La Parrilla Tapas Bar & Grill in Sheffield

I have a severe peanut allergy, and I was incredibly impressed by the staff's helpfulness in checking for allergens. They were friendly and demonstrated a strong understanding of allergen safety. I felt very safe dining here with my dietary needs. I highly recommend this place—great portion sizes, loads of veggie options, and delicious food!

The all you can eat tapas menu is amazing value for money and the food is absolutely gorgeous!! Every single dish was cooked to perfection. The staff were all really friendly and attentive as well. Will definitely be back!

Great little place. Lovely ambience. Was apprehensive on how the staff would be regarding ordering due to it being all you can eat. But honestly, they asked you regular for your oder and it was great. The food is amazing.

What a friendly place to come for a late Sunday lunch. We had the all you can eat tapas and it was amazing! More spicy than classic Spanish tapas but we loved it. The meat eaters were wowed by the lamb dishes. I love seafood; the prawns and calamari dishes were the best! The staff were absolutely charming. We will definitely return when we are next in Sheffield.

Came here for the 'All You Can Eat Tapas', no complaints at all. The food was delicious, service great and value was really good. Highly recommend!

We went here for our 12 year wedding anniversary and we weren’t disappointed. The food was lovely & just the right portion size. We ordered several rounds of food and were well looked after. The stand out dishes were the Gambas Pil Pil and the Lamb steak. The owner was really lovely, and really looked after us. Will definitely return the next time we’re in Sheffield.

For a tapas experience in Sheffield is not terrible but as a Spanish person myself I can tell you this is far from Spanish cuisine. I was very excited to try the Spanish omelet but it was tasteless and it didn’t seem fresh. Paella was nothing special either. The spiciness of the sauces used to cook most of the dishes surprised me, as Spanish food is far from spicy. I’m assuming the spices and condiments used to cook are to blame for our upset stomachs this morning. 4 of us had dinner there yesterday and 3 of us have an upset stomach today…wouldn’t recommend

Enjoyed a family meal here for my mother in law’s birthday. Lovely food and generous portions. The staff were so warm and welcoming. I would highly recommend this restaurant. Such a lovely touch giving the birthday girl a bottle of Prosecco too. Thank you La Parrilla.

Took our daughter out for lunch yesterday, we had the tapas special deal which I can say was really lovely very good value and tasty, you can order more when you’ve finished first round, definitely good if you have a big appetite. Service also very good and friendly definitely recommend

Our first visit, having checked out the menu when we walked past last week. It seemed a bit quiet when we first arrived, which was a shame, but soon got busier. We chose 3 tapas dishes each, having asked one of the staff about sizes and recommendations. That was plenty for 2 of us, in fact, we had to ask for a take away box for one dish... bonus, as it was today's lunch. The staff were attentive & helpful, and the food was delicious. I'm sure we'll be back, and hopefully will bring friends..we don't like to recommend without trying first! 😋

Outstanding food and incredible value for money. I would highly recommend La Parilla restaurant, we went for the all you can eat tapas and the food was incredible, plenty of fish, veggie and meat options and good portion sizes too. The mussels were a standout dish. I will definitely be returning!

Absolutely stunning food. Me and my husband have been this evening for our anniversary for the first time, cannot fault any of it. The staff were so pleasant and friendly. I got given a free bottle of Prosecco for our anniversary on the house. Will definitely be returning soon. Highly recommend.

I can honestly say this is one of the best meals I have ever had. The tapas selection is amazing - my favourite was the lamb steak which I re- ordered it was so good - the staff are very helpful and friendly permanently smiling - I will be back again soon and can’t wait

We went to La Parrilla to celebrate two birthdays and had a wonderful time! The food was delicious, and the service was even better. The staff were friendly and attentive, and even offered us a free slice of cheesecake for the birthdays. I'll definitely be coming again! :)

Definitely recommend! Me and my partner we recently been here, and although we arrived a bit late, the staff was so accommodating, very polite, prompt, helpful and pleasant. We went for the all you can eat tapas. Staff was really prompt to bring us few rounds of tapas in the shortish space of time before closing time. That was much appreciated. The food was absolutely amazing. I don't say this very often, but it was genuinely really tasty, well cooked, served hot (as it should), and very very flavoursome. All of it. Everything we tried. We will for sure come back. Thanks guys!

First visit to this restaurant though we were huge fans of the restaurant before and the one before that. It was absolutely packed - nice atmosphere- and very friendly staff. Good food and lots of choice and the all you can eat tapas clearly goes down a storm. We’ll be back.

I visited La Parrilla on a Saturday lunch time with 3 friends. During our visit we were the only ones in the restaurant for the whole time. We chose to have the £29.95 all you can eat tapas option. There is lots of variety on the all you can eat menu. The portion sizes are as you would expect for tapas (small) but with it being all you can eat that makes up it. The toilets & restaurant was very clean. The gentleman on the bar / waiter was also very nice. The only negative we found with La Parrlilla was the amount of time you had to wait between dishes. I understand this is done to make you feel fuller quicker & not eat as much etc (making the restaurant more profit). The rules of the all you can eat states you are only order two dishes per person each time after your first order (the first order you can order 3 dishes per person). I don't have a problem with only being aloud to order two things at a time but I think they should take your next order when they drop of your previous order, that way your next dishes can be being prepared well you eat your previous order. My other worry is how long you must wait when the restaurant is full. The wait between dishes was long when we visited & we were the only table. Overall its worth a visit but the wating time between dishes puts me off as I don't think you are really getting your moneys worth especially if it was busy.

Really underwhelming, and disappointing meal. The service was a bit unusual, with the servers seeming quite disorganised and out of sync. Our drinks orders were a bit wrong, but we didn't mind too much about this, as we're not too fussy about beers. My real disappointment came when the breaded and fried brie arrived - it wasn't brie at all!!! The cheese I received tasted like some cheap, completely tasteless mozzarella. The absolute cheek! I didn't have the energy on this occasion to complain or query it, but I definitely will not be returning.

Absolutely delicious! All you can eat Tapas is amazing value for money. All the dishes we had were delicious, but particularly enjoyed the meatballs and the steak. Service was great, our waitress was kind and warm. We’ll be coming again for sure.

Great experience dining here on a relaxed Tuesday evening. Booked in advance but restaurant was quiet when we arrived, then during the evening the restaurant picked up and there was a real buzz at the location. We had the ‘all you can eat’ offer which was a great deal but we didn’t order any additional tapas as we were stuffed for the items we’d chosen. Food tasted great, fantastic variety and really wonderful customer service. Emily our service was attentive and helpful as well as the other members of staff. Will definitely be returning and would highly recommend

Can't recommend enough, 100% the food was cooked to perfection, tasty full of flavour great chefs and front of house were attentive and fast, we will definitely be going again. Excellent lunch out.

We were a little unsure about La Parrilla as it looked more like a student-y bar. This was immediately dispelled after we got our tapas. Lovely well-flavoured lamb chops, tender chorizo and fluffy well-spiced meatballs. So good we ordered seconds of everything!

My partner and I went for a really nice meal here! We both had the paella & the potions didn’t disappoint. We had the meat & olives to start which was delicious too. It’s on the expensive side so for us a place for a treat or special occasion. The staff were great, the girls on gave us 10/10 service! Highly recommend

The all you can eat tapas is an awesome deal (only available Sun-Thu) since you can try different items on the menu. I can not recommend a particular dish as all of them were outstanding! (But definitely try the champiñones al ajillo & cordero a la parrilla). Really enjoyed our lunch/dinner, and we will be coming back soon.

Came for a late lunch and didn’t know what to expect but all the food was amazing, huge portions and tasty. We had vegetarian tapas selection so can’t comment on the mean or main dishes but would recommend and would love to come back to try more things!

We stumbled on this new restaurant when The Lescar was full and I'm so glad thar happened. We went on a Thursday evening and were allowed to bring our doggy in. We had two cocktails, two beers, shared a paella, and had some tapas. It was reasonably priced and very tasty! Then menus for food and drinks are large so good for a big group with varying tastes. They also do a 'all you can eat' tapas which would be great for a long dinner! We will go again.

Went for my friend's birthday and we both had the all you can eat tapas. Great deal at £24 which includes a drink. Lots of choice on the menu and every dish we had was delicious, fresh and amazing portion size. Even though we both were so full, we both had the chocolate lava cake, oh my, it was huge and the most delicious cake I've ever had!! The gentleman serving us was really attentive and so polite. Will definitely be going back again and recommend to all our friends.

Definitely a 5 star! The menu was perfect for me and my hubby, with a mix of tapas and then some other started and mains too. All of the food was fresh and super tasty!! Especially the cauliflower purée! The service was impeccable. Really happy this place is here!! Really nice ambience. We will be back to try the more tapas and the burgers!

Visited on Friday evening to celebrate our anniversary. Very friendly and attentive service. A good choice on the menu. Gambas pil-pil a little on the hot side for my wife, which just left more for me. Very nice sirloin and sea bass. Lovely vegetable and potato sides. Excellent churros. Small but perfectly fine wine list starting with a nice white trebbiano at a good price. Thoroughly recommended.

The menu is somewhat confused. All staff were visibly distraught at apologising to every customer. Steak was nice when it arrived but prawn cocktail had poor sauce. With time they may become an OK place to eat, but tonight was a bit like a comedy spoof.

Only been open a week or so. Marked down slightly on atmosphere as it wasn't particularly busy. I put that down to being new. The manager was very attentive and polite as were all the staff. We had 6 different tapas, prawns, patatas bravas, steak and mushrooms in sherry sauce, chicken and chorizo, calamari and meatballs. All the food was excellent.

Actually really good food. Got 6 tapas between two. Good portions and tasted 👌👌👌 amazing. Would recommend, would come again. Very accommodating of my partners birthday.

3 of us ate there tonight at 6.30 - we had 6 very tasty tapas & shared the homemade cheese cake & thoroughly enjoyed the food and service- it got more lively after 7 & others seemed to be enjoying it too. We benefited from the opening week’s discount & the relaxed atmosphere since we had a slightly disabled person & a slightly deaf one amongst the 3 of us. With better disabled access & signage the restaurant would have scored even higher but the owner & staff were extremely helpful and anxious to make everything as easy as possible.
