Best authentic pizza in the area. The tiramisu was also beautifully delicious. Wish I ordered more food now!!

Had a birthday dinner here and the food was delicious, staff super friendly and met all our needs. One of the chefs super good looking. Will definitely be booking here again for another great experience.

Arte pizza is the kind of restaurant where you look in from outside and everyone is tucking into delicious food in a low key, cosy atmosphere with low lights, great artwork and smiley staff. The food here is fantastic! They're rightfully proud of their special offering from Le Marche, and they also do the standards really well! Fabulous pizza menu, brilliant cocktails, ingredients fresh as can be. 3 things I love about this place: they preserve the atmosphere by making delivery drivers wait outside; the rosemary focaccia is a little slice of heaven; their dessert menu contains little bubbly dishes of deliciousness, such as home-made biscotti paired with dessert wine! I'll tell you it's not the cheapest place, but the food and service justify the tab.

Ordered fish (sea bass) which only came with small portion of vegetables (pepper, courgette, spinach) - so after adding a potato dish it worked out rather expensive (almost £28) and it wasn't even that nice; spinach was way too garlicy and the chips were drenched in salt and pepper that made them almost inedible! Won't ever be eating here again ...

We have been regularly going to this restaurant (last time just two weeks ago) since it opened, and we have recommended it to many friends and colleagues ,who also have nothing but praise for it. It did not let us down on our last visit nor has it ever let any of us down in food or service and I would highly recommend it to anyone

It was my wedding anniversary and the atmosphere was lovely,the food was authentic italian and exquisite,the service was excellent and they went out of their way to decorate my desert plate with happy anniversary. We will definitely come back here again

Best Italian restaurant in the area, the pizza and calamari were sublime and the service was really friendly and welcoming.

When this restaurant first opened it was fantastic. A nice family run place with great food, friendly service and reasonably priced. Now, unfortunately, it's almost the complete opposite. The food is average, the service was shocking and the prices/portion sizes are utterly ridiculous. £18 for little more than a spoon full of Ragu, two tiny slices of ham and some cheese for £14! We had to wait 30 minutes between our starter and main course with no explanation or even an apology for why...but we were off course still charged *12.5%* 'service' charge. I, nor any of my family or friends will return to this place again. What a shame that greed and complacency has ruined what was once a nice restaurant.

Hadn't booked on a Saturday night but lucky enough to get a table. First time there. Friendly attentive service. Grilled veggies to start then pizza with spicy nduja. Really good quality and very tasty. Lovely bottle of red. Reasonably priced. Will definitely go back

We have lived in the area for a short while and this place always caught my eye. After finally giving in, myself and my partner treated ourselves to a mid week meal out. From the moment we entered we were warmly welcomed with wonderful service and atmosphere. The food was delicious and you could taste the time and love that was put into it. We can’t wait to go back to one of our new favourite local spots. Thank you for a lovely evening :)

Food cold as had to go collect it. Pizza doesn't take long to cook and 30 min delivery turned into 1 hour 45 mins. Not acceptable . Did not enjoy going out to get it or eating it cold. Pls issue refund for delivery. Very unhappy with service

We moved into Enfield borough just recently and this was a surprising discovery: a place to eat a fine Italian pizza, that is REALLY TRUE Italian pizza! Genuine ingredients and dough prepared in the proper way! Quality and kind service. Price is fine as well.

We live locally and have been wanting to visit for a while. Arte pizza exceeded our expectations we really enjoyed the food and the service was attentive and friendly. We look forward to returning again soon.

Mix up with pizza order - ordered 2xdiavolo and 1xmargerita and ended up with 2xmargerita and 1xdiavolo. Chilli was left off the diavolo, and pizzas were really oily and tasteless. V disappointing

We held a family gathering (19 adults, 5 under 5’s) to celebrate our son’s wedding over lunch with our extended Italian family in North London. We arranged a private booking and had the restaurant to ourselves. The owners and staff were fantastic- made everyone feel at home and could not have been more accommodating in the preparation and during lunch. The food was excellent. Good fresh ingredients, well cooked so you could taste the natural flavours and not fussy. The atmosphere in the restaurant was really good. It’s bright, lovely decor and they put flowers on the table as it was a celebration. It was a great venue for an informal family lunch. Our son and new daughter in law were very happy with the Arte team. I can’t recommend them more highly.

Booked this place for son’s birthday- on arrival we was told we had to have the set menus at £32 for 3 courses. There was 12 of us and only half wanted 2 courses the others just wanted a main. This was not as advertised and turned a £200 night into almost £400 and no one apart from owner was happy. Check before you go!!!

This is the most authentic restaurant I have visited outside of Italy. Run by Italians from the North East coast who are obviously very proud of their regional food. And so they should be. Greeted with a smile and the service continued to be fantastic. We had pizza, which was amazing, next time I come back I will be tasting the pasta, fish or meat. All the drinks are very typical Italian drinks too from sodas to wine and great beers too. Grazie-mille!

Walked in with my friend without a booking on Sunday evening and the lovely staff accommodated us. It was our first time here and we have loved it. The food is amazing and the service is fantastic. Our servers Karolina and Franz were super helpful and friendly. Will be back very soon and highly recommend. Best Italian in the area!

Best pizza in town, friendly staff and great atmosphere.

It's the right place to go when you miss the flavors and smells of Italian cuisine. there were 3 of us and we had linguine with pistachio, pappardelle with wild boar ragout and fried lamb, absolutely everything delicious, this restaurant also has a long list of excellent Italian wines, we ended with a truly delicious tiramisu and cheesecake. small family restaurant with attentive and friendly staff. highly recommended,

The pizza is by far the best in the local area but for it to cost between £30-40 for a couple of pizzas with a few toppings is a bit of a stretch. I don’t know how Arte calculate their prices after putting them up recently, it’s a false economy as I would probably order it more often and be happier supporting the restaurant if it was slightly cheaper. For that reason I order from Dominos.

Money is clearly more important for Arte than good customer service. We had an extremely disappointing experience with Arte in Enfield. I booked a table for my family of 4 for the same day 6pm. My young son became unwell with a stomach bug that afternoon, so I regrettably called Arte to cancel our booking. I was informed ‘as per the T&Cs when booking on OpenTable’ that I would be charged £10 PER PERSON (i.e. £40) if we didn’t turn up. However as my son felt more and more unwell - I stayed at home with him and my partner took our young daughter to the restaurant to avoid being ‘fined’ £40. Arriving at the (largely empty) restaurant, my partner explained our situation to the staff. He and our daughter would order food for themselves, as well as a takeaway for me and our son back at home, so that the restaurant would not be losing out. They had a table for 2 (rather than 4), stayed for hour (reasonable length of time to eat with kids) and left having paid £48 in the end. BUT... we discovered we had still been charged the additional £20 for me and my son not attending! We called the manager to say: not only did we attend our booking, spare the other diners catching my son’s stomach bug, order for the 2 family members there AND 2 family members not there, pay over £40, free up the table for walk-ins for 4 people AND spend the same as we would've if we'd all attended, but were told it was in the terms and Arte had right to take the money! The excuse given was that we had taken potential bookings from others diners. We explained that if all 4 of the family had attended, we would have bought same dishes and stayed for same length of time (1hr). The only difference being that Arte now had additional seats and we saved other customers from being exposed to our sick child - no fun for anyone. Financially, Arte got what they would have if we all turned up. The only difference we freed up seating. The manager refused to accept this. We thought out of good customer service (if nothing else) they might agree not to take advantage of the fine print of £10 per person for cancellations (we didn’t cancel) and double up on the profit they made from our unfortunate circumstance. Other than being opportunistic, there was no justification in their decision with all other reasoning being flawed. We asked to speak to the owner, and were told “We’re family business, the owners are my parents and I’m the manager so if you want to make a complaint feel free, you won’t get anywhere” - lovely. This experience is such a shame as one of our first attempts at an evening family meal, hoping to become local regulars at Arte… but after such poor customer service and ethics, we will certainly not be returning. We did what we thought was the fair thing to do. Arte saw opportunity to make extra unearned bonus.

Consistently good food and service in this friendly local restaurant.

This was my first visit to this restaurant and I had heard some good things about it. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and accommodating. There was a nice ambience and it was very clean and well presented. However, the food was extremely disappointing. It calls itself Arte Pizza so one would expect pizza to be their specialty. I ordered the vegetarian one. I asked if they could leave off the aubergine and change it for mushrooms. No, I had to pay for any extras even if I didn’t have the aubergine, which I thought was a bit petty. When the pizza did come, the extra mushrooms I paid a couple of pounds for were barely cooked, tasteless and anaemic. The whole pizza was luke warm and not properly cooked. There was no bubbling cheese on the top, the base was flabby, pale and undercooked. It taste of nothing, and it felt as if there had been no love put into it at all. My friends pizzas also looked undercooked and uninspiring. All in all I paid £27 for a glass of red wine and a very indifferent pizza. Suffice to say I won’t be hurrying back, and I won’t be able to recommend this restaurant to anyone else.

Went here last night with my 11 yr old pizza aficionado. We both agreed the pizza was top notch, he had the Diavolo minus the chilli, I had an nduja, buffala and artichoke. The bases were thin, crisp, and the ingredients were all really fresh and generous. We will be back for sure. I also had a decent glass of house red and we shared some fried olives stuffed with meat. An excellent local.

Great food and fantastic atmosphere. Pizza was very authentic and fun for a large group. Pasta strangely arrived a little late but did not matter - was perfectly cooked with fragrant sauce with a little kick of heat, our 9 year old cleaned the plate. We’ll definitely return or get take away - no more pizza chains for us!

Food was good, but the driver only delivered two of the three pizzas that I ordered and ran off before I could check. I called the restaurant to see if the error had been on their end, but they were sure that they had sent out the correct number of pizzas.

Had dinner here for a friend's birthday in the week between Christmas and New Year and had a lovely time. Seeing the novelty of a half-metre pizza on the menu was something that immediately called out to me, so I had to try it... It was maybe a tad too crispy for my liking, and I felt there could've been a little more cheese. Overall everyone in our group really enjoyed our meal, and we would happily go back; the normal/individual pizzas looked very good, and I had the tiramisu for dessert, which was good.
