La Rocca in Enfield

I recently moved to Enfield Town and discovered Marcus Kitchen, today was my second time eating there. As an Italian, I don't have the tendency to eat at Italian restaurants, generally because I love cooking my Italian food, but surprisingly I can say that my experience was amazing on both occasions I have been to Marcus, Tomato sauce was super fresh, frittura mista was done “Al punto giusto”, we shared some seafood Fregula and some cuttlefish ink pasta, both of them were done traditionally, so much freshness and taste in every single bite. They have a nice Italian wine selection, and also I loved their desserts, especially Pear and Ricotta cake. Another important aspect is also the caring staff, Mr Andrea and the Sardinians waiters and all of them were very welcoming with us, the owner/chef looks very passionate in his cooking and the open kitchen look very clean and professional,(this is a very important thing for me). Will recommend this place to all the people like to enjoy tasteful food and wish to have a warming Italian “dolce vita” vibe for your eat-out experience.

An absolutely gem of a restaurant. The restaurant is informal , and the service is excellent. The owners and staff are very attentive and professional. The food is delicious too. Definitely going back soon.
