Absolutely shocking food and service the way he speaks to woman ...wasn't expecting a come back then proceed to slam every oven utensil food and apron around the shop ..man need to calm down on his crack intake ..wish you was able to not put stars other than that the delivery driver and the girl are fabulous

If I could give less stars I really would got my food delivered when it came the delivery driver was awful to my girlfriend tried to spit at her until he seen me and ran straight to his car an wheel spinned off then when I phoned up to complain I got called a dog an my mother is a dog and I need to watch out what happens to me as they have my address stay well clear of this place because they are awful

Food was cold and ask for kabab (large) it was hardly any meat and greasy and meat was not fresh chessey chips were cold and cheese was nit melt because off this I asked for jelopenos and I got told I could not have them on my cheesy chips very rude

Delivery time was fine. Ordered ham pineapple pizza and doner meat portion. For the inflated prices it was nowhere near good enough. Counted 8 pineapple pieces and even less ham on it. Tastless. Doner meat not bad. Disappointed as back in the day this place used to be brill. Sorry lads must do better starting with toppings

Food was over cooked and dry, meat was inedible, the chips were rock hard. Disappointed we have ordered from them loads of times and have never had a problem so they might have been busy and the wait time they mentioned the car had broken down.

I very rarely write a bad review if somethings bad I just don't order again. We ordered chips and pizza. Pizza was nice. The chips they sent were absolutely horrible. They were white hard sticks no potatoe in them they were inedible. How can you get chips so wrong still hungry now how can you send inedible food

Food took close to 2 hours to get to me, turned off their phone so I couldn’t get in touch and had to drive to the restaurant just to get an update on what was happening, food was freezing when it got to me and couldn’t call them back to sort anything.

Send my first pizza to wrong address. It was replaced but took time to over 1 hour I think. Pizza when arrived was very soupy and sloppy. Maybe chef has changed as the pizzas are simply different from how i remember them. Paying premium price too. Good lads there though and has been around for years. Needs to be better. Less cheese, overkill like most offer these days

One RUDE!!! member of staff in this place orderd two chicken kebabs £15.00 produced my bank card to pay the guy snacht my bag of food away and threw it on top of the pizza oven!!! Shocking behaviour no customer service at all wouldn't mind but not one single sign to say cash only shame on you!!!!!

The order was done and left for over an hour on top of a heated surface the fries were as hard as stone the pizza was delicious but my son had to go around and pick it up even after paying delivery... I don't understand what happened as usually they are great with food quality and time

Bought on a Tuesday Asked for large online so you can't get it wrong but he did ordered a mixed kebab what I got looked like a regular instead I also wanted it in a wrap but I got it served in pitta bread,what happened to the other chef ,from now on,I only go on there In there in the weekend when then proper professional chef works there not a dummy.

Burger Meal Was Lovely, Kids Pizza & Chips Presentation Was Terrible Chips Thrown On Top Of The Pizza, Never Received A Pizza Deal Like That Before!

Have been ordering here for years but on my last order of a mixed kebab i bit into it and the chicken was that hard it broke my tooth! Have been in dental pain since and have had to book an emergency dental appointment. Overall this has turned out to be one expensive kebab. Very upset about it.

We have ate here for 15 years, over the last 12 months something has gone drastically wrong. After multiple issues including burnt pizza, missing items which no one is willing to acknowledge or fix, we won’t be returning. That is without even taking into consideration the terrible attitude of the elderly man who takes the orders there. He seems to think that the customers are a hindrance and speaks to them accordingly. So sad to see a good business fall.

I used to be a regular but not any more rush rush all the time food not cooked properly. Went here the week end .got home the pizza wasn't cooked in the middle the kebab tasted crap. Even the dog won't eat it. Bad avoid people

Doner kebab was great as usual, fab chilli sauce. Margarita pizza less so, bit overly doughy, not enough tomato, over cheesed.

Customer service is disgusting. Cold food. Hairs in the chicken. When I rang back the guy on the phone just kept putting it down then blocked my number. Called off numerous phones and he carried on terminating the calls. Worst place and worst customer service ever. Wouldn't go here. Vile

We order from here regular I love the mixed kebabs from here and the tahini sauce is gorgeous.cheese garlic bread is the best Weve ever tasted..we’ve been ordering here for years and never had a bad meal..only thing that we would say is wish they’d put more tomato on the base of their pizzas and a bit more cheese on the top...pizzas are lovely this is just our preference ( we do request this when ordering but never seem to get it) still lovely though.weve been ordering from here for over 13 years.. saheed and his staff are also very friendly.

You have a new customer! I usually only ever order from Rizo’s but they’ve changed the cheese on their pizzas and keep burning their chips, it’s horrible and I’ve been very disappointed with Rizo’s the past 4 times I’ve ordered. I’m really fussy with where I order from and I ordered here in the past and didn’t like it. I decided to give it another try and I didn’t regret it, this takeaway was amazing, the garlic bread was perfect, the fries were gorgeous and they have the best chocolate fudge cake ever. My garlic bread and fries were piping hot and my bottle of coke was ice cold, amazing service. You have gained another regular customer.

the food was horrible the chips was warm ups the folded pizza wasn't what we ordered it was like a folded piece of bread no cheese on top the toppings were inside pizza instead of on top had no Donna meat in the calzone and tasted like mud for some reason, binned it all as it was that bad and drove out for another takeaway, ruined our night
