La-pop! in Birmingham

This was a really fun dessert, you pick your flavour of gelato and then decide what you want it dipped in and what sprinkles you’d like on top. The lady who served us was really friendly and they have a step stool so that small children can see over the counter and watch their dessert being made.

It was a amazing place to visit with my family for a desert. The options where out of this world which had thinking what to get, i got the chocolate with alot of diffrent toppings

Staff were so inviting and helped through the entire process to create the perfect pop. The options available were fantastic and there was so much to choose from, I LOVED the pistachio gelato.

A niche little cafe selling deliciously bespoke gelato on a stick covered with chocolate and three toppings from an awesome choice. Service was outstanding. Can’t wait for my next visit!

Me and my friend always come to La Pop! Its so amazing the ice lolly flavours are amazing and not too heavy. Last time i went i got the chocolate covered strawberries and they were absolutely amazing. This is definitely my go to spot!

I’ve never been to a place like this, I’ve seen it all over TikTok and always wanted to try. We are in the city for a concert so thought we would give it a go. The service was great. The man was very polite, respectful and gave us time to decide. The gelato ice cream was amazing with the toppings I chose and definitely worth the price (when I saw the price I definitely thought it would be more expensive) We ate indoors and the atmosphere was great, very cheerful. Would definitely recommend to anyone. It’s amazing!!

Just left the store and felt like I had to write a review about the staff there. There was a young lady with glasses and an again gentleman there. Unfortunately I can’t remember their names. The young lady was serving me while the gentleman was cleaning up the store. The server was very polite and friendly and kindly greeted me into the store. She was very patient with me and always kept a smile. I was unsure about eating the ice cream in my walk or save it for when I get home but I was worried it would melt by then, that’s when the gentleman helped me decide what I wanted to do with his useful information along with idle chit chat while I wasted for my ice cream which was very of him. The food was amazing but it was the customer service that drove me to write this review as soon as I left and I’m proud to say that this is the first time making a review, even download the app just to make this review about them. 100/10

The location, to be honest, feels pretty random and unassuming but it feels a little like a different world inside - clean, bright and colourful with the tasty treats displayed right in front of you. We visited on a hot, sunny Sunday afternoon. It didn't seem excessively busy but there was a small queue and getting served did seem to take a while. The staff, while not the quickest or cheeriest, did the job well preparing our custom treats - the wait was worthwhile. The price seemed about right and, whatever the weather, it would have been a nice and unique treat. The outdoor seating was a bit basic and on the side of a main road but there was plenty of better seating inside and our items melted quite quickly due to the hot weather so we weren't having to suffer the seats for too long!

Good variety of interesting flavours, friendly staff and good value. Have been here a couple of times and will be coming back

Attitude was spot on and very professional when she dealt with me. 10/10 will be returning soon with family and friends. Definitely recommend this place especially if Ava is there. We ordered a variety of lollies for our company event. Everyone loved them and tasted delicious and catered for all our dietary needs (vegans/vegetarians). the most unprofessional place, dropped a cheesecake on the floor and said ‘ it’s okay just dip it back in chocolate and it’ll be fine’ and served to a customer.

An absoloute gem this place, customer service was excellent, ambience was warm and cosy too. We went with two kids and family relatives. The service was super, the varieties were an eye opener, the ice cream is very fresh incomparable to the ones I have tried before. We would recommend La Pop to all the ice cream lovers!!
