Lovely bakery, very friendly staff. Good selection of food.

This is just one of the best bakery shops we've ever been! Tasty pasties, breads and cakes. We seldom take ourselves for a treat (as our finances are tight) but just to round off hubby's bday holiday in Llandovery, we dropped by this shop to buy our favourites before hitting the road.

Moved to Llandovery a few months ago, love this place! Swear we came everyday for two weeks at first! Cronuts are amazing, just wish you do ones without biscoff or white chocolate more often! And they’re dog friendly 🐶

I don't live in Llandovery, but whenever I pass through I always make a point to call in, it's good - very good.

Best cake shop I've been to in years. Had a cornish pastie, luxury cheesecake , jam doughnut, and chelsea bun hot chocolate all tasted delicious would travel for miles out of my way to get there again

Plenty to choose from and friendly service

Visited several times while staying in the area. Everything we had was delicious. There is likely to be a queue as you hit lunchtime but it's not hard to see why this place is so popular. Great selection of tasty, fresh things to eat. Pasties, sausage rolls, cream cakes, pastries, sandwiches and baguettes. Found staff and locals to be friendly and welcoming too. Wouldn't hesitate to come back!

A fabulous bakery and patisserie. The sausage rolls and pasties are excellent, as are the gorgeous muffins. A regular treat for us and highly recommended

I popped into this shop while driving through. The sandwiches and pasties were really nice. The staff were really helpful as I was trying to gather food for a toddler. And they take card.

5 stars guys ! Food was impeccable, even allowed us to try the filling before buying our jackets ! lovely coffee. Bread and butter pudding is epic and the lemon meringue was perfect. Highly recommended and sensible prices too. Spoilt for choice and if we are in the area again will definitely be revisiting. Thanks

A huge THANK YOU to Heidi and the team at La Patisserie for a fabulous picnic spread. We booked a very special picnic box for a couple who were renewing their vows in our woodland retreat. They absolutely loved the picnic put together by La Patisserie. Everything looked so gorgeous, with real attention to detail. And they told us it tasted as good as it looked! It was a proper generous size too, with enough for them to use on a walk the next day for their lunch. I would highly recommend La Patisserie and will not hesitate to come back for more clients in the future.

We recently booked La Patisserie for the catering for our wedding. Not only was it beautifully presented it tasted amazing. Everyone marvelled at the scotch eggs the size of cricket balls. We are extremely grateful to Heidi Nat and the team for thei professional help

Brillant bakery tasty food big selection

Purchased what I assumed to be a millionaire shortbread turns out that the base was a biscuit and butter wedge that fell to bits when you try eating it also had cream slice that I’m sure the box it came in probably had more flavour and a rocky road cake which really is just left over biscuits which tasted stale sorry but wasn’t impressed

Superb freshly baked wide variety of fuel for bike ride. A real pleasure to accidentally find this place. We need more like this!

Watch out for very short dated cheese truckles. Blackberry pie was shallow and fruit was a mush. Probably a tourist trap.

Excellent bakery in lovely little town.

Always call in when going on holiday, both ways, take cakes with us to eat on holiday, then cakes to take back home. The choice is really good but they sell out quickly and choice is then greatly reduced. The bread is superb, and pasties etc are really nice, and again a wide choice of fillings. Take away tea and coffee too is very acceptable.

Absolutely amazing cakes. We were on a big family holiday to celebrate all the missed anniversary and birthday celebrations over Covid, and wanted some special cakes for our last evening together. We arrived at the shop half an hour before closing and bought 8 incredibly delicious cakes. Wow! Never tasted better, thank you!

Excellent filled seeded baguette

Nice clean shop, nice cakes and pastries but not friendly to people who live locally - ssusage rolls (for example) gone up from £1.10 to £1.35 - a massive 25p just because it's 'tourist season'. That's a disgusting way to treat your regular customers and just really greedy and cynical to rip off visitors to the area. I will not be going back here and if you're visiting the area, you will find somewhere else cheaper. Disgusted with these people

Excellent cakes and a lovely shop. Having only recently moved to Llandovery we hadn’t organised our daughters birthday cake and called La Patisserie last minute to see what they could do. Nothing was too much trouble the staff were really helpful, and we got this gorgeous chocolate cake. It tastes as good as it looks and is so much more than we could have hoped for given the short notice.

Absolutely incredible food! We tried a pasty, quiche, custard slice and apple turnover and everything was so good!! The shop itself is very modern but rustic looking which adds a nice character to the place! I would definitely recommend to anyone living in, visiting or passing through Llandovery!

Been visiting this place near on daily for the past 4 weeks whilst working in the Area. The shop is really well decorated and gives a lovely homely bakery feel, with lots of delicious food on offer. I particularly went for the salads and jacket potatoes most of the time which were delicious every time. The cakes have a great selection but i couldn’t help having the custard slice, the filling is to die for and it’s a good portion size. They also do wraps, baguettes, soft rolls, freshly baked bread etc. Honestly if I could give them more then 5 starts I would.

Excellent fresh baked treats - and lots of choice! Staff friendly and very helpful, searching down an extra iced slice when they had run out! The pasties went down a treat on our walks throughout the week. The bread pudding became a bit addictive it was so tasty! Wish we had a bakery like this on our local high street!

Went to pick up a loaf of white organic and my partner asked the young girl behind the counter if they had any, to which she replied no and walked off without asking if we’d like anything else. If that’s their type of customer service, then that’s not the place I’m willing to go too!!!

My husband and I had some bread and sausage rolls from La Patisserie,well, it was all beautiful we have never tasted sausage rolls like it,first class. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this lovely bakery.
