La Pastina Deli in Glasgow City

El mejor sandwich italiano fuera de Italia. Deliciosas combinaciones de carne y queso con deliciosas salsas. El pan es abundante y masticable. Maravilloso!

Servicio absolutamente atroz. Entré a comprar unos pasteles para mis colegas a desayunar; otro cliente irrumpió frente a mí mientras yo miraba los pasteles que se ofrecían... así que el miembro del personal preguntó “quién sigue” (bueno debería haberlo sabido) ; cuando señalé que era mi turno, argumentó que era el turno de este otro cliente... lo siento pero si eras tan inflexible sabías de quién era el turno, ¿por qué siquiera preguntaste? ? De todos modos señalé cortésmente que era mi turno, me dijeron que no (era) , y luego después de mantenerme firme, tuve que escuchar que se disculpaban con el otro cliente... de verdad? Todo esto para que me cobraran £7 por 4 mini sfogliatelle que en realidad estaban tan podridas que mis colegas italianos pensaron que estaba tratando de envenenarlas; estaban literalmente más secas y desmenuzadas que el gabinete de Rishi Sunak. Vaya broma.

All I want to do is go here. These sandwiches are excellent and feel like I'm in Italy! Will be back as soon as possible to try every savoury item.

Wow! What a great place this is. I was looking for somewhere for a good sandwich that wasn't your usual named brand. Very pleased I stumbled upon this gem. Looks very clean, helpful smiley staff great selection of sandwiches handmade to order. I went for the no3 piccante! I got it on fresh home made foccacia. The drink selection was plentiful too. I opted for a drink called ting, mainly because it sounded funny 😁 it was great to wash down the sandwich. It took me 2 sittings to properly finish it! Give it a try you won't regret. This is now where I will be going for a sandwich when I'm about the area. Bellisimo!

My partner and I came here for lunch and the sandwiches were amazing! Upon asking the staff what sandwiches they liked best, we were recommended the number 1 and 11. The massive size and tastiness of the sandwiches definitely made up for the price, and the staff were friendly and helpful the entire time. We also got the Kinder Bueno brownie which was just as delicious as the sandwiches! We would definitely go again! P.S. for the staff wondering, I thought the No. 1 was the best.

My partner and I came here for lunch as we had eyed their sandwiches for a while and wanted to try it out! The workers were so lovely and chatty. I am a very indecisive person so when I asked one of the workers what the best sandwich was she did not disappoint! Another worker, also, helped my partner pick out a sandwich too aha. We got the No. 1, No. 11, a kinder bueno brownie and a mocha. The sandwiches were massive and delicious! The kinder bueno was a lovely treat for afterwards along with the mocha, which also tasted amazing! We will deffo be coming back :) (p.s. I do prefer the No. 11)

My wife and I came here for deli sandwiches just after arriving at our hotel nearby. My wife being Italian found it a rare treat and very much like in Italy with being able to get them to make up a sandwich for you with the produce on offer. She had one with Mortadela and mines was one of their set sandwiches. I can't remember the name of it now but it had chicken and chorizo I think. Absolutely delicious. We also had a cannoli each (pistachio) and they were superb - these were £2.50 each I believe. Best deli sandwiches we have had in the UK. They are not cheap however - I think mine was £8 so keep that in mind.

Lovely little place with the best tiramisu I have ever had! Will be back very soon for lasagne and pasta oh and the cheese 😍 see you soon!

Amazing lunch menu and top quality coffee, popped in for a quick bite with the other half and welcomed by all staff. Hidden gem.

Excellent sandwiches, fresh and tasty ingredients and good size portions, highly recommended. Antipasto box is great value!
