingy downstairs but we didn't think that at all. It's like a theme and really well done too. There are even the cutest portraits of the gorgeous rehomed past residents on the wall decked out in their finery! The cats are gorgeous and if we didn't already have two I think we'd have come home having placed an adoption request. My special faves were Bagheera, the sleek black kitten, and Agatha, the fluffy tuxedo cat (a perfect mix of my Tuxedo cat and my fluffy black cat). There were 20 cats and kittens in the cafe on the day. Feeding time was a little after 1.15pm that day which was a treat - we booked for 12.30 and she did say it's a good time to visit - it was!! We ordered the scones and tea option. £24 off peak (it was a random inset day mid term - perfect!) the scones were warm and delicious and a cute cat face shape and the mums have the Lady Dina special tea (early grey and rose petal - stronger than regular earl grey). This came with jam and clotted cream from little jars and pots so all fresh. The peach iced tea was also delish! Of course you're not paying for the food - it's the experience 90 mins with kittens for around £16 (off peak rate) is not expensive for London activities. This pays for the upkeep, insurance, medical needs, property rental, food, staff etc. Some reviewers didn't seem to realise that and felt this was the cost of the tea and scones. Clearly not cat owners or they'd know how expensive insurance, good food and vet bills can be! Another review I read suggested they'd have only paid those prices in a more affluent part of London - I thought that was shocking and why should an establishment in Bethnal Green not benefit from what I felt was a fair price. Places like these bring visitors which supports the community and I'm very happy to do that. We can all the way from Surrey and loved every minute. We were very happy to support this gorgeous venture and hope to visit it again one day. The little thank you card (with I think a gorgeous pic of Bagheera this time) were a cute touch and a nice way o say your time is coming to an end. We didn't feel rushed at all and totally expected to be told near the end of our time - we'd paid for 90 minutes after all. Thank you so much for a super fun day and an amazing birthday gift. PS there are little souvenirs and the girls each got a pair of super fluffy cat print socks for £5 which wasn't bad for novelty socks either.

4th Visit: if you need to relax and be surrounded by these beautiful cats having food and beverages of your choice then head here. All thr cats are very well taken care of and loved by the carers, staff and customers alike. I always enjoy coming here. Each cat is so unique and they will all be your favourite for different reasons. Had lots of snuggles with Princess Pippin the floofy one 💕 . The only downside is when you have to leave 🐈💜 3rd Visit: 13/09/24 - BACK for the third time and was lucky to see two beautiful panther kittens. The cat carer, the lady with the blonde pony tail I think her name is Martina is an outstanding cat carer (catalogist / catician lol). She was very professional and when one of the kittens went on the play wheel and I moved it she very politely explained that the kittens were not ready yet to use it and got me Moriarty's favourite red feather toy. However, Gimli was being a little bully that day but beautiful Agatha and Pippin love their kitty massages! 2nd Visit: 22/08/24 - Returned for my second visit and had a brilliant time with the cats! They were pretty active and Charlie enjoyed jumping and playing. Kitty therapy works these lovely, sweet fur balls relax you and the staff are very hardworking and kind. 1st Visit: 16/05/24 - Really enjoyed being here with the lovely cats who are very well taken care of and showered with affection and care by the amazing staff. 💕🐱 There are two rooms - the Mad Hatters Tea Party room on the first level down then the enchanted Forest room at the lower level. You are free to walk around all levels and play with the cats who you can stroke. The cats may come to you snd sit next to you or on your lap but do not pick them up. There is a cool guide and other goodies you can buy in a souvenir pack that tells you lots about Lady Dinah's and the cats and what they like. There is an excellent and tasty selection of savory and sweet food on offer and delicious hot and cold drinks so go for it. I hope to go back soon! I got some lovely coffee beans and other items from the gift shop too.

I went to Lady Dinah's today and had a lovely time. The cats are adorable and looked after really well. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and caring. The food and drink were great. I had the white chocolate with coconut milk and violet syrup, which was wonderful. I shall definitely return.

Very friendly staff, gave us great information about the rules and the cats. Loveliest cat café I have visited, lovely interior, staff and obviously adorable cats. A lot of cats live there which is good because all the guests can find a cat to entertain and play with, while the cats do have lot of hidings spots and a lot of interior to climb on. The visit was one of the parts of my London-trip.

Fantastic experience. Very accomating of reasonable adjustments needed by disabled guest. Warm and welcoming team. Contented and well cared for cats. The Alice in Wonderland theme is magical.

The place is extremely well designed for cats. The cats are the primary residents here and all of them are very friendly and playful. Great experience for anybody who likes animals. Also tried their ice teas, which were really good.

It's a nice idea.... crossing a coffee with an animal shelter :) £11.00/h as entry is not a small amount, but the cats also have to be looked after. However, to give even the slightest impression of a coffee house, you should wipe the dust and not place the litter box right next to the table. It's a fairy tale that all cat owners want to smell like cats and are messes ;)

The cream teas and cocktails were wonderful, the atmosphere was chrlarming and the staff friendly and attentive. The work they do is essential and it's a fine way to spend an afternoon.

When we arrived, the staff took the time to thoroughly explain all the rules. The café has a wonderful variety of beverages and treats. The English tea, paired with a delicious scone with jam and cream, was exceptional. Unfortunately, the cats weren’t in a playful mood during our visit, which was a bit disappointing. They were quite passive, but still incredibly cute, and just being around them brought us joy. Despite the quieter interaction with the cats, the overall experience was enjoyable. We paid £20 for an hour, which felt fair for the atmosphere and the chance to relax with some adorable companions.

First visit & hopefully not my last! Wonderful place with adorable cats & very friendly staff. The cats were endearingly aloof to us visiting humans but the way they interacted with the carers was so sweet 🥹 The cats are obviously very well looked after which was lovely to see & feeding time was a kitty stampede lol! Oliver bless him had waited patiently by the door for 30 mins listening out for lunch 😂 I can totally relate to that! 🤣🤣 If you love our feline friends then this place is definitely worth a visit x

We have visited other cat cafes but this one stands out for me. The cat carers are friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. They know the cats and their quirks so well. This makes the difference for me from ones where it's just about the products being sold.

Amazing experience! Loved every moment and wished we could have stayed longer as the ambience was perfect and just enjoying ourselves with the cats. It felt like we got lost in the wonderland ourselves and the cats were so cute! The staff were super friendly too. Lovely staff in an adorable cat cafe. There was a rude guest there during my experience who would not let anyone else pet the cats, but after speaking with the cat handler, she professionally handled that guest and everything else went smoothly. All of the cats were so sweet and playful, the tea was delicious, the scone amazing, and I enjoyed the cheese platter.

Lots of cats with different characters. Not too many visitors so the cats like to be petted. Animal-friendly and quiet. The drinks were good and inexpensive. Relatively expensive for a family because a 90 minute slot has to be booked for 20 pounds per person. But all in all recommended!

Great idea for a date. Visited cafe in the morning, we saw some sleepy and some energetic felines. We were able to play with and pet most of the kittens. Lots of fun.

The staff is incredibly knowledgeable about the cats and provides them with exceptional care. There is a reasonable entry fee, and I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable the drinks and meals are. I highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for a cozy, cat-filled escape!

One of the highlights was meeting a mama cat and her precious litter of three. We arrived at 5:30 PM, so some of the kitties were winding down after a busy day, but there were still plenty with playful energy that made our time truly enjoyable. The atmosphere was impressive and extremely clean; although the kitty litter was visible, there was no unpleasant odor whatsoever. It’s amazing how well-maintained the space is, which added to the overall experience. All the cats appeared healthy and happy, clearly well cared for by the staff. Speaking of the staff, they were incredibly engaging, introducing us to the kitties and taking the time to play with them while we were there. It was heartwarming to see how much the cats love their caregivers. As a visitor from the States, I was a bit surprised by the cost of admission, but I can confidently say it was well worth it. The delicious coffees, complete with cute stencils, were the cherry on top of an already fantastic experience. If you’re a cat lover, Lady Dinah’s is a must-visit! I can’t wait to return!

This was our first visit to Lady Dinah's Cat Emporium and we very much look forward to returning. As cat lovers, we loved spending time in the relaxing company of these magnificent felines and have been to two other cat cafes in recent years. They do a marvellous job, especially as cat charities are often inundated with arrivals, so cafés help cats gain confidence and help In the rehabilitation and rehoming process. At Lady Dinah's we can see the cats were very well looked after. It was really good to see that their welfare was of imperative importance with places that they could climb or rest, away from people or from over stimulation, if they so wished. Lovely & clean cafe and facilities with lots of cat toys and places for people to sit & interact with the cats. The staff were lovely, considerate and knowledgeable and the food and drink were delicious!! Keep up the good work and we hope you continue to get lots of support. Keeping an eye on your event pages too and hopefully can come to one soon. A relaxing afternoon and well-worth the entrance/admission that goes towards the upkeep and animal welfare costs. The interior design is so cute with so much attention to detail, this alone would be worth a visit. There's loads of cats who are very well taken care of and enjoy playing and getting pets from visitors. The staff is very friendly and will share a lot of information about the cats with you.

Cute cats, great model (they also find forever homes for their cats) and knowledgeable staff! Great selection of offerings, including plenty of vegan options. We really enjoyed the vegan cheeseboard.

The idea is lovely but the experience itself was very disappointing and so expensive! The cats are sweet but not interested in the public and ignored everyone, I ordered an americano and cupcake. The americano came in a tiny cup and was awful.....very bitter and the cake was not much better. There is only one toilet and i gave up using it after waiting 5 minutes for someone to come out of it. As others have said i would treat yourself to afternoon tea somewhere else. Our total bill for 2 drinks and 2 cupcakes and a look at a cat was £55!

It is a good idea which they implemented well. Only teenagers and adults are permitted which makes a lot of sense as do their rules about how to deal with the cats and the strictly limited access. For real cat lovers it is an excellent experience and it might also be a special tip for dating.

Vi ankom kl. 1630. Altså om eftermiddagen. Der var helt tydeligt, at kattene var trætte efter mange besøgende hele dagen. En ansat rente febrilsk rundt med legetøj og forsøgte, at få gang i kattene. De gemte sig øverst oppe eller i dets senge hvor de sov. Når man forsøgte at kæle med de katte der gik omkring, var der helt tydeligt, at de ikke ville berøres. Der blev lukket alt fir mange ind pr. Setting. Alle ledte efter en kat de kunne røre. En ansat forsøgte ar uddele godbidder for at lokke kattene frem. Det virkede ikke særligt godt. Flere katte forsøgte at bide ved berøring. Caféen lukker alt for mange ind. Og man betaler 20 pund. Pr. Deltager. Helt absurd for dyrt. Jeg vil aldrig anbefale stedet. Vi blev budt velkommen at en hurtigtalende tjener, som bar præg af, at hun var træt at at sige det samme til alle gæster. Gem jeres penge til et mere roligt kattested. Jeg føler mig snydt. Vi var 4 personer, der også købte noget at drikke. 1000. Kr. og ikke meget kattekontakt.

WiFi didn't work. There's Only 1 toilet. Check and service was slow. Low-quality chairs but I guess if you're petting cats the whole time and not focus on eating it's OK

Had the most wonderful time at Lady Dinah's. The cats are well cared for and we absolutely enjoyed spending time with them! The decor of the cafe is very well done, the staff are super friendly and the food is great. We'll surely be going back to visit the sweet cats again soon!

Lovely atmosphere and decor 😍 The time absolutely flew by watching and playing with all the cute kitties 😸 My coconut milk hot chocolate was delicious, although apparently my mums coffee wasn't quite as good, but not awful. Staff were all lovely and friendly, plus they are very accommodating for food intolerances. Overall, it was very nice afternoon 😊

Perfect place for cat lovers! I love the way they have time slots, hence you can spend a proper amount of time with the cats. All the cats are friendly.

Very cute! Cozy interior and also very unique. I’ve been to lots of cat cafes but this one is definitely the most memorable! The staff were great and food and drinks were yummy, plus the cats were extremely cute!

Afternoon tea surrounded by cats — it‘s great, obviously. The feline companions are well cared for and seem happy and healthy. We had a (cat-shaped) scone and some cake during our time, it was really nice. Ordering and getting our food took some time, but since we had lots of cats to play with it was no problem at all.

I really like walking around and petting the cats, there were so many and so cute! They have an amazing living space and staff that care for them! The brownie I ordered was also delish, however I'm pretty sure instead of a soya milk latte I received a regular milk one as I am currently experiencing the painful symptoms I usually get after drinking milk as I'm lactose intolerant 😞 so just make sure if you come here you let them know beforehand and ask the specifics after you get your food too

Me and my partner came to Lady Dinah’s all the way from Australia. We got the cream tea deal and it was wonderful! Great scones and tea and wonderful service. The cat carers were lovely and always interacting with us and the cats, and were also knowledgeable and very approachable! The facilities for the cats are wonderful and they’re clearly constantly dotted on. Thank you for a wonderful day!

Bit of a low. Too many people that are pushy so you don't really get time to spend with the cats. Would be nice if there was a bit of a rotation to allow everyone to spend time on floor with cats.

Visited several times in the past and frankly the cats are the only good thing about the place. I heard a racist comment from, I think, one of the kitchen staff, and the management team don't seem to know a single thing about running the place. I will not be returning.

Loved it! As a cat fan I wanted to visit a cat cafe for soo long. The staff was really nice. Some of the kitties really stole my heart ❤️ Loved the tea and the baked goods. The interior design is really cute and still cat focused and it's nice to discover more and more corners and cat beds.

Had a lovely birthday booking for 4 of us. Beautiful cats, wonderful staff and a lovely time had. My only complaint would be that we had a 90 minute booking but were told that we had to leave in 10 minutes, in under an hour of being there. Didn’t want to hold up anyone else’s booking so we left promptly, but a great time was had anyway, thank you

Food is great but I overheard the kitchen staff being racist

Had a lovely visit for my mums birthday she loved her purrday party pack😻 The staff were so welcoming and friendly. I really liked how knowledgeable the staff are about every cat. So many gorgeous cats who looked very relaxed and happy. The cats were really playful to. We especially loved little Juno! We will definitely be visiting again😻

1000% recommend this cat cafe! The staff were so lovely to the customers and you could tell the cats were happy around them too. Very clean, the cats look happy and healthy and the atmosphere was so relaxing. The cats are also up for rehoming which is lovely to know that they can have a future life outside the cafe

A great little tearoom with the added bonus of cats to admire and play with. 90 minutes goes quickly here but worth it. Lady Dinah's tea blend was really nice, and the scones are perfect. One for you cat lovers out there.

If you like cats, coffee & cake then look no further. A fun way to spend an hour or so in cute but quirky surroundings, drinking, eating & having the furry residents come over to you for a stroke or play.

Had a wonderful time here! The kitties are super sweet and obviously well cared for, and the food was delicious. Highly recommend to any cat lovers. 😸

I was so distracted with all the cats that when we came back to the table the lovely person serving tables prepared all the birthday items in such a sweet way for us! The cats were so sweet, cute and it was so clear that they are so well taken care of. If anyone ever wants to visit the place please go here. A bit pricey for afternoon tea which is actually only one scone and one drink (though you can order more food if you wish). What you're paying for though is the company of the cats. We actually did find them quite engaged and happy to interact (when they were awake at least!). In fairness the food and hot drinks we had were of good quality and the staff were friendly and chatty. If cats/animals are your thing, I would definitely recommend this, particularly for a special occasion.

A cute little café over two floors with currently 19 cats. The employees are very friendly and accommodating, are always available to answer questions and the service is excellent. The furnishings are reminiscent of Alice in Wonderland and have loving details. You can have small snacks here, just drink good English tea or have a classic tea time with everything that goes with it. If you like cats, this is definitely the right place for you. For us as cat owners it wasn't quite as exciting as for people who don't keep cats. Nevertheless, it was beautiful there and worth an experience. I just find the entrance fee of £13 per person a bit excessive.

Great place to hang out with some fur babies

Having been to cat cafes elsewhere, we were really looking forward to this, particularly as it had so many good reviews. We were sadly disappointed though. While we understand why it needs a cost to get in, it’s a very expensive. None of the cats seemed particularly interested in being stroked or having any attention.I tried to talk my senior lady regarding my disabled wife as they can't go downstairs and so little interaction with cats and no tins been given to feed animals but finally we managed to make this happen!! We were also quite disappointed by the cost quality of the food .Salted Caramel cake is given as Chocolate Cake just drizzle 3 pieces of caramel! Scones are preheated on industrial heat lamp! Hard as rock. All in all, not worth the trip out.

It's literally the perfect place for cat lovers. Not only is the entire place full of cats, but the place has a theme to it, and it's beautiful. The inside is basically a whole other world for the cats to navigate around. They had a miniature tree in the middle of the room with bridges for the cats. Theres multiple selections of toys you can use to play with the cats. Also, the menu is cat themed as well. Overall, a 10/10 experience, and I would highly recommend going here.

What a great stop. It definitely worked for a quick fix for missing the fur babies on vacation!

Booked the birthday experience and had a wonderful time. Calm atmosphere with plenty of opportunities to engage with the gorgeous cats. Recipient of birthday experience also thoroughly enjoyed it. A birthday present with a difference. Will book again.

You must book ahead online if visiting at the weekend! This place is full of character and is a really memorable treat. Which means it’s extremely popular. Lovely cream teas available. 20 cats live here and roam freely on specially constructed shelving all around the café. All the staff seem happy and work really well together. Freya was particularly helpful. The cats are well cared for and it feels good to support the place which is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year.

Great experience! Cats were visibly well taken care of - big plus! We had a small birthday party, it was taken care of amazingly, thank you so much. Additionaly I absolutely loved the little fairy tale atmosphere that music and the interior created!

Lovely time for daughters 14th birthday treat who's cat mad.. lovely time, lovely staff. Worth a visit.
